The hotel was clean and the room was nice. The beds were comfortable. The only issues we had were with the hvac. The room never quite got as cold as expected. Also the weather stripping on the door was loose and was a trip hazard. The hotel staff was notified and addressed the problems. The lobby and breakfast area were bright and clean. The breakfast was well organized and was standard fare. My wife was disappointed that the pool was no longer there but we enjoyed our stay. The desk clerks were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation

This motel is recently renovated. It looks and feels like a new motel. The beds have pillow top mattresses and they are very comfortable. We found this motel to be a very good choice for our trip.

The review about plenty of hot water was right and the best part. Breakfast was ok but no meat, eggs, or protein. The rooms are solid concrete so quiet. The only negative was the gap under our door...we saw a lot of daylight in the morning.

This is an older hotel but nicely refurbished. The grounds are clean, the room was clean. There were little things that could have been better BUT I'm also a fussy person. The breakfast was good, choice of cereals, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt and fresh made waffles. Hot coffee and tea and of course juice. The lobby is spacious and nice to gather and chat with others. A nice little area with sodas and snacks to purchase as well.

Interior was clean rooms seemed clean. The beds and bedding were comfortable. the exterior of the building was tired. Lots of cigarettes butts in the parking lot. Not sure it was up to the standard for the cost of the room. Breakfast was ok. Hotel was full so they ran out of many of the items. Coffee maker in room didn’t have all the pieces to make a cup of coffee.

At first glance the room was pretty clean. When i woke up and used the bathroom in the morning, there were 3 big roaches in the shower and i walked out and saw 2 more on the night stand!! Avoid this place as it is most definitely is not clean having all these roaches in their rooms.

Room had bugs and dead bugs. Tub would not drain full of hairs and couldnt use light fluckered like a strobe light. Moved to another room left. Would not refund my money. Would never recommend this place

The employed were very friendly. The beds very comfortable experience could have been great if there hadn’t been for the empty Gatorade bottle sitting on the floor an the floors were very dirty needed moping very badly.

The rooms were fairly clean, however there was a moldy coffee pod in the coffee maker. The breakfast area was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The road side of the building is noisy as it is close to the road. The back side is quiet. The beds are comfortable.

The lobby and reception area was nice and clean. The room was another story. The door to the room had a gap under it so bugs could come in. Maybe the weather strip was gone? The room smelled like old smoke. The bathroom just looked old. There was mold on the sheet rock up high like the upstairs room had leaked. The baseboard was coming awake from the wall and there was crumbly like things on the floor. The toilet seat needed replacing, it looked it had been painted with the white stuff you use to cover chips in porcelain sinks and it was peeling. There were beetles on the floor that I am sure came in under the door. So overall not a good experience.

My room looked nice, but when I awoke the next morning, I realized I slept in a bed that had fleas and possibly bed bugs. Looking in the sheets, I had never seen so many fleas and bugs in one place.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The safety lock on the door did not provide much safety since it just kind of flopped back and forth. It was nice to park right in front of my room for easy transport of bags and my cat. The pet rate was very reasonable. It's not luxury, but it was a nice room. It does get loud if you're on the side by the highway.

My husband and I stay here every time we’re around the Chattanooga area. You couldn’t ask for a more friendly atmosphere. Our desk clerk, Tracy, has checked us in on every stay, she is very professional, friendly and helpful. Tracy goes out of her way to make sure all guests are taken care of and comfortable. Our rooms have always been clean and comfortable. On our last trip Jim was the desk clerk who checked us out and he was very pleasant and kind. We highly recommend Clarion Pointe whenever you are in the Kimball, Jasper, Dunlap or Chattanooga area, you will not be disappointed.

We adored this location as it is updated and keeping with the times. The lobby is simple but modern, and it felt very clean upon entering. Our room was clean for the most part, and it felt very comfortable to be in. We felt safe and the staff was very friendly, especially Ms. Tracy at the front desk. She answered our questions and was incredibly hospitable.

The staff was very friendly, location was great to what we were doing, not crowded, felt safe. However the comforter had stains on it that didn’t look like they had been cleaned since and there was someone else’s old pajama clothes in the bathroom floor behind the door. Breakfast was limited but we knew that when booking, thankful they offered anything. More protein choices would be great though if any upgrades in that area are ever made. Overall not a bad stay, I would stay again, just wish the cleanliness had been better.
