We had a superb stay here, it s truly a 5 star hotel and we enjoyed the luxury of the room, the spa (sad that sauna was not working) and the bar. Not all 5 star hotels are truly 5 stars....this one is! Congratulations to the staff and the person who is in charge.

We had two rooms for my family of 3…one had a queen and the other two (abutting) twins. They put us in rooms next to one another in an area where we had a private hall so we could keep our doors open between our rooms which I thought was very thoughtful of them. The only negative was that we had no view (some interior space, we just kept curtains closed), but it was worth it for the convenience for us. Rooms were both beautifully appointed with everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Rooms were very clean and nice sized. Bathrooms were lovely marble with double sinks and separate commode room and shower stall. Bed was sooo comfortable. Room www quiet, dark and cool which made for a great sleep. Water bottles and macrons at the turn down service was a nice touch. Front desk staff was very kind as was the bellman. He went out of his way to be friendly and helpful on several occasions during our short two night stay. Beautiful restaurant attached to the hotel although unfortunately we didn’t stay long enough to have a chance to try them. My son used the gym and pool and said it was great. We had a late day flight out and asked for a late checkout. They said to check that day, and if they were able to accommodate us keeping one room later they would. And as they said, if they can accommodate they will and they did, letting us stay until 2pm…and it felt like that throughout on all levels. Very nice location. If/when I go back to Porto, I will hope to stay at here again.

We loved our stay!! The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was beautiful and so clean. The nightly turn down service was so lovely. The spa was beautiful and our massage treatments were amazing! Breakfast was excellent as well.

Allt var perfekt! Personalen, frukosten, rummen, Spa. Det är dock en två mindre saker man skulle kunna förbättra. 1) gym arean är liten men man skulle kunna få till en komplett träning om hotellet köpte in hantlar upp till 20-30kg. Det finns bara hantlar upp till 10kg. Dem har visserligen kettlebells upp till 20kg men kettlebells är inte lika användbara som handlar. 2) under min vistelse återfylldes aldrig te påsar i rummet. En liten sak i sig men ändå något som kan förbättras.

We loved our stay! The hotel was top tier, walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants. The service was impeccable and most importantly, the breakfast was so delicious!! I highly recommend getting the breakfast because the selection was more than what we expected and the quality of the food/service was outstanding! Our room was very spacious, clean and the bathroom was very aesthetically pleasing. Thank you again for making our stay perfect.

This is a beautiful hotel and our suite was well appointed and had one of the best showers I have ever found in a hotel. Turn down service and cleanliness was fabulous. We had trouble keeping the room cool enough, the controls were confusing and would revert back to a default in the middle of the night. Staff was attentive and helpful but ultimately was unable to secure us dinner reservations other than in their own hotel and did not seem to have many restaurants that they worked with. Location was great . Very walkable to most of the areas we wanted to see

our suite has 2 sinks and the one on the left side the hot water faucet was not functional. For that level of hotel in my opinion it is not acceptable. Besides that, it is definitely a hotel to visit again. Great staff

Hotel muito bonito e luxuoso. Suíte ampla e ensolarada, com uma bela vista para a Câmara Municipal e Avenida dos Aliados. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Banheiro amplo com banheira e amenidades de primeira linha. A única decepção foi o brunch no restaurante. Esperava bem mais pelos 30€ por pessoa. É apenas bom mas não excepcional como deveria ser num hotel desta categoria.

This property is amazing. My husband and I wanted to change the rest of our trip just to stay here longer. The hotel is beautiful. The staff is amazing, they bring service to whole new level. We did visit the hotel bar and again, great service. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this haven to anyone!

Hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Wow!!! The concierge was phenomenal and am even arranged for my manicure and pedicure in room. The drinks in American Bar were delicious and it was really hard NOT to eat every meal at the Japanese restaurant. I had some of the best sushi and nigiri of my life. Overall, this was outstanding. Thank you!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour à Porto L'hôtel magnifique, le rapport qualité/prix de la chambre très intéressant. La literie est parfaite, la salle de bain superbe, le bureau très fonctionnel, il est possible de travailler dans de bonnes conditions. Bon service de chambre également. Coté restaurant, nous avons essayé l'American Bar, qui est très bien, le service est agréable, le barman (Bruno) est super ! Nous avons fait aussi le Yakuza, mais un peu déçu par celui ci; rapport qualité/prix/service laisse à désirer, les plats sont chics mais pas forcément très bien réalisés. Nous avons également passé pas mal de temps au SPA, piscine, sauna, hammam, et massage, le tout était très bien et nous avons été très bien accueillis
