Worst hotel I've ever been to. Arrived at 13.00 wasn't allowed to check in which was fine since check in time is 14. Most hotels have rooms available but sure we could wait. Back at 14. Room still not ready. Told to take a seat while the contacted housekeeping. 30 min later I asked again (well aware that they never rung housekeeping). They said they would check right away and gave them a call. Message was the room still wasn't ready. Now 45 min after check-in time. No "we're sorry" No compensation. Just told that we should continue waiting. Lost the entire poolday due to this (was our only day there). Once we got the room it was the worst of the building. The only one on level 1. 50 cm from the door everyone passed through. Screaming, taking, slamming the door ALL NIGHT. Will never book this hotel or any on this chain again. Ps. Clean room. Great shower. Wifi good speed. Excellent service from all staff. Wonderful welcome from reception.

Very loud and noisy

Good location in Sliema. I wanted a central location between St Julian and Valletta, with a short walk to the ferry. Room was modernised in a basic building, and also spacious too for a standard accommodation.
