My only objective was to go to a hotel with a great pool for the weekend, since my kids were bugging me to go some place that would be fun. So i booked this hotel. It was a new facility and not too far from home. Everything went smoothly checking in, but when the kids went into the pool, the swirl part of the pool was not working. I called maintenance and they tried to get it going with no luck. Then, ine of the maintenance guys came up to me and said.... "it will come back on in 25 minutes, it has to cool down then it will comw back on." I knew he was lying to me. It never turned on becuase we were there for a few hours. Also, i spoke to a friend of mine that services pools for a living, he has never heard of that. So, that experience was very annoying. My kids complained often that they wanted to play in the pool with the swirl.... next time i will call first or visit the hotel to make sure everything we need is working before i book.

Fire alarm late at night, my grandkids were scared and crying. Swimming pool was cold, hot tub should be called warm tub. Way too much chlorine in the pool, could just smell it and made kids cough and a few kids with a reaction to their skin. Red rash from that pool.

Wonderful stay, clean, well maintained property and grounds. 24 hour main level coffee bar, patio with bbqs. Kids enjoyed the pool and waterslide. Buffet Breakfast every morning had a ton of different options to choose from!

Had the best time with our family of 6! The room was spacious and spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was perfect for families, and kids of all ages! Our four year old loved the pool and the fountains that were in it! Will absolutely stay here again, and recommend to everyone. Also BEST complementary breakfast I have ever had.

House keeping sucks and needs to get it together. I prefer to Stay where they clean daily and on time. Not make excuses for not showing up 2-3 days. Unexceptable. A manager i spoke to was kind and helpful. She tried to resolve the concern. Its happened everytime i stayed at the hotel

We booked this hotel as a staycation for our family because the pool looked great for our kiddos. The pool was good, clean and warm with a fun slide and the breakfast was great in the am. However, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. It must be used as a boarding home and people are living in the hotel for extended periods. Our neighbours had a screaming fight from 1 am until 530 am. We called the front desk who appeared to do nothing as the fight finally ended in a huge crash. This woke bothmy kids up at 430 am which made for a very long wait for breakfast to start to say the least. The walls in the rooms are very thin and you can hear absolutely every word/obscenity spoken/screamed next door and in the halls. This not only included the fights but also dogs barking excessively and loud music until late at night/ this is a great hotel if you enjoy pulling all nighters for a family vacation or fearing for your safety in the hallways. Also they appear to allow 10-15 people in rooms at a time so great for large parties .

We had a really great stay. Being spring break it was really busy in the pool. Expedia claims that the hotel has a bar but when we asked front desk we had to leave the building to access the closest bar. Room was big, clean, but under the gym so we had a nice constant noise of treadmills and weights being dropped. Overall we were happy with the visit.

The over all experience is good and always pleasant staff but this visit as we usually like to stay here with one of the suites when available we weren’t able to have access to Netflix or amazon prime because of internet issues. We voiced our concerns when we checked in and it was never resolved during our three day stay however we were told we would get a discount to the room and would reflect on our credit card in the next five business days. I hope this will be the case cause we truly like staying here.

Only issue that we had was with cots because our children consist of a teenage boy, teenage girl, and 2 young girls so we needed 2 cots to sleep them apart but only had one available. We did not get bedding with the cot and had to go down to the lobby to ask for bedding as our phone had no cord to the wall. When the bedding was brought up we werent informed and didnt notice it was outside of our door until we had called for bedding again once a cord was brought to the room so that we could use the phone. We noticed a bag of bedding when recieving second requested bedding way later while we waited to be able to set up our bed on the couch

Poor customer service. They will tell you to contact them ahead of time if there’s any changes you wanna do on your booked reservation. But for them it’s okay to contact you on the day of your check in that they made changes and you have to moved to different hotel due to overbooking.

This is a great hotel and I highly recommend it. The hotel we originally were going to stay at was booked for the weekend so this was our next choice. Not sure what to expect as we’ve never stayed at a ‘Residence Inn’. But wow! We are so glad we did. The hotel and rooms were so clean. The beds were so comfy that we slept in and missed breakfast…which by the way looked and smelled amazing! The room has very large windows which lets so much light in. The pool was way better than the photos show. Our kids are ages 5-16 and there was plenty for the three of them to stay entertained. The pool is very unique and the kiddie pool/splash pad part was perfect for my 5 yr. My 10 and 16 yr olds loved the water slide. I enjoyed the hot tub. The location seemed pretty good- plenty of food and shopping nearby. I can’t say enough great things about this place. The staff was so welcoming too. Because of this stay, my hotel of choice now will be the Residence Inn by Marriott.
