Property was a great experience, the only thing that would have made it better if the chlorine in the pool area wasnt so high. My family and I love swimming at this locations pool and hot tub area, but this time just walking into the area the chlorine in each were too strong. There was also a fan going on full blast that would redirect the fumes to the sitting area and make my family's eyes very irritated/red. Other than that, we overall enjoyed are experience at this location.

The room was clean and the bed was great! We were disappointed that the pool was green and the hot tub was lukewarm, not even close to hot. When we checked in I asked how late the pool was open and she failed to say none of it was functional. Breakfast was ok. The elevator wasn’t working when we left. We may consider staying there again just because of the room.

We have stayed at the hotel before and this time it seemed as though it had not been maintained. The hot tub jets didn’t work. The water in the rooms didn’t get hot. The cleaning crew didn’t knock just opened the door and walked in. Paid for two days in advance but key card was deactivated and had to wait for the staff to look up our reservation. Just seems to have several items that needed to be addressed. Will look for another place to stay next time we are in town!!!!

Spa was broken for so long the desk clerk legit forgot it was broken and after a puzzled 15 seconds snapped back with a weak, untrue narrative about a scheduled repair happening in the future. Upkeep not a priority. Still had to pay full price though.

This was our last hotel for our trip and one of the best. The room was good and spacious. The pool area was a little small so if there is more than 3 families, it will be crowded. Breakfast was so good and had options we have never had before at other hotels traveling. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers!

This Hotel is conveniently located, and in general a good place to stay. I am surprised at how stained the carpets are in Lobby, Halls, and sometimes the rooms. Makes you wonder why they don't try to clean it better. Breakfast was good.... but it wasn't great. The staff were at the front desk...but you could tell this was just a job by the way they checked you in.

I’m on a 4000 mile roadtrip. So far, this has been my favorite place I’ve stayed. I was pleasantly surprised as it had been a long time since I stayed at a Comfort Suites property. It’s outshined 2 Marriott properties so far without a doubt. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, bathroom was great and quiet. It was also the best price of all the brand hotels in Liberal.

Very clean, comfy beds, very quiet, great staff and good breakfast. Downsides are that the fridge had no ice box, and curtain people!! The east side of the hotel faces billboards and numerous lights from the town making it very difficult to stay asleep with all that light in the room. The room was lovely and cool as the ac worked well although it was noisy and very close to the bed which it vibrated when it worked.

All around it was a great stay. Front desk seemed more interested in continuing her conversation with coworker then getting us checked. Didn’t offer any information aside from when breakfast was served. She was friendly enough just not engaged. But really no complaints, room was very nice and clean.

We are here due to a breakdown on our Motor home. The front desk, manager and staff have been most accommodating. Devon the manager did anything he could to assist us. I am also a dialysis patient that had a lot of concerns to deal with. Thanks

We stay here every time we stay in Liberal. The staff is amazing, polite and always helpful. The still care about you as a person not just a dollar sign! Free breakfast is great, with many options! Pools always nice and taken care of. Can’t say enough about this hotel! Love it and will always stay here when we are in town.

Our stay was amazing. Everything was clean, organized, and clearly marked. The staff was all polite and greeted you with a smile. The pool area was beautiful and keep warm. Also a big surprise is prices on drinks and snack are cheap. They do not charge ridiculous price like most hotels. Lastly they're location is perfect.
