Fabulous property. From the minute you check in Patty is there to help. The pool is an extra delight and the hike around the lake. We even took out a canoe. Staff is amazing Hotel is BEAUTIFUL.

Perfect romantic getaway celebrating our anniversary! Modern, luxurious, and eco-friendly. Fantastic service. Very quiet and peaceful. Walking trail around the lake was beautiful and relaxing. Restaurant was fantastic. Pool is perfect, calm, and hot tub is clean and relaxing. Make sure that you stop at the Corner Piazza in town for homemade pizza and local beer! We’ll be back!

This is an absolutely breathtaking property with many free amenities for the price. It was spotless. Great front desk experience and shuttle bus ride to the show. Highly recommend. If we are splitting hairs, my only two recommendations would be to have actual tissue boxes in the bathroom (not the small pocket type) and free shuttle service to the shows.

The property is almost brand new. The rooms are spacious, clean and all modern conveniences. There is a pool and hot tub, fitness center and delicious breakfast. Beautiful walking trails around property, flowers and flowing water.

Bradstan was great BUT it could have been more self-contained. Their restaurant was closed for the night we arrived. They could have (better) signage for the lake and the trail around the lake. We had trouble with our cellular connections, which may not be their fault but was part of our experience. The bed was great. The shower, and the bathroom in total, was fabulous. The surrounding area, I would have been happier to not to have to have seen it.

Lovely stay in beautiful Junior Suite. We would have loved to have had regionally-produced snacks and beverages available complimentary or for purchase in either our room, or in the lobby--I would have spent money on a minibar, if given the chance. Our breakfasts were excellent -- hats off to chef, who also went out of her way to make us sandwiches on nice French bread in our boxed lunch. Dinner at the restaurant is a bit hit-and-miss. The duck was terrific. Other entrees were so-so, e.g., e.g., trout, chicken. For us, the clientele demographic is a bit old and staid -- though we're in our fifties and sixties, guests felt a bit stuffy. We would recommend the Bradstan to older friends with plenty of spending money looking for a couple of quiet nights in the country, but we'll seek out a somewhat -- only somewhat -- livelier setting, next time. Let me say again: the room itself was really terrific, and the staff is excellent, professional and very friendly, qualities we highly value!

This was one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in! Such a vibe with the decor, gas fireplace, 4 poster bed, awesome bedding and linens, heated bathroom floors, automatic shades. I loved everything about it. Very clean, very new, very modern.

Unbelievable property, there was so much money and work put into this property. Its build quality is unparalleled to the finest of homes or other hotels. The property is beautiful and not a blade of grass out of place. The rooms our quiet and decorated like I was in a 10 million dollar home. Every detail of the property is beautiful. Absolutely one of the nicest finds I have ever come across by accident.

This was our third stay at The Bradstan. It's in an ideal location to explore both sides of the Delaware River. The rooms are comfortable and large. Staff are uniformly wonderful. We took advantage of an offer to get a ride to Sunrise Lake, which was relaxing. The ladies providing breakfast were particularly friendly. We even saw two beavers in the ponds. Our only issue was that the service and food at The Homestead restaurant was incredibly poor. It was our fourth visit there. We have had service problems before but the food has been good.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel in the Catskills. Architecturally so well done and the interior design was extremely thoughtful, durable materials were chosen for guests coming and going. The room felt like a beautiful bedroom you would want in your own room. I have never experienced or seen a bedroom like this in a hotel. And the large expansive window overlooking nature was just stunning. It is situated on 60 acres and there is a gorgeous lake that we walked around in the mornings. The restaurant is outstanding . Presentation and quality of food just stellar. I cannot wait to return. The staff is also very kind, very warm. They created a boutique hotel that truly is a beautiful, warm, welcoming place. Cannot wait to return.

Great concept/design and amazing landscape, but poor hospitality. The restaurant doesn’t serve lunch and you are in the middle of nowhere, so plan accordingly. The restaurant is also subpar with the quality of food preparation. There is no bellman to assist with luggage and be prepared to sign disclaimers upon arrival. Won’t return to this hotel unless they retire the chef and get a general manager.

All of the staff that we came across were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The property is gorgeous and there were endless activities to do if you don’t want to leave the property. The front desk was very helpful when we did want to venture out and explore the local towns. This place holds a special place in my heart and I can’t wait to come back!

Amazing property. Well kept and beautiful. Service was also great. We didn’t make it on time for breakfast one time, and the girls from the kitchen offered us pastries and eggs. We will definitely be back.

This is an absolutely breathtaking property with many free amenities for the price. It was spotless. Great front desk experience and shuttle bus ride to the show. Highly recommend. If we are splitting hairs, my only two recommendations would be to have actual tissue boxes in the bathroom (not the small pocket type) and free shuttle service to the shows.

Lovely stay in beautiful Junior Suite. We would have loved to have had regionally-produced snacks and beverages available complimentary or for purchase in either our room, or in the lobby--I would have spent money on a minibar, if given the chance. Our breakfasts were excellent -- hats off to chef, who also went out of her way to make us sandwiches on nice French bread in our boxed lunch. Dinner at the restaurant is a bit hit-and-miss. The duck was terrific. Other entrees were so-so, e.g., e.g., trout, chicken. For us, the clientele demographic is a bit old and staid -- though we're in our fifties and sixties, guests felt a bit stuffy. We would recommend the Bradstan to older friends with plenty of spending money looking for a couple of quiet nights in the country, but we'll seek out a somewhat -- only somewhat -- livelier setting, next time. All of the staff that we came across were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The property is gorgeous and there were endless activities to do if you don’t want to leave the property. The front desk was very helpful when we did want to venture out and explore the local towns. This place holds a special place in my heart and I can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful setting nestled in the Catskill Mountains with great walkability. Nice trail to a scenic lake with boating options. Great room with gorgeous view of nature. This was our third stay at The Bradstan. It's in an ideal location to explore both sides of the Delaware River. The rooms are comfortable and large. Staff are uniformly wonderful. We took advantage of an offer to get a ride to Sunrise Lake, which was relaxing. The ladies providing breakfast were particularly friendly. We even saw two beavers in the ponds. This is a unique place. The architecture and furnishings are a mix of old fashioned and modern, and there are stunning views from your room and the restaurant. Whoever designed this place was super-smart about how they situated it and melded it with the natural environment. The staff is top-notch; professional but friendly. We stayed at the Bradstan after a concert at Bethel Woods. My only negative comment is we didn't stay long enough! The complimentary breakfast is outstanding!! Homemade pastries, fresh fruit, rockin guacamole! Everything about this hotel was 5 star plus. Will definitely return for a longer stay and take advantage of the lake kayaking!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel in the Catskills. Architecturally so well done and the interior design was extremely thoughtful, durable materials were chosen for guests coming and going. The room felt like a beautiful bedroom you would want in your own room. I have never experienced or seen a bedroom like this in a hotel. And the large expansive window overlooking nature was just stunning. It is situated on 60 acres and there is a gorgeous lake that we walked around in the mornings. The restaurant is outstanding . Presentation and quality of food just stellar. I cannot wait to return. The staff is also very kind, very warm. They created a boutique hotel that truly is a beautiful, warm, welcoming place. Cannot wait to return.
