The free breakfast was very convenient. The staff was friendly and attentive. We liked having the kitchen in the unit, laundry onsite and the fitness center.

Good breakfast options, great swimming pool and EV charger on the parking lot.

Very nice staff, the ability to use the bbq was have a electric car charging station was excellent

In 100 degree weather, the pool was t working so not available for “safety “reasons. We never saw any one working on it. We were also told after we checked in. We were with a family group for a wedding. One of our in-laws rooms was also attacked by ants . We were unable to have our kids over as planned because of the pool. Having been told after check in, we could not find other accommodations. Since, we had booked through a third party, we were not given a discount as asked for nor contacted as we were told we would be about it. I will say that the desk staff were very nice but I wouldn’t stay there again nor recommend it. Also, Hilton has always meant quality for me but not this hotel. Pillows were lumpy. Shower drained slowly. ,

Everything was great with the exception of the pool being green in color which was a concern. They emptied it out our next to last day so we didn’t get to use it. Other than that everything was great.

Staff was kind and helpful. Loved the EV charging station.

Room did not have partician between pullout bed and bed as told by two different employees at this location. Pool was broken and green, not told until check in during 101 degree weather. No manger on duty except for 11pm-8am as told by three employees. No one to reconcile issues. Was double charged, paid Expedia and home2 suites charged me additional two. NEVER booking this location again

This was a very clean hotel, not fancy but everything about the place was very nice

We’ve stayed here at this location in the past due to the close proximity to downtown Temecula. This time, and last time, the hotel personnel were helpful and kind. However, the rooms need a very significant deep clean, and I believe this is a management issue. For example, the grout in the bathroom was severely stained. The grout and tile looks like dogs have peed all over inside, and it feels quite frankly, dirty, and gross. There are stains all over the carpet the lounge/bedroom area and again it looks like dog pee. I felt uncomfortable walking barefoot in the room.

The room had lots of ants. Not just my room. When trying to kill and clean the ants up I saw how dirty it was. The hotel was full so I couldn’t switch rooms. I said that was fine, but please take care of it while we are gone. Not sure if they actually came in because I had left the towels and trash bag out that I was using to clean up the ants. The maid service clearly never came in.

Great location. But I rated it with 3/5 mainly because our room had bad odor.

This hotel is mismanaged. I checked into my room and the bathroom was filthy. (See photos). There was hair all over the bathroom. Soap scum. And stains. And residue in the shower from whoever last showered. Brown ring in the toilet. Ridiculous. I complained and was given a second room. It was the same as the 1st. I was given a 3RD ROOM. It was the same as the last 2. The 3rd room which was the least dirty had grease stains on the table where someone had eaten. Hair in the bathroom. Soap scum on the shower and stains on the couch. This place is gross, and the rooms aren’t cleaned apparently. I wanted to leave a “do not disturb sign” so nobody came in my room during my 3 day stay but there is no sign in the room. The “cleaners” came in the room today and made the bed and did nothing else; left simple trash like the soap packaging on the bathroom sink and an empty container on the table. The bathrooms are gross and obviously not being cleaned so what else isn’t being done/cleaned. I have travelled all over the country, stayed in hundreds of hotels and never experienced hotel bathrooms and rooms that were so obviously not clean

I asked to change rooms after we checked in as the sofa looked awful with stains and rips. The fella who was at the front desk was apologetic and moved us. The next room was the same, but it was late at night and we were tired. In the am asked the mgr. about it and she said as they are dog friendly, they clean them once a month and that is the way it is, and it cannot be helped! So, we asked for a sheet, and wrapped it over the sofa. We are in the Hilton Honors and have stayed at 2 other Hotel2Suites this past year. I loved the daily change of the breakfast menu. We stayed 6 nights and when I asked about the breakfast always the same, I was told they felt it was better to let clients assemble their own breakfast sandwich. Seemed like an easier way for the Hotel to me. Also, the other locations had real plates & metal utensils for breakfast. Here it is only paper plates & plastic utensils. This is petty but arriving from a long stressful travel day I knew that the other sites sold bottles of wine. The empty spaces were on the shelf, as they were sold out of all the wine.

Room was spotless, staff was outstanding, welcoming and super-helpful. Great value!

It was immaculate & wonderful.The front office staff was caring and constantly checked up on us.The Lobby and breakfast area was hugh,spotless and attractive. We will be back!

Need to update mattresses and pillows.

Clean hotel, spacious. Breakfast was decent. Pull out bed a bit uncomfortable. This is a pet friendly hotel, so even thought they do a good job at cleaning, still can’t get rid of the “pet” smell. If you have allergies you may want to consider another place. But if that is not a problem for you, it’s a nice place to stay.

There was not hot water to take a shower. I had to use cold water

We loved the room. Staff was great. Our biggest gripe was how hot the room was. We tried cooling the room. The thermostat was not responding. We didn’t get any sleep or rest.

The service was great but we stay in room 113 which was close to the elevator and we could here the elevator from our room. It was kind of annoying. The property is close to downtown Temecula and lots of restaurant options.

There's not free wifi, The one that is available is very limited. All other resorts and hotels I have visited, all of them have free wifi

This was the softest bed I have ever slept on in any hotel.

Enjoyed the size of the room and the kitchenette.

It was convenient location. TV was messed up. Bathroom door gave very little privacy seeing as you can still see in. Honestly think the room was very ugly. Not comfortable.

The room was great- lots of space and a big kitchen with dishwasher and dishes. There are full sized washer and dryers in the fitness center- which is also packed with all the equipment you need for a good workout. Bathroom and shower were great! Breakfast is included with a decent selection. The only complaint we had- the bed was pretty uncomfortable and the pillows were completely flat so neither of us slept well.

The Staff was very nice and the hotel was in beautiful condition. Our major problem was that when we checked in and long after we booked the hotel they informed us that the power would be turned off completely from 10:00PM TO 3:00AM for maintenance. Had we known in advance we would have booked a hotel in either Lake Elsinore or Oceanside as my wife and I just wanted a night to watch TV and relax away from home. Very disappointing to not be told in advance when the hotel knew about the problem on March 29th.

The staff is very friendly ad professional. I felt welcomed and at home. I personally witness one of the staff handle a situation with a dog off leash. She was courteous while explaining the hotels policy. It took a couple of times for the lady to understand this was the policy. I was impressed.

Terrible people at lobby. The worse customer service ever

The guy at the Front Desk was so helpful and kind. I really appreciate it. I have consistently had a nice day at home 2 home hotels. They are clean, affordable, staff is always nice. I have nothing but good things to say.

I left my bracelet on the bed the last day of check out. I called the next day to let the staff know that 100% sure I left my white gold bracelet but the receptionist said she was the assistant manager was a bit rude. They said my bracelet wasn’t found and nothing they can do.

I recently stayed at Home2 Suites in Temecula, CA for two nights. While there were some positive aspects of our stay, there were also several issues that detracted from our overall experience. On the positive side, the day staff was friendly & accommodating. We also appreciated the excellent service provided by the breakfast attendant, who managed to keep the food stations full despite the high volume of guests. However, there were some notable drawbacks. Upon arrival, we found that there was no blanket for the pull-out couch. When we contacted the front desk, we were informed that there was no houseman on duty, but I could retrieve the blanket myself. The most concerning issue was the condition of the pull-out couch mattress pad, which had several blood stains on it. We reported this to the front desk but were told they didn't have replacements and couldn't leave their post. This lack of responsiveness was disappointing, especially considering the hygiene implications of the situation. The couch mattress itself also seemed overdue for replacement. Additionally, the blackout curtain in our room didn't close correctly, leaving it crooked with a noticeable gap on one side. Furthermore, there were cleanliness issues in the bathroom, particularly under the sink vanity, which appeared to have been neglected for some time. While there were certainly positives during our stay, the combination of these issues led us to decide not to stay for the second evening.

Fresh coffee available all the time in lobby. We walked to Old Town, which was great and had tons of shops, restaurants and bars. Parking was easy and included. A stay for sure, and a place we plan to return to and recommend without hesitation.

Easy to find off the freeway. Staff very friendly. Not much within walking distance but lots of amenities close by with car.

Room was clean and the night was quiet. Went to old town Temecula in an uber for $8 and had dinner. Great location! Will definitely return!

I didn’t like breakfast that got me sick and the rude front desk lady that wouldn’t give me an extra 15 minutes to check due to getting sick from that morning breakfast.

Hotel seemed pretty new. Well furnished, nice thick carpet in the hallways. Room was a good size with a kitchenette & bathroom was designed well with sufficient counter space & under sink shelf for storage of toiletries (my major peeve with most hotels). Had a good breakfast buffet with yogurt, cereal, bagels, bread, English muffin, bacon, chicken patties, eggs & cheese to make a breakfast sandwich if desired.

Breakfast options not as good as previous Home 2 suites that we had stayed at.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is good and I love the 24 hour coffee!

I enjoyed breakfast but wish to have the areas cleaned up and not left with many syrup and coffee stains as guest must share seating areas. Overall good stay.

Really, the only other comment I’d have is that the breakfast is hard - very hard - to serve, and then, it’s not very good. Super clean room. Staff was friendly.
