My second time staying at this wonderful venue. Absolute luxury. Valet service, sea-facing views, access to Spa Facilities, a 1 minute walk to the ocean and many dining spots. I will absolutely choose this spot any time i travel to Porto or surrounds.

This is an outstanding property for the sea views, sophistication of the room, service, food, spa facilities and service. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We’ll be back next year. Thank you to everyone on the staff - you were all excellent.

The grounds, room, the bar and the spa were all top notch. Service in the restaurant and bar was very good and still friendly. Breakfast was a great spread every morning. We really enjoyed the location and proximity to the beach, restaurants and the city. We will absolutely be back!

Not a 5 star hotel!!! Spa area is in basement and very cramped. Pool area and bedroom/bathrooms that have all marble floors are a big danger, you need to constantly be careful not to slip . Patrons were permitted to use phones in dining room which made it unpleasant. Location across from the ocean is beautiful for walks but quite far from city. On a positive note the food at Fleur de Lis is terrific.

Excellent service, food and location. The breakfast was the best I have had in any hotel. The hotel was very stylish and looked well maintained. The beach is just across the road from the property and there are lots of small bars and restaurants along the sea front. Perfect winter stay as there are few people around but everything is open.

as instalações do hotel de fato são ótimas, o quarto é impecável, a limpeza também, funcionários educados. O que foi REALMENTE frustrante foi a comida do hotel. O pequeno almoço me chocou. Nunca fui num hotel 5 estrelas CARO como esse pra comer tão mal. A comida que foi pedida no quarto no jantar também não estava no nível do valor que pagamos. Já fui em hotéis 4-3 estrelas que tinha um pequeno almoço MUITO melhor, muito mais bem servido e caprichado. O pequeno almoço é realmente frustrante só tendo poucas opções de coisas, tudo disposto na mesa de qualquer jeito. Pedimos o pequeno almoço no quarto e não levaram nada do que foi pedido, descemos e quando nos deparamos com as mesas e as opções ficamos impressionados como um hotel tão caro oferece um serviço tão ruim de comida sendo o pequeno almoço geralmente o carro chefe dos hotéis 5 estrelas. Perdeu muitos pontos já que fomos apenas passar uma noite para iniciar nossa lua de mel, esperávamos mais. fora isso, todo o resto é lindo

Das Besondere ist die Stadtnähe und dennoch ruhige Lage am Strand. Die Straße vor dem Hotel stört nicht. Die Zimmer mit Ocean View sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Villa und der moderne Nebenbau sind eigenwillig, aber in sich stimmig eingerichtet.

Esperienza terribile.Aria condizionata automatizzata non funzionale, dopo 3 notti in hotel torno da un viaggio di lavoro con la bronchite!Quello che più offende è l'incapacità dell'hotel di gestire il problema e farsene soprattutto carico!L'hotel pretende esser un 5 stelle senza poter offrire un servizio 5 stelle adeguato, non tanto per il servizio prestato, ma per l'inadeguatezza nella risposta e risolutezza nel gestire la questione.3giorni lamentandomi alle 6 di mattina dei 27 gradi in cameta per sentirmi dire al check out che comunque non c'erano anomalie nel sistema. L'unica persona che si è interessata dentro determinati limiti, credo ovvi, è il responsabile del servizio clienti che si è scusato ammettendo l'inadeguatezza del responso dell'hotel. Ma come dicevo nessuna azione correttiva e soprattutto di risarcimento parziale o anche simbolico per ridurre lo sconforto e lo scontento dimostrato nella mattinata del check out. Per tanto: obbiettivamente un bell'hotel ma con un servizio troppo lontano da ciò che un 4 stelle dovrebbe saper offrire. What an amazing hotel! I am quite picky about where we stay on vacation and I have to say this was one of the best. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms and grounds are gorgeous. The morning buffet was incredible as was the food at the restaurant. The bar area is amazing too and to top it off, you can see the Atlantic Ocean from your room! We loved that it was a little removed from the historic downtown of Porto, but still very walkable. We want to come back and bring our three children (college aged and older).

The most wonderful place! Vila Foz is a dream. Breathtaking setting. Multiple high end dining and bar options. Incredible service and staff. Modern rooms with detailed amenities. And amazing design that tethers together the past and the present. Can’t wait to come back here.

An amazing property with terrific staff that seemed to really care and responded to any need immediately. Beautiful room and main hotel with an incredible view of the Atlantic. Breakfast was terrific and included cook to order. Just outstanding.

It was a lovely hotel. Breakfast was nice, except the plastic in the pineapple. The staff seemed to ignore this even when I spoke with the waitress and Manager. The waitress at breakfast came across very harsh, not very enjoyable at all. Seemed to wait a while for a pot of tea, when my husband ordered a latte and received 5 minutes before me hummm. The Michelin star restaurant was super and the team really bought through this great experience, maybe something the breakfast team need to learn from.

An amazing property with terrific staff that seemed to really care and responded to any need immediately. Beautiful room and main hotel with an incredible view of the Atlantic. Breakfast was terrific and included cook to order. Just outstanding.

What an amazing hotel! I am quite picky about where we stay on vacation and I have to say this was one of the best. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms and grounds are gorgeous. The morning buffet was incredible as was the food at the restaurant. The bar area is amazing too and to top it off, you can see the Atlantic Ocean from your room! We loved that it was a little removed from the historic downtown of Porto, but still very walkable. We want to come back and bring our three children (college aged and older).

Very high quality hotel situated a couple of miles outside of Porto. This suited us as it was a bit quieter and away from the tourist areas. Excellent restaurants and a great spa on site. Lovely sea view. Highly recommended.

The grounds, room, the bar and the spa were all top notch. Service in the restaurant and bar was very good and still friendly. Breakfast was a great spread every morning. We really enjoyed the location and proximity to the beach, restaurants and the city. We will absolutely be back!

Not a 5 star hotel!!! Spa area is in basement and very cramped. Pool area and bedroom/bathrooms that have all marble floors are a big danger, you need to constantly be careful not to slip . Patrons were permitted to use phones in dining room which made it unpleasant. Location across from the ocean is beautiful for walks but quite far from city. On a positive note the food at Fleur de Lis is terrific.

Giovanni in particular was amazing making many restaurant and excursion recommendations that we loved. Hotel was clean and overall excellent. The one downside was in the pool area. Indoor pool with very limited sun loungers. Food at the main restaurant was excellent.

as instalações do hotel de fato são ótimas, o quarto é impecável, a limpeza também, funcionários educados. O que foi REALMENTE frustrante foi a comida do hotel. O pequeno almoço me chocou. Nunca fui num hotel 5 estrelas CARO como esse pra comer tão mal. A comida que foi pedida no quarto no jantar também não estava no nível do valor que pagamos. Já fui em hotéis 4-3 estrelas que tinha um pequeno almoço MUITO melhor, muito mais bem servido e caprichado. O pequeno almoço é realmente frustrante só tendo poucas opções de coisas, tudo disposto na mesa de qualquer jeito. Pedimos o pequeno almoço no quarto e não levaram nada do que foi pedido, descemos e quando nos deparamos com as mesas e as opções ficamos impressionados como um hotel tão caro oferece um serviço tão ruim de comida sendo o pequeno almoço geralmente o carro chefe dos hotéis 5 estrelas. Perdeu muitos pontos já que fomos apenas passar uma noite para iniciar nossa lua de mel, esperávamos mais. fora isso, todo o resto é lindo
