Decided to do a last minute trip to celebrate my birthday with family for the weekend and couldn't have chose a better place to stay and that can accommodate everyone in my group. Location was perfect as long as you are okay with using the elevator which we didn't mind at all. Only down side was we didn't get the chance to use hot tub due to it not turning on and shower on main floor would keep clogging up. Hope hot tub gets fixed or we'll probably have to find another location big enough for my family since we do plan on having more trips.

Casa go has extremely rude manager, check in is terrible we unloaded went to room W/ our luggage on floor 6 in 108 degree weather elevator no ac, had to reload go back into town to casa go , No chairs on beach no umbrellas on beach, no restaurant, no spa, our truck got hit in parking lot, room way too far from the beach then you hike there in the heat & have no chairs no umbrellas ridiculous. No internet the whole time we were there. We left early did t even stay the full time expected more from vrb.

I enjoyed staying here. It was quiet and relaxing. There was convenient access to the parking lot and the entrance. There is a pool immoas you exit the patio and and the main pool is also very close. Owner provides towels and the patio is absolutely perfect for privacy and relaxation. The kitchen has all the amenities to cook if you choose to stay on the premises. The AC runs great. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the resort and the room but highly highly recommend avoiding you book it through VRBO if it’s with Casago. You have to go into town to Casago building to check in, check in again at resort, same paperwork at both and two wristbands, and then you can’t even get into room until Casago calls you with the code to get keys from the box. Really super annoying and inconvenient and unnecessary in my opinion. Also parking is minimal at resort is only other downfall. Rest amazing

The blankets had hair. Also, there was so much wind going through the unit that the building kept making whistling noises. A little hard to sleep. Besides this. it was fun and worth it.

None of the drains worked. The eater pressure was hoorible. The garbage disposale didnt work. None of the fans worked except the one in thr living room. I dont feel like it was prooerly stocked with anything we needed. The beds were the hardest beds i have EVER slept on. But, the view was great and it was very pretty. Honestly would probably not stay there again. If any of those fees could be refunded that would be greatly appreciated.

The check in process was terrible. We had to check in at 2 places. We had to stop at the Casago place to get the key about 15 min from the resort and we had to check in again at the resort. The Wi-Fi in the condo didn’t work. The Casago people said they were going to send maintenance to check it and they never did. The bed in this condo is extremely high. If you have back issues be careful. They really need to install a stair step for this bed. Overall it was a nice stay. The condo is right off the elevator which was convenient.

The place was very nice. We love Bella Sirena and have stayed before at another unit. The only reason that I gave a 4 star and not a 5 star has nothing to do with the unit, which was very nice. The property management company (Casago) is located in town and you are required to drive into town -to check in- before going to the unit, which I found inconvenient. The last time my family stayed at Bella Sirena, the unit we rented was managed by the owner and we were able to go straight to the unit with no problems.
The place was very nice. We love Bella Sirena and have stayed before at another unit. The only reason that I gave a 4 star and not a 5 star has nothing to do with the unit, which was very nice. The property management company (Casago) is located in town and you are required to drive into town -to check in- before going to the unit, which I found inconvenient. The last time my family stayed at Bella Sirena, the unit we rented was managed by the owner and we were able to go straight to the unit with no problems.

Casa go has extremely rude manager, check in is terrible we unloaded went to room W/ our luggage on floor 6 in 108 degree weather elevator no ac, had to reload go back into town to casa go , No chairs on beach no umbrellas on beach, no restaurant, no spa, our truck got hit in parking lot, room way too far from the beach then you hike there in the heat & have no chairs no umbrellas ridiculous. No internet the whole time we were there. We left early did t even stay the full time expected more from vrb.
