Great place to stay if you need a few days with access to a kitchen. Have to bring most of your own supplies as it's not a standard hotel, there is just one bar of soap and a few plastic cups but nothing available for the kitchen (no cups, pots, dishes, bowls, utensils, or napkins). The elevator was not working and I was on the third floor, it was very noisy throughout the night to have a room by the stairway. Bed was squeaky but comfortable. There was some $5 fee above what Hotels.com quoted me just for staying only 1 night and not more days. There is direct access from Artesia Blvd into the main parking lot, despite Google Maps showing someone has to drive or walk a large circle around to the back. It has the best condition out of all hotels and motels near Artesia Blvd and Lakewood Blvd. The rest of the neighborhood does not look too nice. Staff is professional, nice small gym, complementary coffee, nice lobby, and vending machine available. This is not a convenient property to stay on if you don't have a car to drive.

We stayed a week, felt safe, easy parking ,accessible elevator, laundry. Bed could have been a bit better for handicap but everything else wasfine. Shout out to Ms.K for helping us with getting us a rental car. Thx

The property is modern, with security doors at the entrance and inside. The building is well maintained and clean. The rooms are sparse, ,but comfortable. If you want to cook you have to buy a package that has the utensils, for an extra charge. Also, bring your own soap and shampoo. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again, and you cant beat the price.

When we checked in the room we were assigned was assigned to someone else. So when we tried to go into that room that person said that that was their room. It was a bit embarrassing but when we went down we were assigned another room and the front desk person said that hotels.com always assigns rooms when there is someone already booked in that room. Luckily they didn’t sell out because I would’ve been super upset since there is a lot of us that went. The elevator and hallways were dirty and stinked . I think there was only one elevator. Going in and out was secure as you can’t come in without a key past the front desk. I called early to tell them we were going to check in and they had someone stay later so that they can help assist us with checkin. Besides that everyone else was good. If you wanted to cook you would have to rent one each of everything for like $35, it’s cheaper to go to Walmart and get cooking stuff there. They also have two towels per room even if there are 4 people staying in each room. We had to go buy towels at Walmart so all 4 of us could have a towel to use. Once a towel is dirty you have to bring it to the front desk to switch out for new towels.

The elevators were not working at all. This isnt good when you have a child who has a autoimmune disease and is not supposed to walk stairs, plus we were on the 4th floor. Ants!!!! Ants everywhere. Not a place i would stay at again.

I like that it was a room. Otherwise it was dirty; they didn’t clean a lot of stuff and masked odor with another odor. It wasn’t ready at 3 and they never called back when it was ready. I had to track down someone after hours to get my keys. I also had to pay some sort of additional PACE fee, some energy BS the owners volunteered for and ought to be paying themselves. Finally, water pressure was horrible.

Checked in on Friday afternoon. I walked into one of my rooms and there was a cockroach crawling down the wall. I found a maintenance worker and he brought bug spray. Saturday morning I woke up to approximately 10 cockroaches in my kitchen area. I could not ask the front desk as they are closed at 9am. I could not ask for extra towels Sunday morning because again, the front desk is closed until 10am. There were people hanging out in the parking lot all night. Some guy was smoking from a straight glass pipe in his car back of the building. I won’t be staying here again.

This place was clean and pretty quiet throughout my stay. The only real complaint I have about staying his is the shower only had lukewarm water and very low water pressure. The sinks had good pressure so I'm not fully sure why the shower pressure was so low. But everything else was fine. My room had a full sized fridge with a little kitchenette.

I really liked the cleanliness and the amenities that were available. I like the convenience of a fridge and microwave. The motion sensor overhead was really really annoying. I can be relaxing on the bed watching a movie or playing with my phone when the lights would turn off because I wasn’t ‘moving’ around. I completely understand how this can be beneficial if the room was empty; there just needed to be a clear way to disable this for comfort. It was kind of loud in the mornings since the walls were thin hearing all of the doors being opened and closed. If you wake at 5a, this place will work out, for a late sleeper, not my thing. Overall, a decent and safe place for the price.

I stayed before loved it. Was on the 3rd floor.. The second time stayed downstairs, first floor a little noisy.. can here the neighbors arguing, and playing there music. The bed was uncomfortable. That can be something personal, I don’t like hard beds.The rooms are new and very clean. I would stay again.

From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, everything I experienced was more than satisfactory. My room was squeaky clean when I first walked in. I wasn’t able to check in the hotel was overbooked and there was no one in the reception area I waited over 30 minutes and called the reception numerous times I won’t be back or recommending anyone almost ruined my family time

When we got to the hotel the check in office was closed. Luckily some guest saw us trying to figure out how to check in. Mind you we showed up an hour after check in. We had to use the hotel phone to call someone down to assist us. When we received our room the room we received had not been cleaned, it looked like someone may have still been staying there. Luckily we caught the receptionist at the elevator and explained the conditions of the room. She was apologetic and gave us a new room. I guess there was a miscommunication with house keeping. The room was clean but no amenities are offered, such a blow dryer, you only get two towels. No wash cloth or towel to dry your hands. One little bar of soap and the pillows are thin. Was hoping quality hotel pillows. This hotel is the bare minimum. Will not be staying here again.

No one is ever at the counter , they have a gate that is always locked and you have to try in call some one from the office phone to come and help you when checking in, you call a few times they finally answer come to the window and look like they have been sleeping , rude attitudes like your bothering them trying to check in . Will never come back this has not happened on two occasions
No one is ever at the counter , they have a gate that is always locked and you have to try in call some one from the office phone to come and help you when checking in, you call a few times they finally answer come to the window and look like they have been sleeping , rude attitudes like your bothering them trying to check in . Will never come back this has not happened on two occasions

DO NOT STAY HERE unless you don’t care about your safety! I was supposed to stay here for the wkd and when I went to check in, the front desk provided a room key which to my surprise was already assigned to someone else. My assigned key opened the room, and someone was already assigned there! If that’s not a huge safety breach and safety concern, I don’t know what is! No apologies, they just wanted to smooth things out by upgrading my room! The upgrade is not going to make me feel safer and less scared! The hotel had so much traffic, people walking in & out! And on top of everything else they refuse to give me a refund! The worst experience ever!

Understaffed and very slow to get things done. Also not very accommodating, arrived early before check in but no rooms available and fully booked. For hours I was waiting and they had a room available to upgrade me but would not because they said they need that for upcoming reservations. Rooms were available regardless, but front staff waited on cleaning staff to arrive hours later before they could check into them yet one room was already clean and ready to use, and I had to wait hours with them because they didn't want to uprgrade me, makes no sense! I ended up leaving early due to poor service and management of facility. The residents above and around me made so much noise I couldn't sleep not to mention the on/off cable service and faulty motion activated light switches that never activated when you needed them too. I will say at least it was clean overall from what I noticed and that helped but would not stay here again. Also is located in a undesirable part of town with little attraction, lots of closed businesses, and a lot of liquor stores. Not really the best view looking out your window or stepping outside.

Very clean room. I didn’t like the noise from the freeway. It kept me up all night. Would probably recommend staying in the odd numbered rooms. Hopefully it’s not as loud on that side. I didn’t like that cops had to be called to the hotel, not sure what for; it makes me uneasy with the area. Morning coffee was appreciated

I was a bit hesitant to stay at this hotel because I read a lot of bad reviews but I'm glad I didn't go by other people's reviews. I had a great experience, the room was clean, had everything I needed, there was plenty of parking and the staff were very friendly. It’s also convenient because by the highway but the only thing I would change would be the bed, it's a little noisy but it's comfortable. I recommend staying at this hotel and I would definitely book it again.

We arrived about 1AM on a Friday after a concert. First of all we couldn't find the hotel because GPS kept taking us to a car dealership (not the hotel's fault, just a heads-up). We called and got directions, and when we got there had to wait for someone to come check us in and took a while to get is checked in as well. The area is a little sketchy, but we didn't have any issues. Room was fine, was clean but no amenities. No tissue, shampoo, lotion or coffee in the room. Also, I think people live there and there was someone talking loudly till about 3am. Its pet friendly as well and there was a dog barking nonstop in the morning. For our one night stay it was just ok.

Great place to stay if you need a few days with access to a kitchen. Have to bring most of your own supplies as it's not a standard hotel, there is just one bar of soap and a few plastic cups but nothing available for the kitchen (no cups, pots, dishes, bowls, utensils, or napkins). The elevator was not working and I was on the third floor, it was very noisy throughout the night to have a room by the stairway. Bed was squeaky but comfortable. There was some $5 fee above what Hotels.com quoted me just for staying only 1 night and not more days. There is direct access from Artesia Blvd into the main parking lot, despite Google Maps showing someone has to drive or walk a large circle around to the back. It has the best condition out of all hotels and motels near Artesia Blvd and Lakewood Blvd. The rest of the neighborhood does not look too nice. Staff is professional, nice small gym, complementary coffee, nice lobby, and vending machine available. This is not a convenient property to stay on if you don't have a car to drive.

Room was very clean. I liked that the rooms had a stove top and a full-sized refrigerator. Definitely a place to consider if you plan on doing long stays. They might not do breakfast, but they still do have coffee downstairs.

I liked that there was many shopping options near the area. I didn't like the elevator and the stairs were not vacuumed. i liked the complimentary coffee but I didn't like there was no honey and sugar ran out.

The property is modern, with security doors at the entrance and inside. The building is well maintained and clean. The rooms are sparse, ,but comfortable. If you want to cook you have to buy a package that has the utensils, for an extra charge. Also, bring your own soap and shampoo. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again, and you cant beat the price.

Sep 2023 this is a fairly new property and it is very clean and my room was well equipped with tv, fridge, and stove. Towels and a bar of soap included. HOWEVER, there was no coffee maker. The only things that I personally was a tiny bit unhappy about was that I had no way of making how water in the room for tea (I brought drinking water and tea bags) and the bed frame was noisy when shifting as it felt a bit wobbly. But, overall it was a great stay.

The mattress on the bed was impossible to sleep on as you could feel the springs in the mattress. Had to use extra towels to pad the springs and a blanket.

Bed had baby roaches and god knows what else. Office staff was amazing and approved my refund but I still haven’t received it. I have to say I am really disappointed with the sanitary conditions of the room (stains on mattress covers), bugs in the bed under blankets were not up to standard. Will not be returning.
