The classic rooms are very small. There is no sound proofing between rooms and every word said is heard. The halls are narrow. There is a very small elevator. There are no bars in the shower. There are some safety concerns. The property grounds are beautiful. The breakfast is good. The parking is not adequte. There are not enough spaces in any night.

We had to scramble to book this reservation the day or our stay because our VRBO cancelled our reservation. We couldn't have been happier. We had a great stay! The people were awesome! The Italian villa feel to the place was great, and the breakfast was amazing! We only had one night in Lucca, but wished we could have spent more time there, and in this amazing hotel.
