WoodSpring Suites Bellflower - Los Angeles

Parking was good but air-conditioning not good. The electric outlets didn't work. Bad experience. Would not recommend or come back.

This place is in a rough neighborhood. The front desk lady did not allow us to use the restroom after our four hour drive in because we were not guests yet. Although we had a reservation we were not allowed to use the restroom. She was ok with other drug dealers and users to hang out in the lobby and parking lot. After we returned to check in we were charged another time, although I explained that we had paid through hotels.com. Then our room key didn’t allow us in to our room, so we had to get escorted by her to let us in. The hallways smelled awful like a wet dog or a failed attempt to clean up vomit. The room stunk like cigarettes and the bed was not comfortable. We only had two towels for the four guests. When I asked for more after we returned from dinner and had to get escorted to our room again. We were only given one more towel. When my son used the toilet it clogged. We told the front desk and were handed a plunger. Needless to say this place overcharges. I would never book here again or recommend it for a family.

Ok. But the hall are dirty

This place is not in open condition,There is no kitchenware even no hair dryer in room or ask front desk., no breakfast but it's show they will supply on hotels.com.The haul way smell is horrible.Rooms close to highway very loud and window can not be sound insulation in the night time.The window sheet no rope for rise up.The room wood floor not be cleaned ,you'll feel have s socks on feet after you walk on the floor.it's not the WoodSpring stander as I always stay,we left that place around 4am at our second night.enough is enough,don't go there and not ready hotel place even the building looks now condition.
