Taylor hotel is amazing. Absolutely wonderful every single staff member. Service was outstanding. Room was comfortable. We were in Bilbao during festival. There were a lot of people on the streets near hotel during the night. However, soundproofing was so good that we did not hear anything. Hotel provide voucher for free drinks from their bar, and it was good. We did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. We loved Bilbao. Hotel is in the old town, conveniently located. We strongly recommend Taylor hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Clean, great amenities, most of the staff were helpful, great location. The bed was comfortable, room was spacious, bathroom included a bidet, wood floors, refrigerator. We booked a standard room so the window looked out to the interior wall. Our only suggestion is better lighting. The room was dark as was the bathroom. Very difficult to apply make-up for the ladies.
