We Let them talk us into leaving our car and taking the shuttle to the airport was told when we got back that they would pick us up when we called took approximately two hours. In the meantime, we went ahead and took a taxi back to the hotel couldn’t believe it. The room was nice clean, and those people were great except for that

The breakfast was not complementary and looking at it. It looked worse than complimentary. Breakfast is elsewhere. Lastly, the gym was very good but they’re peloton. Bike was not hooked up and pedals were broken off.

We’ve parked our car at this hotel, when we were flying out of the Sacramento. This time we decided to spend the night, Check-in was super easy and fast. We were a little early. They still checked us in. Yhe room was ready it was clean. I highly recommend it . Parking was great. Parking was easy even for the long-term.

Top notch staff. Location is very convenient to airport. Abundance of parking and a nice quiet area. Many dining options within a few miles of the property. Nice bar area and they also serve dinner with a variety of menu options. Nice to see local people and regulars and larger parties stopping in for dinner and drinks. Real friendly and accommodating vibe.

From start to finish it was awesome. This was my first time staying here but not my last. I called before I arrived to ask questions and they were so helpful over the phone. The shuttle picks you up from rental car lot (thatya first for me and very convenient). Corey picked me up and was such a great driver. His customer service was outstanding. Ms. Tammy shuttled to the airport when it was time to leave. She also provided outstanding service. The drivers of the shuttle also work the front desk and they are awesome. Misty in the restaurant held down the service and you would have never known she was by herself because every customer was taken care of with a smile. My room was outstanding. It was quiet and very clean. I truly enjoyed my stay. I will return again.

We loved the staff; everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is amazingly quiet considering how close it is to the highway. Breakfast was delicious, and our dinner exceeded expectations. My only disappointment was our bathroom. The shower floor is very slippery when wet, obviously dangerous. And there were some long hairs (not ours) on the shower floor and in the one of the bath towels.

Went to a reunion, the dinner service was terrible, the food was worse. Steak overcooked and super salty. Heard the chicken was salty as well. Never saw so many uneaten pieces of meat in my life. The staff was pleasant, helpful and other than the cockroach that took a shower with me, the facility was nice. (Yes a real cockroach, I alerted the staff to the issue.)

The main lobby of the hotel and the staff overall were nice but the restrooms could use some renovation. The main downfall was the UNCLEAN bathroom. There was hair all over the shower. There was also a lot of mold around the glass shower doors. Housekeeping took a long time to clean it and there was still hair in the shower. It was absolutely gross. I would not stay here again.

I spilled small amount of water in the room between the two beds , I grabbed a small towel out of the bathroom and wiped up the water , it turned the towel a dirty brown!! , very gross to see the color of the towel , my concern is now if carpet a health issue? Will not stay in that hotel again

I checked in at 10:45pm. The person at the front lobby was courteous and very helpful. Ice water, one plain and one with lemon were readily visible and free. I was able to help myself to a wine glass. I was able to purchase a salad and there were a variety of choices to grab something to eat so I would not have to leave out to one of the nearby eating establishments. The rooms was spacious. The buffet breakfast was great. The person serving in the dining room was incredibly kind and profesional. I will definitly return.

The hotel is brand new and very clean. There are lots of food options within walking distance, plus other stores and it's a nice area. The only thing was that the computers went down when we were trying to check in and so we had to sit in the lobby for about an hour before being able to go up to our room, which was frustrating because we had dinner reservations. The walls were also very thin and we could hear the people in the room next to us fighting and farting around, and they had people over and were up until 7am. All that being said, I would stay there again and hope for better neighbors.

The electric blackout shade did not work. We were able to force it down manually so we could finally sleep but were worried about breaking it. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very soft.

Everyone we met from the shuttle drivers to front desk to waitress went out of their way to make sure we were welcomed! We had reservations for the following weekend at another hotel but canceled there and rescheduled at Hilton.

Absolutely worst service and breakfast of any Hilton the woman at the front desk this morning told me she couldn’t bring me more towels and then said,”don’t you have any in your room” we had two towels for three people. She then said she had no one who would bring me towels when there was house keepers all over the floor. She completely ignored me and started playing on her phone. When I went down to the lobby she sent house keeping to being someone else toilet paper. The food was disgusting my dog even spit out the bacon. I give his place a zero because of the horrible service and food.

We were shocked to be called at 11:35 pm at night and told we had to come down to the front desk. My dad who is 84 years old and I had been awake since 4 am and were asleep when the phone rang and we were told this issue could. It wait. We had checked in at about 430 pm that day but we got the call so many hours later and were told the issue was our room was booked to a different person .That person had tried to open our door about 45 minutes before the call and had awakened me at that point as well. I’ve never had another experience like this at a hotel. We paid 300 dollars plus to be awakened? We had earlier mentioned we were given a king room not our requested 2 queens but we had a graduation to attend and my dad was too tired to switch to a different room and miss his nap. Went to a show at Discovery Park— it was about 10 mins away. Hotel is off freeway. Super convenient— lots of food and shopping options nearby. The hotel is in great shape— it was safe and clean. Would definitely recommend again.

We ordered breakfast off the menu instead of just doing the buffet. The place was empty but it took 30 minutes to get a simple menu item. We were late for our first appointment due to the lousy service from the kitchen. If they can’t do a decent job with the menu just offer the buffet. I would have been a lot happier
