Luxury feel to hotel and staff were very helpful and kind. Didnt understand that they didnt have polish beer on draft. Drinks and food were a bit on the high side but the bar was never full. Pool and sauna were a good standard and rooms were large. Breakfast can be a bit mixed but suppose they have to cater for multi nationalities.

Fantastic attentive service. They recognised my wives 40th birthday with a complementary bottle of prosecco which was a welcome touch. The hotel bar is excellent and we had many a great cocktail from the bar staff. My only complaint. Less chlorine in the pool! Otherwise an exceptional hotel.

The Bachleda is an excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Krakow. All the tourist attractions are easily walkable from the hotel, but we made use of uber most evenings.The staff were extremely helpful and spoke perfect English. Very good breakfast included in the rate, but you could order whatever you wanted at extra cost. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a SuperKing sized bed and well appointed bathroom. The spa included a small pool, powerful showers, and sauna and steam rooms (no swimwear!). The bar is cosy and comfortable, and they do a nice line in house cocktails. We didn't notice any children.

Helt extraordinaire ophold centralt i Krackow. Fantastisk indretning, luxury bar med specielt cocktails, Restaurant Gravi har en fabulous menu med både upscale og medium range tilbud. Udmærket vin kort ( med Petrus!) og sublime service ( Tak Tomasz). Wellness område med flere sauna og giant jacuzzi. Library hygge i luxus hvor mand kan få god drinks eller en burger! Helt i top hele vejen rund.

We’ve just arrived home from a wonderful stay at The Bachleda. The hotel itself is stunning, the attention to detail was superb and the staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in. We looked forward to our breakfasts each morning, the food was fantastic and there is a wide variety of hot and cold options to choose from. We also made use of the sauna and pool facilities after our busy days out and about exploring Krakow (as well as the bar downstairs, which served excellent cocktails). Thank you very much for such a memorable stay!

Fantastic property, great breakfasts, good kitchen, well stocked rooms. Nearly a 5 star hotel! The only observation is that the bed was turned over the first night and never again, and the presentation of the laundry was lacking. Everything else was truly fantastic.

No hesitation in recommending this hotel. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Good choice for breakfast, everything nicely presented. What really stood out was the exceptional service offered by the staff, they went above and beyond. As an example, heavy local traffic prevented taxis from picking us up to take us to the airport. To get round the problem, a member of staff arranged a taxi to meet us 5 minutes away. He walked with us and stayed until we were on our way. Definitely 5 star service.

Room was exceptional. It was clean upon arrival and cleaned everyday. The staff were extremely friendly and all spoke English. I felt very comfortable as a solo traveller and would recommend to anyone else.

Dro som par, hadde et flott opphold. Vil spesielt trekke fram renholdet av rommet. Tror aldri vi har vært på et så rent hotellrom noen gang. Rommet var nydelig, og servicen ved hotellet var upåklagelig. Det eneste, om vi skal være veldig pirkete, var servicen ved frokosten. Utvalget var flott, og hadde alt du kunne ønske deg. Men det var stadig tomme fat, tomt for juice etc. Vi fikk heller aldri spørsmål om vi ville ha påfyll av kaffe. Men som sagt, dette er kun småpirk. Alt i alt er vi strålende fornøyde med oppholdet.

This hotel has definitely lived up to its 5* rating. The beds are very comfortable probably the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The staff were so friendly & incredibly helpful. I had a problem with my booking to the concentration camp & the receptionist kindly offered to call them for me. Reception staff also contacted the transfer company to confirm my booking as I was having issues with my mobile. Small gestures but made a big difference to my stay. If I return to Krakow I would definitely stay here. The hotel is beautiful very clean & only a short walk to the main square.

We really enjoyed our recent 3-night stay here. It is a small, boutique-like hotel located in a quiet corner neighborhood, only about 10 minutes from the Old Town. It is a well-kept and pristine hotel. Our flight arrived early, around 9 a.m., and we were able to check in early without incurring a fee. The hotel staff was accommodating and courteous, always greeting us with a smile and a hello. Our room was absolutely charming, cozy, clean, and comfortable. We could not ask for a better place to stay while visiting Krakow. The beauty of staying at a hotel like Bachleda is that we could experience how local people live and immerse ourselves in Polish culture. There are beautiful hotels inside the Old Town as well, but the Old Town was constantly bustling with tourists all day long.

I had a wonderful stay at Bachleda Luxury Hotel. The location is stunning, with beautiful views and a luxurious ambiance that makes it a perfect place to relax. This hotel is without a doubt 5 star hotel. I have traveled all around the world and have stayed in many 5 star properties but this one is one of my favorite now. As you enter the hotel it always smells so good and so inviting. The staff is very helpful, kind and attentive. The rooms are big and extremely clean. Beds very comfortable and bath towels bigger than an average bath towel size found in most hotels. Everything is high quality and it’s felt everywhere regardless of where you step. Even though it’s not as close to old town as I would like it to be I still definitely recommend this hotel. Pure luxury and beauty.

Definitely a 5 star experience, the staff was incredible from the start, a glass of Spple Champagne, then they got us checked in, parked our car and brought up our luggage. Dinner in their hotel restaurant was superb. They set up our tour for the next day at Auschwitz. With pick up at the hotel. The bed was so incredibly comfortable, the room was spacious. Our tour pick up was at 6:00 am, they had a to go breakfast waiting for us along with a cup of coffee. Their hotel breakfast was also incredible along with everyone we came into contact with.

A lovely hidden gem outside of the old town, near the river yet only 10 minutes walk into the old town. Everywhere in Krakow is accessible with superb transport links so being slightly out of the old town suited us well. Everyone in the hotel is lovely and can't do enough for you. Rooms are perfect, quiet, well appointed. Special thanks to Aneta and the team who looked after us at breakfast and helped teach us some polish words! Also the reception team were brilliant at helping us to arrange anything we needed. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again next time we visit Krakow which is a beautiful city.

Reception staff were excellent when Checking in and always friendly when coming and going but when checking out and dining I found them rather rude we inquired about a transfer to the air port and was quoted over triple the price of which I found elsewhere and when dining in the hotel it felt very uncomfortable as the waiter wasn’t very helpful and kept disappearing for long periods of time and it took forever to sort the bill out he also lost interest in our table after we didn’t order all the extras

This should not be a five star hotel- it should be four star. The staff is not trained to be of the quality of a five star establishment. They are surly- unhelpful- sometimes rude and generally have a poor attitude- especially the front desk managers and concierge.

This really is a lovely hotel and the staff are so helpful. Great location for accessing the main town square and Jewish Quarter. Located very close to Wawel Castle and the river, where you can take a boat tour. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff are especially friendly and efficient. It’s located in a convenient area with a 10 minute walk to the centre and 2 minutes from the river and Wawel Castle. There was some road works going on close to the hotel, but they’re likely to be completed soon. Overall an excellent place to stay in Kracow.

Beautiful hotel, 10 minutes walk into town centre, hotel staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast had excellent variety but didn’t use the restaurant in the evening as we were usually out, if we ever come back to Krakow, would not hesitate to book here again (we had deluxe king room- was not disappointed)

Excellent Hotel Experience! Loved everything about this stay! The exclusive rooms are beautifully designed with incredibly stylish bathrooms. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful throughout our visit. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious - definitely a highlight. Highly recommend and will return!
