My husband and I came into town to babysit our 3 granddaughters. We enjoyed our stay. The pool was perfect for us and heated, could have been warmer. Our only issue was check in, it was almost 5pm before we could check-in due to late checkouts. After traveling that was frustrating. We will visit this property again.

Good check-in but learned the elevators wre out so we had to go up three flights of stairs to the room. When we used our key card we found the room already occupied and locked from the inside. We were quickly assigned a new room and had to go up another flight of stairs to the 4th floor. 20 minutes later someone tried to open our door as they has been checked into our room. Not good, late arrival and had to go up 4 flights of stairs only to go back down 4 flights to get another room. System needs to be updated. Other than that it was a nice room for an overnight stay.

We stayed for four days and were really satisfied. The room was large with a ton of storage and places to tuck your bags out of the way. Checking in on my phone and using the digital key was a breeze. My only negative would be that the walls are thin, perhaps we were just neighbors with a livelier group but we heard just about anyone walking down the hall or opening / closing their doors. Worth noting that the pool is also used to host private swim lessons. We found it a bit odd and it was a turn off to swimming given how small the pool is. The pool area however was exceptionally clean and well stocked, the water was wonderfully warm, and the swim instructor was very considerate of hotel guests. All things considered we were happy and will likely return.

Everything was good I had breakfast buffet it could have been better and the bar instead of being open at 5:00 p.m. should have been open like I would say like one or two p.m. very disappointing and at night it should stay open at least like 12:00 a.m.

Meals-2 hamburgers and 2 glasses of wine were $63. "Hot"Breakfast was $36 for 2. It was cold, Self serve. Soap dispensers in shower were attached high on the wall and difficult to use. No tissues available.Mattress was too soft. Elevator was slow. Think only one was working. All in all not what I expect from Hilton

The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in! The heat/AC unit wasn’t working in our room, but the maintenance man who came and fixed it was pleasant and clean and had it repaired pretty quickly. There are two elevators on the property. One wasn’t running the entire weekend we stayed and the wait for the other was quite long. Overall the hotel seemed pretty clean inside and out, had a well stocked pantry/food for purchase area in the lobby, and the staff were friendly although I couldn’t find anyone to check out with when I was trying to leave. I even popped back in after loading the car, but didn’t see anyone at the front desk. Despite the couple hiccups I had, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

I have stayed at this hotel on Lenox Dr in Lawrenceville 3 times due to convenient location for my visits. The front desk staff is professional, knowledgeable, personable and Tiffany was helpful on the phone. HOWEVER, my last 2 stays were niosy at night due to other guests, i.e., loud voices, doors slamming, and guests either jumping/exercising or continously bouncing a ball. My recent stay I noticed cigarette butts in the flower beds while sitting outside. Suggestion, place standing cigarette ashtrays on one side of seating area and designate the other seating area as non-smoking. Biggest disappointment was the dusty, dirty room, (#203). There was dust and hair on the foor and carpet. The shower was dirty with mold on the shower wall. The small, round table was dirty and had visible coffee/tea stains. As I started to sit down on the upholstered chair to read, I noticed a brownish stain several inches long in the middle of the chair--GROSS! This chair needs to be thrown in the trash or seriously cleaned.

Check in was quick and easy, however I had ants in my room. I called the front desk and they snet someone to the room with a spray bottle and rag and told me i had to stay out for 20 minutes. I was in the lonby area for about an hour. When i went back to the room, there were atill ants by the tv and were swarming around the corner area. I went back down to the front desk and the gentleman was sent back to my room. The staff was very nonchalant about it and did not apologize for the inconvenience in any way. Pretty disappointed with this Hilton property

I was so pleasantly surprised by this stay! There were lots of touches that exceeded what you might have in other hotel rooms. Having a microwave was the reason we stayed here as many places dont offer that. There were numerous outlets/USB ports around the room as well. We had practically new carpet which was also very lovely. The ONLY complaint was that it got very damp feeling in the room if the air was off.

The hotel is new and clean, however, the sound insulation is poor. We went to bed at 10:30pm hearing the next door’s TV. In the morning at 6am, we we’re awakened by next door’s lady who was having a half hour long phone call.

Disappointing stay. Untrained staff took over 25 minutes to find our reservation at check in. Then the hotel decided not to pay staff to clean rooms or replace supplies on Memorial Day. They didn’t even put out coffee in the lobby. Pretty cheap for a pricey stay.

It was an amazing State they took care of me gave me early check in and didn't charge me for it. I had a wonderful time at my brothers for Thanksgiving and slept great at the Hilton garden inn. Thanks so much. See you next year.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, the hotel was clean, well maintained, up to date. The only thing I can say that needs more work is the food. We did not want to leave the hotel to have dinner so we decided to eat in and although the staff was very accommodating to our requests, the food was not tasty at all. It felt like we pulled some frozen food out and microwaved it. We ended up eating only because we were hungry and there was really nowhere else to go.
