This particular La Quinta Inn & Suites was very clean, has a lot of amenities like a gym, indoor pool, look like a space for business call meeting, spacious waiting area, a great breakfast bar with juices, water, hot chocolate and coffee. The rooms were very clean and i really liked the way the towels were displayed in different forms of flowers or butterflies. There are alot of eating places in walking distance, a convenience store, and some other retailers in this little shopping area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing if its a complaint is since you can't check in until 3pm that you either get there early or maybe they can find a more efficient way of getting their customers with reservations in like myself quicker because the line was out the door the weekend we traveled there an it wasn't a holiday weekend other than that i was very pleased especially with the price. I will be staying here again when i come back.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Pet friendly. Close to the freeway. Saw a Rug Doctor and liked that they had it for the pet friendly rooms. Huge walk in showers. Nice bedding. Comfortable lounger couch with a pull out bed. And great price! Only downside was the indoor pool is not heated and there isn’t a hot tub. Otherwise this place would be perfect!

The room was clean not properly stocked. There was a used dirty towel in the shower. There was only 2 sets of towels for four people. At the first desk, there was a sign stating low on staff so daily room clean for guest staying multiple nights was not available. My granddaughter was looking forward to swimming in the pool but sign was posted that it was not available. Due to convenience to the attractions in the area, I would possibly stay again

Advertisement said richmond and yet closer to sugarland( inconvenient) advertisement said breakfast to 10 informed next morning 9! So missed it almost no place to park, gps gave dark road entrance ( unsafe) and at coffee gone by 930

There were dead roaches on the bathroom floor. When housekeeping came they ignored them. They didn’t clean the room. No clean towels. Just bad service. This happened two consecutive times I’ve stay there for business two weeks apart. I hoped that the first time was a mistake but it was just how things are. They ignore doing anything unless you ask for everything.

Room 323 smelled like smoke, and there was a cigarette burn on the air conditioner. Even worse, the shower stall floor was stained and dirty with crud that would not wash off. Other than that, the building and room were clean and nice, everything worked, the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows, and staff were friendly and efficient.

Property was definitely newer and seemed like a rushed construction job but felt safe and quiet for the price. Perfect for a quick stopover stay. Walked out of the room and heard kids yelling next door and a tv blaring and we never heard it through the walls. A great location close to Sugar Land and Brazos Bend which is where we were headed. Morning breakfast was standard hotel free breakfast. Our tv had audio issues and had to watch on mute.

It’s a nice property and the rooms are in good condition with comfortable beds, but the walls are extremely thin and we were in an adjoining room with a very noisy family… Could not get any sleep the first night and notified management of the situation, but the room was the only available.

We arrived late around 10:00 pm and checked in. Once I received my keys I went up to inspect the room before unpacking the car. When I got to room, I knocked on door and open the door. I discovered that there was another guest already occupying the room. I returned to the front desk and reported the error. The front desk staff was unaware that the room was occupied and apologized. I was then given another room. This experience left me feeling uneasy and unsafe during my stay. I am hesitant to book this site again. Thanks

The tv would not change channels . We had a staff member come up to help but was unable to fix it . Then the next morning we wake up to an additional 50 dollars charged to our card . When asked about it they claim it was a deposit . Never had them do that before and I’ve stayed at many Laquinta ‘s

My second time visiting this location and each time the credit card machine has been down. I have an unauthorized charge that has taken place on my card which I was advised would fall off of my acct. However, the charge has fully posted. I was not pleased with the manager Peter as he did not apologize for any inconvenience and just reversed my charges without offering any accommodations.

The staff at this property leaves a lot to be desired as staff goes. They do not smile at the guests and rarely ever speak unless the guest approaches them first. Our check-in was a fiasco as the computer system went down just as we arrived. The manager on duty told us to just have a seat and pointed to the lounge area. He never asked if we would like coffee, water or anything. He is the worst on-duty manager I have ever done business with.

Although the hotel was comfortable the carpet in the room could have done with a good clean. The facilities were good and the staff were excellent. Unfortunately, an error was made when the payment for my stay was taken initially and despite querying it several times I was told the amount taken was correct. The correct charge was taken after I checked out and arrived home. Overall a good experience but make sure you hire car as there is no public transport and the Ubers can work out to be expensive.

If you need to spend time in the Houston Area but prefer a low key peaceful resting place this a Gem. Located with easy access to Hwy 59 minutes south of the Sugarland Suburb nestled between a Buccees and a fabulous Goodwill Store in a high income area. This the place to unwind and relax after a busy day of shopping and site seeing in Astro Territory. Everything in the Hotel looks new. I LOVED THE WALKIN SHOWER WITH TREMENDOUS WATER PRESSURE LIKE A WATER MASSAGE. This will be my new goto place when visiting the 4th largest US City.

The hotel was nice. The area was ideal. The problem was my restroom. It was not clean properly. The floor was sticky which means it was not moped and the walls where the toilet paper was had stuff on it.Therefore, I had to buy cleaning supplies to do it myself. The first morning for breakfast was great. On the second day they were lacking food, and other stuff, I think they were short staffed to be fair, overall it’s a good hotel. They just need to work on the cleaning and making sure there’s food available for breakfast.

I have always liked la Quinta, they are reasonable and allow pets. The staff were friendly. However at this location the breakfast and coffe were terrible. The coffee looked and smelled old and the taste…ugh. Please either clean the container, teach the staff or consider a new brand. If you are committed to serving breakfast please serve something edible!

Met my every expectation plus some. Coffee available with flavored cream all day, breakfast was awesome with a wide variety of options, indoor pool was wonderful, and my room was amazingly comfortable.
