Hotel is located conveniently near the freeway and there are a number of restaurants/shops nearby. The hotel was clean and modern and as described. The room was great and bed was comfortable. Gym facilities were disappointing but I suppose you're not coming here for the gym. Breakfast was good, wide selection of food including make your own waffles. All staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here and would happily stay again.

We recently stayed at this property in Merced as a large group of 20, booking four separate rooms, and our experience was very positive. Unfortunately the property was pet friendly, my bed was littered with some fleas which I received over a dozen bites on my body. Hope they can figure out a better procedure to keep this from happening.

Room and hallways were NOT clean, half the dishes were within the dishwasher which hasn’t been opened for few days probably (smelly), our room didn’t have a pan or a dish sponge, we requested those from the stuff, we didn’t get any pan so we bought one, the front desk lady handed me a white sponge (which has chemicals and absolutely not intended to be used for dishes), you can’t open the windows so the smell in the room was bad from the very moment we entered, no kettle in the room and the hot water container in the breakfast area was always empty so you can’t make any kind of hot drinks In general I suggest reading about the crime rate in Merced and avoid it if you can, it also doesn’t have any major supermarket except maybe target), Fresno looked much nicer overall

I wish I would’ve have taken a picture of the flooring repair job in room 327, it was awful, the ‘patch’ job was ridiculously poor. The hotel seemed older and a little rundown unfortunately, for $200 a night I expected a cleaner room. The carpet looked pretty dirty and the caulking in the shower was mildewed, the windows for dirty and filmy. The bed was comfy and we were exhausted and slept well.

HBO Max didn't work on my TV. Tried a few times to watch something and everytime the TV would just turn off by itself when something started to play. Regular channels worked ok but Max did not work.

Staff was not helpful, had to mitigate over and over that my room was unclean. I requested another room and was denied. The first night I had to sleep with my family in a room that smelled like Urine. Bathtub was dirty, and room was dirty and appeared as if no one had cleaned it after the previous guest. I was refunded the two nights I had previously paid for and then I had to rebook for an additional night at $170. New room had no shampoo ( appeared at if they had filled bottles with water) watered down shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Staff was not friendly after I filed a complaint. I will not be staying here at this location in the future.

Had to check in late but the overnight staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was 2 queens. Didnt know till getting to the room that there was a fridge, a 2 burner stove top, a sink and a dishwasher. Even though we didnt use any of them, it was very nice nonetheless. Also was plenty of towels in the bathroom. The room was very clean. We will be staying there again.

The property looks new inside and outside. Closeby the freeway exit ,easy to find and convenient to go around. Friendly and professional staff. Good breakfast option, they have sausage and eggs with a croissant ham and cheese on a Saturday, then bacon and eggs with quiche on Sunday, other breakfast options available. DOG FRIENDLY, which we love.

The hotel is very new. They even have a kitchen inside with a stove, refrigerator, oven, dining table, and microwave, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Fire pit was also a nice touch breakfast was delicious.
