I found this hotel due to its proximity to the station as I wanted to be close for travelling by train. I've not stayed in an Inntel Hotel before but would gladly stay again. The whole experience was one of the best I've had anywhere. All the staff were brilliant and super helpful. The hotel was in a great place, fully modernised, nice big comfy rooms and it has a really nice pool. Don't be put off by how close it was to the station as we had a room directly over looking the trainline and you couldn't hear a sound. Breakfast was also good. Highly recommend staying here.

Super zentrales Hotel mit einem tollen Zimmer. 5 Minuten Fußweg zu den Grachten. Einzig die Parkkosten mit 38 Euro sind sehr hoch.

Very clean and nice hotel,only thing that bothered me were the Broken lockers in the spa and pool area so that you couldnt leave your stuff out of your sight but besides that it was very nice

Really nice new hotel. Convenient location, cozy and practical rooms, nice gym and spa area. My only critique would be that the gym gets quite hot, since it's right next to the spa and swimming pool. An AC would be great there. Otherwise really good hotel.

Mooi en leuk ingerichte kamers, lekkere bedden, leuk uitzicht, echte glazen op de kamer, koelkast in de kamer vond ik top en ook nog waterkoker voor koffie of thee! Ligging is heel goed vanaf het station en je loopt zo Hoog Catharijne binnen. Daarnaast nog een lekker zwembad met welness. Helaas was de sauna stuk maar het Turks stoombad was ook lekker. De gym was er ook, daarvan waren 2 van de 4 apparaten helaas niet in goede staat. Dat deed echter niets af aan een leuk verblijf voor ons.

Eerst kamer hadden de douch randen schimmel en de wc pot was zeer smerig. Daarna van kamer veranderd en daar viel de wc nog wel mee. Voor de rest staat het op een mooie plek in de stad.

Gut gelegenes Hotel in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und des Bahnhofs. Das Hotel hat alles, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub in Utrecht benötigt. Leichte Abzüge gibt es für Schimmel in der Dusche und fehlende Handtuch– und Kleiderhaken im Bad.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. De wellness kamer was echt fijn. Het was een ruime, schone kamer met prachtig uitzicht op zowel de stad als deel van de treinsporen. Vriendelijk personeel, weinig geluid van buiten en alle gemakken voorzien. Handig gelegen in het centrum van de stad.

The hotel location is superb, a very big shopping mall is just opposite to the hotel with lots of restuarants, also it only need less than 5 mins walk to the train station. The breakfast is good. It is a bonus to us having swimming during the stay. However, the cleaniness of the room needs improvement, the floor is a bit sticky and the smell in the room is not decent too.

We arrived around 11:00 after travelling from 04:30 and were delighted that our room was ready for us. (Check in is from 16:00 I think)? Lovely warm, comfortable hotel. Our room was a great set up (family room). Two bedrooms, two showers and two toilets and a seated area where we could dine.Location was excellent too, especially for families, very close to shopping, train station and landmarks a short walk away.

We stayed with two kids. The room w two extra twin beds was very spacious and had two toilets. Comfortable room with fridge. Nice staff let us check in at 12:30 and check out late. Only downside was some minor train noise. Kids had fun with rooftop pool. Right next to train station and a close 10 min walk to canals.

Wellness room was enormous with a great view. Very clean and great service downstairs. Decent toiletries provided which is great for work travel. Beware if you are 10th floor in the corner you are below the gym so find out if room 10.19. noisy until about 10.30 at night but then completely silent. Pillows need replacing they felt like cotton wool. But otherwise v comfortable and obviously great location

Excellent building, room, room size, facilities, staff, organisation. BUT very very soft bed! Very soft mattress on a very soft base. I thought everyone knew nowadays this is bad for the back? Might not matter to someone age 20something, but no use to most older people. I slept ok as I put the mattress directly on the floor (ie not leaving it on the very soft base). Hotel can cheaply fix this issue by buying bed-sized plywood boards to put between the mattress and the base. Then hire someone who understands physiology & orthopaedics! Pity as everything else was great, but I won't trust this chain again.

The rooms were noisy. Any movement of furniture below above or beside could be heard. Somebody at the front desk allowed someone up to my room without asking their name and gave them a key. I did not know this person.

I found this hotel due to its proximity to the station as I wanted to be close for travelling by train. I've not stayed in an Inntel Hotel before but would gladly stay again. The whole experience was one of the best I've had anywhere. All the staff were brilliant and super helpful. The hotel was in a great place, fully modernised, nice big comfy rooms and it has a really nice pool. Don't be put off by how close it was to the station as we had a room directly over looking the trainline and you couldn't hear a sound. Breakfast was also good. Highly recommend staying here.

Fint, lækkert hotel, men manglende parkering er et problem. Fik at vide at vi skulle parkere i P4 og af der var en aftale, men da vi skulle hjem fortæller personalet os at vi skulle have booket parkering igennem en hjemmeside: det fortalte de os ikke da vi ankom. Så 76€ gjorde opholdet noget dyrere.

While checking in close to midnight I was told my booking was cancelled. Only because I insisted for 10 minutes, I received a room. The room was very large, nice and comfortable bed. clean shower. Breakfast was okay, fresh and yet very standard. Hotel is 5 minutes' walk from the train station which was very convenient to me. The wellness area is nice and clean, swimming pool is very small (not for swimming...)

It is 3 mins walkable distance to the central station of Utrecht. It is located right across the shopping mall and surrounded by bistros. There is a Grocery store nearby. The hotel itself is great, very spacious for two people and the staff was great. We had an early checking and they accommodated us on the spot. Thank you for our memorable stay.

We had a huge family, two separate rooms with their own bathrooms and showers. A mini flat . The only drawback is that it is impossible to get there by car because the hotel is located in an exclusively bicycle/pedestrian area. The area is convenient, you have the station behind and you arrive in the centre in no time .

Very well located hotel right by the train station. Clean throught and very friendly and helpful staff. Modern rooms, close to all there is to do in Utrecht. If travelling to or from Utrecht by train, this is a great hotel to use. Great for day trips to other places too.

Lovely property with a good view. minutes away from the main train station, tram and buses. Bike riding is a real thing here and it is lovely to people watch just going about their day on the bicycles. Also the largest bike park is next to the hotel. A lovely shopping center is a couple minutes walk from the hotel.

Excellent location - 5 mins from the train station and very close to central Utrecht. Overall very pleasant stay. Great views. Excellent breakfast. There are no communal sitting and relaxing areas in the hotel apart from the breakfast/bar area. Room spacious, bed very comfortable and very quiet with windows closed but room was very warm so had to open window, resulting in train and tannoy announcer noises. Great pressure shower and bath. Surprised about the lack of usual hotel facilities in the room, toiletries- no boxes of tissues, hair conditioner, body lotion; drinks - no bottles of water, only one tea bag no milk.

We hadden een heel mooie en grote kamer. Ondanks dat het vlakbij het treinstation is, hoorden we niets van de treinen. Er was ook geen geluid van andere kamers of de gang. Het ontbijtbuffet is heel uitgebreid. Alleen de koffiemachine is traag. Er is ook een mooi zwembad maar het water was wel heel erg koud.

Stylish, clean and super location. Only 4 stars as the breakfast and bar areas were just too busy. It was like a feeding frenzy which wasn’t the hotels fault, but i lost my appetite seeing it.

Mooi, nieuw hotel dat direct naast het station en Hoog Catharijne ligt. Ideale locatie om centrum te bezoeken. Leuk zwembad op de bovenste verdieping. Wel jammer dat er geen badjassen aangeboden worden. Met de ramen dicht hoor je niets van de treinen, maar dan moet de airconditioning wel aan om het niet te warm te laten zijn op de kamer. De eerste ochtend was het ontzettend druk bij het ontbijtbuffet, omdat iedereen in de rij stond voor de koffiemachine. Ook was er te weinig plek. De volgende ochtend was dat opgelost en stond er een tweede machine bij.

Reasonable place to stay. My husband and I were given 2 single beds joined together. Mattress was not comfortable. Good pillows. Quiet. Basics like hair conditioner and tissues not provided. Breakfast very good. Lunch and dinner menus limited but lots of choice close by
