Love that they had bikes available to use( with locks) and an easy ride to the beach and bike trail with board walks nearby. We borrowed those several times. Also walked to shops and restaurants on 5th, so nice to not worry about parking.

Nice hotel and nice staff, hotel is situated close to 5th ave Naples which is where most of the restaurants and shops are. Only downside was that dogs are only allowed for $100 per night, which is steep considering we spent around the same for each night period. We ended up getting a dog hotel which was significantly cheaper than bringing our dog. The only reason I had booked this place was because it was dog friendly, however, you have to read the details below the booking to see what the pet fee is. I checked other hotels in the area and this is the highest pet fee in Naples, it doesn't make sense because it is an affordable hotel otherwise.

The staff is amazing and personable. I would come back for this alone. The only issue is you advertise a heated pool and the pool was to,cold to,swim in. This would affect me staying again as a pool to swim in in a 75 degree sunny weather requires it and this is a big draw for me. Outside of this I would stay here every time I visit.

All though the Capri is not in the water they did offer transportation to the beach. Also offered transportation to a gym and free passes because they do not have a fitness center. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to 5th ave and a 15-20 minute walk to 3rd ave. It was a great stay.

Everybody was amazing! The golf cart service was on point! Snd we took the free bicycles for a spin around town! I forgot my favorite overalls in the room and they saved them for me ! Thanks Capri! Would def stay again!

This is a beautiful little hotel in the heart of Naples. Walk g distance to 5th and 3rd restaurants and shops as well as Tin City and the beach. Staff was lovely, plenty of parking and free continental breakfast as well as a free shuttle. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay, the room and beds were amazing and comfortable! We loved having a balcony and the complimentary breakfast was fabulous! Staff were very friendly and helpful before and during our stay. I’m a little disappointed the pool wasn’t open longer than dusk, and there were bugs and leaves in the pool. Wish I didn’t leave some of my clothes behind because they never turned into lost and found…

Welcoming staff Clean clean clean Great beds, showers, fridge, microwave Cookies at 2 pm were the best Breakfast was nice - small but fine - baked goods were from a local bakery and were AWESOME!

Stained mattress. Old basic low level Mattress. Mold in shower. Radiator air. Not central air. Food delivery truck arrived 6:15 Am right next to our room. Backed up with beeping sound for 10 min and then slammed things around for 20 minutes and loud start up to take off. Sheets stiff and rough. $500 a night quality should be a lot better.

Great property to stay at. The room was large had a small mini kitchen and large living room with tv in addition to a large bedroom. There were 2 bathrooms and full size fridge. The staff was great and we were walking distance to 5th ave shops and restaurants.

We absolutely loved everything about The Capri Inn. This resort was a vacation in itself. The lobby was elegant yet relaxed. The room was just pristine. Clean, crisp, and relaxing. The bathroom was white marble with a double vanity, seperate delux shower and comfortable tub, equiped with Nest brand body and shampoo products. The room is also equiped with a mini modern new kitchen. Full size microwave, all glass see thru mini fridge and a pull out garbage can.

We stayed in a beautiful king suite overlooking the pool. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property is walking distance to all of the 5th Avenue restaurants. Will definitely be back.

This was a wonderful stay. We loved our room, which was ample, nicely appointed with plenty of storage, a great bathroom, and a nice balcony. We loved the location, walking distance to everything yet in a quiet street. Service was great. Breakfast was minimalist but didn't withdraw much from the whole experience

It says there’s a champagne welcome but I never saw any champagne. The check in clerk asked for my drivers license and credit card but forgot to say please and forgot to smile. The breakfast was a continental breakfast and everything but the coffee was behind glass so you had to stand in line to get a bagel. The check out clerk asked how was our stay and I told her of these disappointments. And then I realized they also promised cookies upon arrival and there were none. Her reply was asking me if I asked for them. She was unapologetic and I guess it was my fault for not asking. I certainly expected better from a place with this high of a rating and price.

We arrived with my best friend on Thursday and personel was so welcoming, the front desk girl and irish guy at front door were so nice. Unfortunatelly on Friday 24 a bartender with a white hat was so unexpresive and short of words showing not service atitude at all, then Brad from front desk was again so unwelcoming and Jeff from outside with short explanations and bad atitude.

The Capri Inn is fantastic! Newly renovated hotel, beautiful rooms, great location in Naples. Walking distance to 5th Avenue with so many great restaurants and shops. The hotel offers shuttle service to the beach. The staff is outstanding and very accommodating. Perfect anniversary weekend getaway. We'll be back for sure!

The Capri Inn is just a couple of blocks from 5th Ave where all the shops and restaurants are so we love the fact that we can park our car for a week and then just walk everywhere. The beach is also a nice walk away. Staff are very pleasant and helpful and rooms are so comfortable and well appointed. Pool is heated and very relaxing! Love our stays here!

Great location with a 5 minute walk to 5th Ave without the crowds and noise. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a great shower and comfortable bed. We will definitely stay here again whenever in the area.

A little over priced for an average room. Towels and sheets were worn. Breakfast items were not available an hour after serving. No milk for coffee and tea. If you wanted a juice or cappuccino you were charged extra for that. Shuttle service was great. Front desk was inconsistent. It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants in the evening but needed to rely on shuttle for the beach.

The breakfast is limited and difficult and the staff at breakfast is not friendly. The hotel has street noise and close to a firehouse The pool needs to be cleaned more often. The location is good for dining is walking distance and they offer beach shuttles and bicycles. They add a fee of $35 per day. Overall OK but not great

This will be my go-to spot to stay in Naples from now on and it's a great value. They welcomed us with champagne, the rooms were updated and beautiful. The pool is small but perfect for a quick dip to cool off. They provide golf cart service to the Ave at any time and even picked up after dinner at 10. Breakfast was included with many options. I had the yogurt parfait and a breakfast sandwich which was delicious. Thank you Capri Inn.

Comfortable and quiet hotel in a great location very close to all the shops and restaurants on 5th Ave. staff at the hotel was friendly and rooms were comfortable and clean. Good amenities like bikes and shuttle to the beach. The only I would say the hotel should improve on is their breakfast. Since they are charging a resort fee I think a few healthier options should be available. The only options were sugary pastries and brown bananas. Coffee was good though. Overall, we really enjoyed our staff and would definetly come back’

wonderful property tucked away in Naples just a mile from the beach. very comfortable bed, with a relatively large room and upgraded furniture and new bathroom fixtures. front desk staff is friendly and helpful. parking is a bit tight, but there's enough on street parking in case their lots are full. just a short walk to the main drag, shopping and restaurants. Only limit was the "continental" breakfast which was one (1) baked good and coffee.

Capri Inn was clean and close to the famous 5th Ave- within walking distance, which was very convenient. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. They also provided a shuttle if needed which was a good bonus. The one thing I didn’t like was breakfast- the coffee was sour and not drinkable, and the selection of food was not the best: some muffin, bagels, hard boiled eggs, pre-packaged egg sandwich and some yogurt and fruit (including bananas which had black dots already). In a place like this I would include a better breakfast selection, especially that we were charged a $39 resort fee which was supposed to cover breakfast. Also, what was kind of weird was that the hotel staff entered our room (we stayed just 1 night) when we were not there and left two little boxes of chocolate. This was a nice touch but in the same time we did not feel comfortable that someone got into our room while we were not there. Overall, the place was a very good choice in a prime location but I would improve a few things to make it even better.
