The hotel room wasn’t well cleaned, sticky substances on the floor of the room, the elevator wasn’t operational and it’s been like this for months. Practically, the hotel is not handicapped accessible. Key pad wouldn’t work, there’s no remote to the TV and was asked to come down to the front desk to pick one (meaning I’ve to go down the stairs and back after already took a shower too relax after a long day drive). Just a disappointing experience.

Pros: lovely spacious room with stove top, microwave, sink, fairly clean. The bathroom was stocked adequately with toilet paper and towels. Cons: this is my longer list. First I will start with wifi which was my biggest grip cause I was traveling with my mom and needed to be in contact with others. The reception was at best spotty which fine I can deal with that BUT you also have to pay for anything other than BÁSICA WIFI. Basic wifi gives you access on ONLY ONE device which makes no sense cause this is an extended stay facility and I assume people staying there for long term NEED wifi on phone and probably at least one device. I was able to upgrade for $13 or so and even then (that was the “faster” choice) it was still spotty and slow. After that the cleanliness. I found a small roach crawling in the stove which ok we were next to laundry room so I can deal with that. The next night I found a larger roach in the bathroom. My next gripe is with the lack of full length mirrors. There’s one large mirror in the bathroom that only shows you the top half of your outfit and no full length mirror anywhere. Again if you’re there for business don’t you want to make sure your suit looks good? Finally and I should’ve lead with this, when we got there, I was with my mom and we walked in to check in and there were a bunch of people just smoking pot in front. That’s whatever but I picked this place thinking it would be calm and quiet. Cause I had my mom lol. That’s pretty much it.

The property located in Hyattsville MD. was terrible!! the elevator was not working, the back door to enter the building was broke, there was roaches in the room,there were no utilities'(forks,knives,plates or pans) and it was very noisy,hard to sleep.

Killed a roach in the bathroom. Smells like weed. But convenient walk to FedEx field and super nice staff. No ice (ice trays in freezer but they're empty) and vending machines were broken. Bed was not comfy and 1 pillow per person. Worked for the one night we needed to sleep before leaving at 5am. Best part was Ashley at the front desk who was able to check us in promptly and give us advice on where to eat before the game. If you aren't going for the game, it's not worth it. If you are, the location can't be beat. It was maybe a 20 minute walk.

The property was not clean. The bathroom had no shower curtain . There was trash under the bed. There were roaches in my room. The elevator had been broken 4 days before I arrived. I stayed 3 days and it was remained broke n. Not a repair man in sight. I am a disabled Veteran with chronic arthuritis inmy knees and back. I was on the 4ht floor.. Everytime I came and went I had climb four flights of stairs. Also out of breath from my Asthma. This is unexceptable. All of it. Especially the elevator. The hotel was packed to compacity which the hotel knew at least 3 weeks before. Richmond, Virginia 150 football teams were coming to the area to play Recreational Flag Foot ball. They definitely had enough money to hire an expert to fix the elevator to accompany the guest. I will be contacting the corporate office.

If you enjoy being jolted awake by roaches crawling across your body, this is the place for you! If you’re looking for a hotel where the staff are dismissive and the manager is even worse—completely indifferent to your concerns—then by all means, book a room here. When I discovered roaches all over my belongings and asked to be moved to a different room, I was told every room has roaches. I requested help laundering my items and was informed they only offer coin-operated machines. When I explained I didn’t have coins, the front desk shrugged and said, “Oh well, that sucks.” If you’re into that kind of hospitality, this place will not disappoint.

The room had a weird smell but that wasn’t the problem. I woke up at 3am to ROACHES!!!!! I killed at least 6, from the bathroom, kitchen area and in the “closet”. There is no reason I should have to deal with that.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, when checking in they told me they don’t do refunds and asked if I wanted to check the room first. I didn’t but wish I had. The room stunk like someone had urinated all over the place, there was a huge bubble in the ceiling from clear water damage that it looks like they just popped to drain the water. The bed had a thick plastic sheet on it, with the sheets over that. I lost count of how many baby cockroaches I had killed during my two days. To top it off they leave you with a list of things you have to do before you leave, including taking out your garbage to the dumpster. This would explain why the place was so filthy, they expect guests to clean their rooms.

The building and environment look good the front desk guy was helpful HOWEVER the room was so stuffy I felt I was going to choke to death with cigarette smoke the room stinks no fresh air. I DO NOT SMOKE i came to the hotel healthy I left sneezing and coughing.

This property is not worth the rate. It's dirty from the lobby to the rooms. Shower didn't work, roaches, dirty floors, dirty tub, dirty refrigerator, dirty elevator, only one set of towels & washclothes per person (regardless of how long you stay). The only plus is the location!

This hotel was slammed because it was a concert night. Waited to check in at check-in time (3pm) and hotel lobby staff were great - very attentive and customer service focused despite customers complaining. The hallway reeked of weed. Our room had a funky smell - a cross between drugs/smoking and overpowering cleaning solution. Room was relatively clean, but we saw 3 cockroaches during our one- night stay.

Never again. Room wasn't ready at check in time. Had roaches in the room multiple times, was told "I'll let my manager know" and never heard from them even though we complained multiple times and physically showed a worker in the room. Back of the toilet was cracked, everything felt damp and mildewy, very thin walls so you hear everything all around you. Horrible experience overall, avoid this place at all cost!

Check in was awesome. Got to the floor where my room was. And it smelled like nothing but cat litter. The smell was super strong as soon as you come off the elevator the smell hits your nose. The room only has 2 pillows which was very thin. The best part was checking in and leaving this morning.

When checking in my bill was $10 more than what I reserved it for due to an extra linens charge that I did not ask for and had it taken off. Also, I slept terribly due to the fact that a new mattress was desperately needed. I had to sleep at the bottom of the bed which really didn't help much either. I also had to kill a stink bug. I left after a whole weeks stay of not getting any quality sleep, otherwise it would have been a nice stay.

If you're traveling for business or pleasure, this is not the place for you! We checked out after 1 night. It's more like low-income housing than a hotel. As soon as we walked through the doors from the lobby to the rooms all you could smell was pot. The furniture and floors in the room were beat up, and there was 2 flat pillows and a thin blanket on the bed. When we asked for extras we were told that was not allowed. There were random people hanging out in the lobby at all hours. The only shining stars from the visit were the 2 employees that we had interactions with, Jakiya L. in the evening and Mikayla the next morning were very sweet, lovely people! They were very polite and apologetic about our concerns.

The overall service was terrible. The receptionist was rude. The property does not accommodate at all. The shower is awful, it feels like you’re in the sprinklers. It smells terrible everywhere you turn. And they do not provide any dishes or pots for the kitchen. I am not please with this stay and they should be more considerate of helping. You dont know what people are going through.

My husband and I were very disappointed in the service and lack of amenities in a hotel that is advertised as "Extended Stay." There was a microwave and a stove top that I assume worked, but no pots or pans to try it. There were no plates, utensils, ice buckets, cups ( paper or otherwise), kleenex, no coffee or coffee pot in the room. The free coffee in the lobby had no creamer or sweetners and no decaffeinated coffee. We asked for towels and were not given any because we needed to bring all of the dirty ones down to the lobby first before we could get any. We had to go to the store and purchase plates, cups, silverware, and water. The hotel reaked of Marijuana. I have to return to the area in 4 weeks and will NOT be staying there.

what I didnt like about this property was that we arrived and had to wait until 4:14 to get in our rooms not towels or washcloths was told to come back and then was told they didnt" have any. no toilet paper in the room, also asked for a late check out and was told it would cost extra 45.00 I have never stayed in a hotel and was charged a fee.

My room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4p…ok, no problem. We went out and came back at 6p…still not ready. By 6:30p we are still standing outside the room as it’s still not clean. Someone else arrives chatting it up with whoever is cleaning the room (you couldn’t tell if someone was a guest or actually worked there as everyone was in hoodies & sweatpants…) I went down to talk with the manager about getting a different room…only to be told that they are giving me a refund ad I can go somewhere else!!! (I don’t have enough characters to get into detail…) I recommend that you completely stop doing business with this location as nobody should have to deal with this sort of establishment.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed, cleanliness should be top priority in this place. As soon my partner and I walked into the elevator the smell and humidity is awful. Walking out of the elevator I felt like throwing up because of the smell on the hallway. I was expecting at least the room to be better and clean but was not even worse. We couldn’t even breathe properly. This hotel need a good upgrade not a safety environment to stay.
