Staybridge is our usual place to stay along our travel route to Georgia. We rented a larger suite on this recent visit. There were 2 adults, 3 children and 2 dogs. The beds were clean and comfortable. We used the pool and enjoyed grilling dinner. Breakfast was adequate (poorly staffed);. However, there was plenty of hot coffee. This is a nice property - Family Friendly

The hotel was very comfortable and the grounds were beautiful. The smell was a little off putting in our room, but we bought some Febreze and it helped a bit. Since they allow pets, I'm assuming that was why. I also noticed a very strong marijuana smell in our hallway, but fortunately not in our room. We loved the two bedroom suite for our family and hope to stay here again when we come back and visit. The breakfast was very good as well and had a nice variety. I loved the free washer and dryers as we had to extend our stay and needed to wash our clothes.

This hotel truly is one of the best home away from homes in Johnson City Tn. The staff is AMAZING they all work so hard at ensuring they make your stay as comfortable as possible. If anything is not to your liking they will go above and beyond to make it right. The breakfasts are amazing, beds are sooooo comfortable, rooms are very clean. They also have free laundry facilities which makes it very convenient. It definitely will not disappoint and is worth every penny.

It was dog friendly. Our large dog travels with us, so to be able to stay somewhere nice with him accompanying us is important. Hotel very clean, relaxing, enjoyed being able to sit on back patio in evening. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A/C is great. I like it cold when I sleep. The room was clean. Pool is nice. Breakfast is better than the average hotel’s offering. The bed is comfortable, and the linens are acceptable. TV is large enough. There is a couch that is firm, and our 3 year old granddaughter slept well on it. I don’t like all the smokers at the front door. Can’t really avoid them there.

Loved the two bedroom, two bath, with living room and kitchenette....with indoor pool....and free breakfast. The location was close to family, which was most important. The only criticism is lack of communication @ check in about housekeeping not coming by daily. Apparently that needs to be requested.

Excellent hotel and excellent service. Room was comfortable and spaced well. We would use Staybridge again and would recommend it to others. Only thing I wish is they would have the appetizer/drink deals more than just Monday - Wednesday as I happened to have to leave for a few days due to a work issue and it happened to be mon-Wed. My wife and kids did get to enjoy it though. Overall very good experience!

Upon arrival in our room it smelled like cigarette smoke. We were given another room of which I found some sort of bug that resembled a bed bug (unsure). We were then given a third room of which we found peeling paint outside of the entrance door and ceiling tiles in the hallway that you could tell had water damage.

Facility was great.. breakfast was good and it was nice to have a “meet and greet” in the evenings we were there. The only complaints that we had was, the toilet wasn’t clean and when my wife pulled up the duvet when she got in bed, she noticed either blood or chocolate on the cover. Housecleaning took care of it right away. I will stay there again. 😊

My husband and I travel a lot for work. This has been the first time that we have encountered such horrible service. We initially reserved for 14 days (during those 14 days we went away for 4). When we arrived, our room was not cleaned at all. We opted to take their apologies and didn't leave. We rebooked an additional 7 days and explained that a deep cleaning was needed (clean bathroom, vacuum carpet, change bed sheets). Instead of cleaning, we received bed bug bites all over our bodies and had to rush out of there. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING with their housekeeping!!! RUN!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Dirty. Food crumbs on kitchen floor, sticky spots on kitchen floor, hairs in shower, pee spots under toilet seat (which had been left up, so was very obvious), poop crusties inside toilet bowl. Carpet clearly not vacuumed.

Our stay for 2 nights was heaven. The beds were like sleeping on a marshmallow. Just the right softness and I had no problem sleeping that night. We found everything so clean and inviting. It was a little outdated. The couch was low and so was the chair. I am handicapped and I had to be helped off the couch. It was uncomfortable also. The bathroom needs some sort of heavy glass. Running to the kitchen for a glass is dumb. I had a handful of medication and needed a glass. To the kitchen for a glass and then back to the bathroom to finish getting dressed. We will be back as long as my sister lives.

The hotel and room were nice but do not stay in a room that backs up the elevator, very noisy, not good sleep. Breakfast was so-so and ends early no excpeptions so make sure you up and down before 9 AM to have breakfast if you want it - no sleeping in. There is a little happy hour which was nice.

Upon checking in we received keys for 3 different rooms that were either not cleaned or already occupied! Terrible! Isn’t this info in their computer?? We finally got a room that was vacant and they upgraded for free. I just hope no one gets a key to our room while we are gone.

This hotel was thoroughly delightful. Everyone that worked there is super friendly and competent. In fact we travel frequently from Virginia to Texas and back and this was the first time we stayed in this town and at this Staybridge. From now on we are going to take this route and stay here. Well done Johnson City Staybridge

The staff was very unprofessional and not helpful, the facility was less than clean, the . I asked to extend my stay for one night. The lady at the front desk at the time told me i would have to check out and then make another reservation and check back in tomorrow. So i just went and got another room at a different hotels and you can be sure we will never be staying with you again.

Almost everything about our stay was excellent. The only thing i would complain about is that we had to ask for towels, kleenex, toilet paper and more trash bags. The breakfast was fresh and good. The amentities were excellent including free laundry, which i was pleasantly surprised by! I would absolutely stay here again.

Room was nice. From the front desk to breakfast set up the workers looked like they just got out of bed; asked them questions with no help; questioned a charge on my card and could not give explanation. Worst was a comment at check out that he said “he will be surprised if this damn place isn’t closed in a year”! No professionalism at. Workers were eating food before guests even had a chance. Do not believe I will go back.

Sign in bathroom promises light cleaning every weekday which includes replacing towels, taking out trash, and making beds. We were there 3 weeknights and it never happened. My husband had to take trash out and get us new towels every day. My son dropped a toy that went under the chaise. There was food and dirt piled high under there. Day 2 we asked the front desk if the could ensure our room got cleaned while we were out. They promised it would but never followed through. Could be a very nice hotel if housekeeping did their job.

Overnight stay on our usual trip to the GA mountains. We have enjoyed Staybridge along with our 2 small dogs. It breaks up the 12 hour drive. We arrived 1.5 hours earlier than check in. Staybridge generously allowed us a room early. Unfortunately, they never mentioned it was a handicap room. This meant accessing the microwave on my knees and banging my head on cabinets to reach the kitchen sink. There were grab bars all over the shower. We didn’t mind at first because we were tired. Eventually, It was just depressing. I would have been better off waiting for a regular room. Anyway, it is a nice hotel; especially if you are traveling with your dog. The breakfast has never disappointed. They offered us a beer or wine and finger foods (which they do on certain evenings). It is a hospitable hotel and I highly recommend it.

Room was gresy and stafg was nice. The only complaint i have is breakfast was lat most of the 7 dauz we were here. One day i went down 1.5hrs after it was supposed to start and ths only things out was fruit and oatmeal , without utensils to get them. We would definitely stsy here agsin though.

I travel for job so I spend a lot of time in Holiday inns and Staybridges. So I planned a romantic get away for the night. The hotel was a complete let down.First we checked in at 3 was told come back at 4 room not clean. Go to our room and still not clean. 5:00 finally go to our room. Learn our fridge is missing the components to make ice we are told no ice machines and nothing they can do about it. Get up this morning head down to breakfast (9am) breakfast they say is until 10:30. All the paperplates are gone, they are out of juice, and the hot food displays are empty except the eggs. I am very disappointed in a place ran by Holiday Inn. I have had better service at Days Inn. I asked for a receipt and I got someone else's bill. Angela Garber as the manager you might want to talk with your staff
