I have stayed at this property several times before and plan to again. The rooms are very quiet, even when the hotel is busy. The breakfast has many options. The bed is comfortable along with the rest of the room. Keep in mind that parking costs $5 per night at this property.

I came to stay with my 9 year old son just to get out of the house for a night and swim. We had a pretzel appetizer in the River Room on the 9th floor which was absolutely delicious while we watched the sunset and enjoyed the view! The service was amazing as well. The pool was also very clean and inviting with warmer water so you don’t freeze getting in! All in all we highly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Loved almost everything - the only small nitpick that I have is the humidity in the gym.... Not sure if that is fixable with it being right next to the pool but it was very tough to workout in what was essentially a sauna!

The hotel itself is very nice. However, a little kid puked in the pool, the front desk was notified not once not twice but three times and the pool was not shut down until we ran into the maintenance man about 2 hours later and informed him of the issue. He immediately shut down the pool and shocked it.

We were out for most of our stay (one night) we didn’t realize until the next morning how one of our comforters were super dirty. Different spots around it. We luckily brought our own blankets and had that under that sheet, but it wasn’t something great to wake up to knowing it was hidden from us with a sheet (what we see coming in the room).

Our first room smelt of poop and weed. Our second room had vomit down the side is the bed and the floor. Not sure how they even gave us a room so dirty. Our 3rd room was okay.

It was obvious the hotel was newer, it clean, had a modern aesthetic, and a great view of the river. The staff were kind, helpful, and friendly. They went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and loved that shower in the bathroom!

Came for a concert; hotel appears very new & updated. however when we went to bed the sheets on one of the beds was stained with a red substance; the toilet has soil on the bottom (clearly was not whipped down good); & when we called for an extra pillow they said they were "freshly out of pillows"

Our room stunk when we got there. It smelled like a number 2. We left and came back that night and it still stunk. We got some air freshener and it was fine the next day. The roomm had some damage in it from scuff markks on the walls ect. We stayed there last year and that was a much better experience.

Friendly staff, exceptionally clean rooms, variety of breakfast choices. I have allergies to perfumes that many hotels use these days. I did not have that issue with this hotel. Enjoyable and very pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

The loung on the 9th floor was wonderful. Both men handling the bar and food were very friendly and really great. The beds and shower were perfect. Only thing id change would be all the gross spiders and webs blocking the beautiful views of the river. I know its the season, but maybe have the windows outside cleaned more often this time of year.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Nice, clean room with good amenities. No lotion (you don't realize you miss it until you stay somewhere that doesn't have it). And the sink handle was loose as well as the toilet paper holder. I'll be back!

Hotel employees were very kind and courteous. As soon as checking in with our extra kiddos asked if we needed any additional items and provided more towels. After settling in, we realized we needed a couple of more blankets and pillows and they again were more than happy to help. Breakfast was very good. You wont find any soupy eggs at this hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean but the real treat was the friendly staff. All the staff at the hotel were very helpful! The ladies at the front desk even offered to fill our travel cups with ice before getting on the road, the shuttle driver sharing interesting facts about the city, and the gentleman in the restaurant who served us a delicious double cheeseburger. The whole team contributed to our very pleasant stay.

We stayed here last year and had a great experience so we decided to stay again this year. Again, the hotel and staff were beyond outstanding. A HUGE shout out to Jasmin at the front desk who assisted us with getting a last minute room for my niece and her three little ones after a terrible day of being stranded. We will never be able to thank you enough for your kindness!!! Everything about this place is great and we will return again anytime we are in town.

We asked for towels and were never got them the last day. Our room was not cleaned the whole time we were there. Our beds were never changed. We asked for sheets at 12 am. And we made our own bed. We ask for room serive and the front desk didnt knowledged it. We asked why there wasnt no room service. They didn't know. One worker said they were going to credit half the amount we spent. And than on the last day she said she will refund the last night of $89. We used dirty towels. At this point I want all my money refuded. Thank yoi

I am staying here with my young son for a baseball tournament. Wake up to water leaking from light fixture in the bathroom. We call the front desk to report issue and request help. No one comes. We leave for a few hours to return to the 2nd shift knowing nothing about the reported issue. We report the issue for the 2nd time that day. Zero communication to us with a solution for the problem or if it was ever looked at. Under staffed and no management on site all weekend. Would not recommend this location.

I had reserved a King room, but they put me in a double queen instead. Frustrating, but not a deal breaker as it was just my wife and I traveling. We just prefer (and reserved) a King bed as we find that more comfortable for us sleeping.

I have stayed at this property several times and will happily stay there again. The hotel is attractive with well-kept grounds and facilities, inside and out. They serve a breakfast, which is convenient. I especially like the quiet, insulation of the rooms and the walking/biking path along the Mississippi River nearby. Beautiful views of the river! The staff here are friendly and responsive.

We really loved staying at this property. The view was the best. Looking out over the ricer was so satisfying every morning. We took early morning walks and it was so peaceful and quiet. The area around the hotel was safe and easily accessible to everything we needed. Overall will definitely stay here on the future.

This is a new, clean and quiet property on the bank of the Mississippi River with a walking/biking path nearby. The complimentary breakfast was fine. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the refrigerator. The staff was responsive anytime I contacted them. All good!

We stayed here the week before and had a great overnight, the 2nd time was slightly less pleasant. We were given a room with two beds instead of a king room like we had booked, were then told there were no kings left. Went to the upper floor bar at get some food, were told the kitchen closed early. Went down to the lobby restaurant and were ignored by the two staff at the bar for almost 20 minutes. Wound up ordering delivery.

This is one of the nicest hotels i have stayed at in the last couple of years. The rooms are spacious, quiet and very well put together. The staff is fantastic. They have a restaurant/bar inside the hotel where the food is incredible and the drinks are plentiful!

Well, the staff went there was very polite and friendly, but the room, even though it was beautiful, had one big fault that women everywhere will avoid … NO ADEQUATE LIGHTING in the bathroom to even put on lipstick and you can totally forget about eyebrow pencil!! Designers of that room were NOT thinking about women for sure! The only other thing I can suggest is GET SOME LIGHTS IN THE BATHROOM!!! However, the hotel sits right on the Mississippi River and the walking trail along the Mississippi leads to a smal park with outdoor workout equipment! In particularly, I loved that walkway which runs behind the hotel and the workout space down river from the hotel Furthermore, the food is very good and the staff at the bar and restaurant are exceptional!!!
