What an unbelievable spot in Campbell River. Literally on top of the River. The suite was massive and very well kept. The in suite sauna was epic. The manager was excellent. Accommodated my late check in without issue. I was here for a work trip, but I will be back in salmon season. You could *almost* fish from your deck...

Fantastic experience. The property location is out of the way without being a chore. Room was a pleasant surprise, large living room and in unit sauna. Amazing river views. Sunny was very accommodating to late arrival and I will definitely be returning

We were looking for a quiet place with a bit more room to stay in during a family event. This venue provided a very clean, quiet location. Centrally located. The neighborhood is a bit older, but once inside rooms are very clean, some of the furniture was a bit dated, but comfortable. And, it had air conditioning, in room sauna, and some units had washer:dryer. There are a Limited number of units - (6) so book in advance. Our balcony overlooked the Campbell River. Bald Eagles flew right past our location on the river. (Photo or our view.) Close to marina, casino, hiking, grocery store and restaurant. Bill helped check us in on site. He was very patient with our late arrival. Also spoke with sunny / she provided great advanced info. We highly recommend and hope to stay here again! Thank you.

Apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we required for our two night stay. Sunny who manages the property is exceptionally helpful and went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. As other reviews have noted the ground floor rooms do hear every sound from the rooms above. One other thing to note is that despite the write up saying the property has a sauna, this is not exactly the case. Apparently it is some individual rooms that have a sauna but some don’t; this is not highlighted or given as an option at booking. It seems it is the luck of the draw whether you get one or not. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property but would suggest you email and request an upper floor room and sauna.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property is very well managed. In the positive side, the in suite sauna and view of the river were appreciated. The kitchen was decently appointed and the suite was very clean. On the negative side, the building has almost zero soundproofing and was brutally loud. You can literally hear conversations from the surrounding units. I would recommend staying on the top floor to avoid some of the noise iverhead. The area immediately around the hotel is a little sketchy, but there are some decent coffee shops a few blocks away. The hotel itself has a security gate, so we felt that our vehicle was secure during our stay.

The property was nice and spacious. It was quiet and had a beautiful view of the river. I liked that it had two bathrooms and two bedrooms and was reasonable priced. It could have used a more through vacuuming and the bathroom wall was stained by something that was off putting, but it was mostly nice.

It’s a lovely place and we would go back again. We were on the ground floor with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because the two bedrooms are very light. We sleep in the dark and there was a lot of light coming in from the windows and the above neighbors you can hear everything which we did not mind. 😊

A river touch property charmed us since timenwe entered the place. You might not be able to guess what you might discover as you enter the property. It was very well kept and maintained. The kitchen was very well equipped with utilities. We had an amazing stay. I did wish the checkin and checkout time were more flexible and longer, so we could have enjoyed the property vicinity more.

The suite we stayed in was very well presented and equipped with all that we would need for our stay. One downside was I did not realize that the queen bed in the bedroom was not a walk around bed. My husband has disabilities and found it hard to get in and out of due to no bedside table he uses to assist getting up. Luckily I am more fit and agile as I had to crawl over the end of the bed to get in and out. I would choose a different bedroom set up if I stayed again.

You cannot beat the views here. I opted for a room on the third floor and we had great views of the river. Much time was spent watching fisherman and seals! We were very comfortable and had everything we could need for a three night stay.

The apartment was beautiful, kitchen and bathrooms were clean, bedrooms and living room were nice. View was beautiful from the balcony. Only complaint we had was there was a lot of overhead noice from upstairs guests (walking, laughing) which made it difficult to sleep. Better soundproofing would be nice.

This was an absolutely excellent place to stay. Staff was helpful to the extreme. One slight drawback is the air conditioning does not reach to the bedroom but we were provided with a fan that moved the cold air in the living area into the bedroom. All in all a great place!
This was an absolutely excellent place to stay. Staff was helpful to the extreme. One slight drawback is the air conditioning does not reach to the bedroom but we were provided with a fan that moved the cold air in the living area into the bedroom. All in all a great place!

We were looking for a quiet place with a bit more room to stay in during a family event. This venue provided a very clean, quiet location. Centrally located. The neighborhood is a bit older, but once inside rooms are very clean, some of the furniture was a bit dated, but comfortable. And, it had air conditioning, in room sauna, and some units had washer:dryer. There are a Limited number of units - (6) so book in advance. Our balcony overlooked the Campbell River. Bald Eagles flew right past our location on the river. (Photo or our view.) Close to marina, casino, hiking, grocery store and restaurant. Bill helped check us in on site. He was very patient with our late arrival. Also spoke with sunny / she provided great advanced info. We highly recommend and hope to stay here again! Thank you.

You cannot beat the views here. I opted for a room on the third floor and we had great views of the river. Much time was spent watching fisherman and seals! We were very comfortable and had everything we could need for a three night stay.

This is a lovely self contained 2 bedroom suite, with a beautiful outlook on the river. Very private and peaceful. Walking distance to basic services, and a few minutes drive to fishing/hiking.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property is very well managed. In the positive side, the in suite sauna and view of the river were appreciated. The kitchen was decently appointed and the suite was very clean. On the negative side, the building has almost zero soundproofing and was brutally loud. You can literally hear conversations from the surrounding units. I would recommend staying on the top floor to avoid some of the noise iverhead. The area immediately around the hotel is a little sketchy, but there are some decent coffee shops a few blocks away. The hotel itself has a security gate, so we felt that our vehicle was secure during our stay.

A river touch property charmed us since timenwe entered the place. You might not be able to guess what you might discover as you enter the property. It was very well kept and maintained. The kitchen was very well equipped with utilities. We had an amazing stay. I did wish the checkin and checkout time were more flexible and longer, so we could have enjoyed the property vicinity more.

The place is right on the river, it was very clean and had all amenities as listed. The host was extremely communicative and provided all accurate details for Late checkin and was available to provide additional things as needed.
