This was our third time staying at this condo and we enjoy it each time. It’s a gorgeous view and super easy beach/pool access. We enjoy having the indoor and outdoor pool options for our young kids. The condo is fabulous, but I will admit that the one roll of toilet paper and half a roll of cheap paper towels and zero cooking accessories (not even salt/pepper) is a downer. However that is definitely the fault of the rental company and not the condo owner. We’ve just been spoiled by all the wonderful amenities at previous rentals.

We loved the condo complex and really enjoyed being on the 12th floor with the windows from the living room overlooking the water. The pool was extra large and very nice and kept so clean. Our only problem was the lack of closet space on the smaller guest bedroom and definitely not able to use the master closet. Beautiful unit and our family enjoyed our stay!

The condo was clean and the view was great! Parking was smooth, as there are marked assigned spaces. Elevators were fast, so there was minimal wait to get to the beach. The beach access is flat and easy. There are a couple of clean-up spots, so washing off can happen quickly. It would have been nice to have some hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels. A dish strainer for dishes would have also been helpful. Extra blankets would also have been nice. But overall, the condo has most things you need.

The condo was even better than advertised. My wife and four daughters loved it as much as I did. We loved the location of this condo in relationship to the other condos in the same building. It was at the far west end so very private with little foot traffic outside. The view from the extra large private balcony was AMAZING. Every morning I would get a cup of coffee and watch the most amazing sun rises and in the evenings we would finish our days with the sounds of crashing waves. The parking was easy to find, enter and exit. I had absolutely zero safety concerns for me and my family during our visit. The condo was clean and the decor was perfect for our week at the beach. The layout of the condo provided the necessary privacy while allowing a great space for family together time. The condo had many dishes which left us wanting for nothing. The large capacity ice machine was my families favorite appliance after returning from our morning runs or the day at the beach. The only thing I could even consider as a negative was that there wasn't any cupboard space to put away groceries. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and the condo was the best part because it delivered far more than expected. 10 out of 10 🌊⛱️☀️

Amazing condo, I\'d book this particular unit again and again! Perfect size, perfect location, easy 2 minute walk onto beach, grills, great pool and more. And the mattresses in the bedrooms were nicer than what we have at home! Only thing is DO NOT go early thinking you will get in a second before the 4pm listed check in time. I\'ve stayed at other condos where they were ready and willing to let us in a few hours before the technical start, but this place does not budge. I wish they would not have even sent regular texts stating"we will let you know if your room is ready earlier" - it gave false hope that there may be some leeway and there was none and it was clear the resort was not packed and our room was ready well before the 4pm, but oh well, the rules did say 4. Other than that it was fabulous!

The condo had ample sleeping, towels, and amenities! Access to the pools, beach, and parking were phenomenal! Shower areas could have been cleaner & wooden stool needs replaced in master shower. Overall one of our favorite Orange Beach beach locations!

Property was dirty to say the least, lots of dust on decor. Decor did not match pictures, one chair looked like it was found in a dumpster. Previous tents beer caps under chairs, stool at bar is ready to break as soon as next person sits on it. Vacuum was packed dust and dirt, plug on vacuum had exposed wires. The duster in closet was completely black. Mold in the master bedroom shower. The wooden stool in master bathroom shower had black mold all over it. This was our worst experience in a VRBO. Two on my sister in laws were in the same complex and both of their units were very clean and furniture did not look like it was found in a dumpster. I would never stay here again or recommend it.

This property is in a very convenient location and the walk to the beach is fab. The condo itself is a bit more dated in terms of decor and amenities than I was expecting based on the photos. It could definitely use some TLC and updating but it will work for a family staying for a short trip.

This condo was exceptional! It was large enough for 2 adult couples to feel relaxed and not cramped. The beds were the best ever at a rental condo- yes both! (We did not utilize bunk beds). The BALCONY was the absolute “cherry on top”.. wide and spacious. Everything was top-notch! Seriously hoping to be invited back and stay in October!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great view. Condo was clean and as described. Patio furniture was nice. The beds were comfortable. The air did self regulate back to 70 at night and sometimes 73 during the day, not ideal for summer. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Had a pleasant experience with the iTrip team. Communications were excellent prior to, during, and after our stay. Regency Isle 411 was very comfortable for the two of us old fogies. We had no other travelers with us, so did not use the 2nd bedroom. Even with temps reaching the freezing mark, we still enjoyed the change of scenery from central Indiana, and avoided two snowstorms in our home area throughout our vacation week.
Had a pleasant experience with the iTrip team. Communications were excellent prior to, during, and after our stay. Regency Isle 411 was very comfortable for the two of us old fogies. Have always enjoyed staying at Regency Isle. I typically have booked at least a 3 bedroom condo, but this trip only a two bedroom was necessary for a quick girls’ getaway. The check in process was seamless and the management company was very communicative. The condo was absolutely spotless and it was apparent that much thought was given to the decor. Have already booked again for my return trip in October.

Had a great stay with family. I’ll have to admit that I was a little disappointed that the ice maker that was there previously was replaced with a wine fridge, but we made use of it. As someone who’s gone through a bunch of ice makers, I can testify that they are very problem prone. However, since I put a kitchen aid icemaker in my house, I’ve had no issues. Anyhoo, great stay and service was as excellent as I’ve come to expect!

This immaculate condo was perfect for our visit to OB. We love the location and the decor, cleanliness and environment were everything! I will definitely rebook this exact condo! Amazing condo, I\'d book this particular unit again and again! Perfect size, perfect location, easy 2 minute walk onto beach, grills, great pool and more. And the mattresses in the bedrooms were nicer than what we have at home! Only thing is DO NOT go early thinking you will get in a second before the 4pm listed check in time. I\'ve stayed at other condos where they were ready and willing to let us in a few hours before the technical start, but this place does not budge. I wish they would not have even sent regular texts stating"we will let you know if your room is ready earlier" - it gave false hope that there may be some leeway and there was none and it was clear the resort was not packed and our room was ready well before the 4pm, but oh well, the rules did say 4. Other than that it was fabulous!

We were looking for an escape from the snow. Beautiful sand, sunshine, and a short walk to entertainment is just what we wanted. This location was great. The unit was well appointed and spotless. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach. We frequent OB multiple times a year but this was our first time staying in this unit. It is very updated (the master bath could use a little updating) and the bed was VERY comfortable. Our friends stayed in the second bedroom and stayed it was very comfortable as well. This unit would be perfect for a family with children as it had bunk beds in the second room as well. We walked to FloraBama one day for lunch which was nice. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone!!

This unit is clean, well equipped and comfortable-Master shower is huge! We especially enjoyed the artwork-It looks like local artists. The large TV was very nice for watching the Iron Bowl! Location is perfect-walking distance to the Flora-Bama restaurants, short drive to grocery, etc. We would definitely stay here again. We were here with extended family-we had 4 units in all and our Thanksgiving holiday was topped by a beach proposal as we all watched from the balcony. She said "YES"!

Great unit with space and style. Had an issue at check in with the door lock not working properly, which prevented us from being able to leave the unit for a while, but otherwise a nice condo in walking distance to the Flora-Bama complex and a short drive from Orange Beach.

Condo was great. It was well stocked and very clean. It’s a shame that they skimmed on toilet paper, Kleenex and trash bags.Plus I had to pay for extra parking pass when it was a two bedroom condo.
