Great location! Close drive to Marco Island. Publix right across the street, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Happy hour with some free food and drinks was a nice and unexpected bonus. Pool area was nice and the bartender was friendly. Rare to find a clean, dog friendly hotel with low rates. Very pleased with my stay

The hotel is well maintained and clean and the staff were great! It was in a good location and would recommend it to others. The only negative thing I could say is that the pool water seemed to be a little murky and I don’t think it’s cleaned daily. With the usage and the rain, I think that the water should be tested regularly and get someone to skim the water and get a pool vacuum to clean the bottom. I have a pool and clean it daily in the summer, so maybe it’s just my OCD when it comes to pool maintenance. But we went to the beach a lot so it didn’t taint my rating as I didn’t used the pool often.

We had a great stay! The rooms were a good size and we liked that the bathroom sink was separate from the toilet and bathtub. We also liked having a full kitchen! We loved the convenience of having a laundry facility too!

This place has been open for couple of years, easy to check in with great customer service, wish the rooms had tile floors instead of carpets that are beginning to smell and deteriorate. Overall great location with good prices

We have stayed at this Staybridge Suites twice now when we visit with family at their timeshare on Marco Island. It is convenient for visiting the island, the location is also convenient to shopping and restaurants. Staff has also been friendly. Cons were our room this time had a musty smell and the shower had horrible water pressure. For the price and convenience, we will probably stay again when visiting with our family.

Everything was great with the exception of the smell of mold in the room that caused an immediate allergic reaction and asthma symptoms. Thankfully , had my Benadryl and inhalers with me. This has caused a major asthma flare up. I really loved the staff , hotel and location. I just wish it didn’t have mold in the room. 🙁

Clean rooms but a barking dog all day wasn’t fun. The dog woke us up at 5:30am on our vacation. The staff said they would take care of it but never did. We came back from the beach for a nap but couldn’t because of the barking dog. 10pm-6am quiet time is the hotel’s policy so if you want a good nights sleep you better sleep at that exact time apparently. Won’t ever go back.

The only issue we had is one elevator. We had about a 50 yard walk each time we needed to go out. But would definitely stay at this location again. The staff was as good as I've ever been around!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Its brand new and very modern! super clean and Tiki Bar was fantastic!I would like to recognize our front desk assistant Kenji! He was absolutely fantastic,very helpful and funny! he absolutely deserves a raise:)He was very informative and gave us a lot of godd tips to see Naples since we were there for the first time! Breakfast was great and what a surprise to have free dinner and free beer and wine in happy hour time! thank you so much Kenji and hopefully we will see you again soon!

Fled to hotel after Hurricane Milton hit the west coast of Florida. Upon checking in I was greeted by Joanna. The desk was extremely busy checking in and answering questions from exhausted and storm weary evacuees. I cannot commend Joanna enough. During this hectic time - Joanna was extremely professional, going above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service all with a comforting smile. I reserved two rooms and both were very clean and well appointed. Something I worried about given the conditions in which we were checking in under. I’ve been in property management for thirty plus years and I know all too well how stressed people become when dealing with uncertainty. It does not bring out the best in people. This is why I was so impressed with Joanna. She was consistently even while being reassuring. Definitely an asset to your organization. I have found my perfect hotel to ride out the next storm. Thank you for having such a wonderful team in place.

Check in she was very helpful and since we had such a late check in she gave us a late checkout of 2 pm. Also, offered us a longer stay if needed as we traveled to find our 3 week rental covered in mold.

We have stayed at this Staybridge Suites twice now when we visit with family at their timeshare on Marco Island. Location is very convenient close to Marco Island and shopping center in front of the hotel with a supermarket. The kitchenette in the room is a plus , the room was very clean ,the mattress , pillows and sheets were clean and comfortable , it was nice to find Dove soap, shampoo and conditioner , the bathroom is pretty small but it was clean. The breakfast overall was a regular continental breakfast , the customer service was good , I didn’t use the pool area it seems nice but small. I will come back and I will recommend this hotel if you want to stay close to Marco Island.

The room was pretty clean except for the shower and the bed was very comfy. We enjoyed having a full sized fridge and also a kitchen sink. There was a microwave, oven, and stove as well but we didn't need to use them. It was nice having the option though. The location was good and had plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. There was a small-sized pool that we didn't use, but our room had a view of it and there was always people in it and enjoying it. So that's a plus if you want an outdoor heated pool. It was a little chilly in our room, as we like it, and I pulled out the extra blanket from the closet and it was visibly dirty and it stunk. Not exactly what I was expecting. The breakfast left A LOT to be desired and we just ate out instead after the first day. They had moldy bread, the drinks were mostly watered down, the waffle batter wasn't refilled, and the sausage patties were like leather. Besides the few negative things I mentioned, overall we had a pleasant stay and would stay there again.

This is our second time visiting the hotel. We returned because we were truly delighted. This time the experience would have been excellent also if we hadn't experienced problems with breakfast. We were told breakfast was until 10:30 am, and by 9:30 am when we arrived there was hardly anything left for breakfast. I'm not exaggerating and will give details. Protein: boiled eggs, cold and hard-boiled. There were 4 or 5 bagels left and to top them with cream cheese or butter. Fruit: banana and watermelon. Waffles and yogurt with raisins. It sounds like a lot here, but it really wasn't. There was an hour left until the end of breakfast and there were no more scrambled eggs or ham. Everything was empty, implying that It was good early, with a great variety, but even an hour before closing time, they weren't restocking. We arrived with a 14-month-old baby girl looking for scrambled eggs, and the girl couldn't eat the breakfast they offered. Luckily, I always carry her lunches.
