Room was large and very clean. There was a lot of questions during check-in, more than usual for sure. Parking is behind the casino building but there was signs to follow. At check-in, they give you a parking permit to place on your car's dash. Overall great stay but there's a few extra steps you'll need to take.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was excellent and so helpful and courtious! It would be nice for the hot tub to be open later rhan 8pm. Not wanting to sit in it in the hot sun, but at night it would be lovely.

Beautiful property. View from our room was amazing. Our room was great, spacious bathroom & comfortable beds. Like that hotel is connected to casino & Sat night 3/28 we saw a fabulous duo playing live music in the Tree Bar. They were wonderful.

Amazing mini getaway. The lobby was clean and inviting, we arrived early and they held our luggage until a room became available. The pool was clean and refreshing, the bar sold food from certain hours (burgers, wings & sandwiches) and the food was good and moderately priced. The room was spacious and clean, plenty of towels and had its own shampoo, conditioner & bodywash. Nice updated room. We would definitely stay here again. Soboba treated us well. Two thumbs up!

The best place to stay in Hemet! Spacious rooms! Beautiful views. So clean! Great amenities…comfy bed. Very nice bathroom with spa products and great water pressure. Loved the fitness center, nice equipment, plenty of room to work out. Chrome cast TVs, so I could use my phone to access my apps. Used room service for breakfast, delicious food & speedy service. Valet parking if you choose, but self parking was easy. Pool was large, but it was not hot enough during my steamy to swim. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was my 2nd stay, and I will be back whenever I’m in the area.

The facility was very clean. We greatly appreciated the no smoking environment. Staff was friendly and helpful. Casino was not overly crowded. We did not use the bar but had food at the Noodle Bar, which was outstanding. We attended a concert while there (Bacon Bros) and the venue was great although seating was a little tight. Will definitely recommend to others and return ourselves.

Loved the pool area, however could use a few more lounge chairs. Casino was nice also loved no smoking. Could use a few more areas to eat & entertainment (maybe movie theater, bowling, etc)

Wouldn’t recommend staying here, at all! Workers were bad demeanor. There was a cockroach in my room at the fridge area. The guest service that checked is in was unmannered honestly think she was only nice to her own race, I’m not race baiting. It was my mother’s bday and she didn’t even acknowledge it and wish her a happy birthday. Just horrible will never stay here!

Staff was extremely professional and friendly. Casino and hotel are all smoke free inside, which was a huge plus for us, and would be a reason to stay again. Property is clean and well-maintained. Very pleasant stay!

The hotel is absolutely spotless. I have never stayed at a hotel as clean as this one. We even checked under the beds, corners, sinks, shower etc., not one unclean area. The staff was amazing, from the front desk to the janitorial staff, all said good morning, hello, good evening, we really felt appreciated. WELL DONE Soboba!!!!!! We will definitely stay again and tell our friends and family.

My last stay was so good that I was disappointed this time. We had a hard time checking in. It took a lot longer than usual for them to process my check in. We were unable to log in to Netflix and when I tried to call the front desk, I was on hold for a long time that I just gave up and hung up. Also, for some reason our carpet floor was wet by the entrance. And our bathroom sliding door did not close. It kept sliding open.

Stayed at the hotel for a concert. Room was very comfortable and large with a very a specious bathroom. For a casino the hotel was very quiet and is nonsmoking, which makes it even better. Event room is nothing special though and the Asian Restaurant is average at best.

We like this casino but had issues when checking out. They charged us for the room we had already paid for. They were able to fix the issue but we had to wait a while for that to happen. The staff was very kind and pleasant throughout this process. I’m hoping this can be avoided in the future.

Every staff member we encountered greeted us with kind pleasantries. It was so refreshing to experience superb old school customer service. Our room was perfect, modern, clean and large. No issues whatsover. Checked in a bit early quick and easy. To top it all off, the entire resort, hotel and casino, are non smoking. So nice to be able to sit and play slots without having to breathe in smoke from the players next to you. This was our first time staying here and we were so impressed we will definitely be staying again in the future.

Hotel wants to be high class but they need to be more efficient services, we arrived 10 minutes before checkin time and telling me there’s only one room available even though I reserved two months ago and gave me end of the hall which I requested front desk closed to elevator to help my blind wife. I immediately came down to complaint than they gave me better room with view. Why wouldn’t they do that first. I felt very discriminated and I sure would not go back anyone treated wrongly.

The casino and the resort are both very clean and comfortable. The staff in every area of the casino and hotel are incredibly polite and friendly. We were all very impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of every staff member we encountered. We will absolutely be back!

Leticia at the front desk was awesome. When she asked me if we had stayed here before and I said no but we had to get away, she upgraded our room to a nice suite. The room was fantastic and so clean and fresh. The whole property was clean and the view of the ducks and the golf course was wonderful. The whole staff was nice even at the casino and restaurants. Very busy in the casino but we loved our quiet room getaway. Hope to be back again

Very friendly helpful staff. Great Championship golf course. A tough course, but well maintained and clean. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy early checkin on a Saturday. Pool area was nice and spacious. Very safe and secure hotel. The food was exceptional at the food court and in the Canyons Steakhouse.

Easy to get to, clean, friendly staff, non smoking, uncrowded. The staff is very accomodating, hotel, casino and surroundings are well kept. Food is good and reasonable, parking is free. Highly recommend Soboba! This is my third visit in six.months.

This is a beautiful property seemingly in the middle of nowhere. I honestly don’t know how they found their staff as top notch service from every one in the casino. The room is spacious & clean with fine linen a refrigerator with stocked water & a Keurig coffee machine. The place was jammed back for Mother’s Day yet all friendly helpful. I’m looking forward to returning as many gaming option & best of all smoke free. It is great!

Hotel experience check in was great. Got into our room 2 hours early. We REALLY APPRECIATED THAT! Our room was great, clean, but the inside handle of the bathroom was loose and completely fell off once we used it. Maybe someone should tighten that up? All the food we tried downstairs was delicious except we were unable to go to the steakhouse it was only open Wed- Sat? We stayed Monday- Wednesday. Would have liked to try that. Our last night we stayed we ordered room service for dinner. It was a late dinner and we ordered a Cesar salad with chicken and a piece of strawberry cheesecake. Once the dinner arrived, it was basically some chicken, and some romaine lettuce. The description stated romaine, shaved parm cheese and croutons. The dressing they gave us was Italian and when I called to ask where the other items and correct dressing was, BRE was very short with me and told me "someone will be right up witht those items" We waited almost 15 MORE minutes and still no one. I called AGAIN and BRE told me "oh no one came up? Someone will come back soon" an additional 10 minutes passed and FINALLLY our items were delivered. Still the same INCORRECT ITALIAN dressing. BOOO what a disappointment. They really dropped the ball on their $20+ cesar salad and $13 cheesecake slice. DO better.

Ive stayed at the property several times and always found everything great This time i found that the property is charging alot more for drinks at the bar the restaurants and also wouldn't let outside drinks in the room.

So crowded that we only had a bottom floor which did not have a view that we are accustomed to. Also the food at their Fairway Restaurant was very poor. Burger meat not good, sweet potato fries were mushy 100%, I got food poisoning from a chicken ceasar salad where the lettuce was not fresh and I threw up 15 times the next day. Also the Seafood delight at the Noodle Restaurant was overcooked. So food not good this time. So disappointed with their casino food places.

had a great stay played golf on the Soboba Springs golf coarse. Very well groomed and taken care of. Difficult with lots of sand and water hazards. Food at the noodle bar excellent upscale canyon Inn restaurant, over priced and not great everybody at the hotel was wonderful

The hotel rooms are very nice and clean. The service is great. The pool is nice but needs poolside drink and food service. The restaurant options were not great. The food court was not kept tidy and the lines and wait times were too long. You should have more restaurant options. The casino was too cold. YOU NEED TESLA & EV charging stations on the property!!
