Room was large, clean. Bathroom has a very small shower. Large tub. Service was good breakfast was less than exciting and given low volume would have been better off as table service not buffet

On arrival to the hotel for my very first time, I was greeted by a gentleman that was quiet and felt not very friendly. So my first impression was not great. However all of the other staff that I dealt with from then on were happy and helpful

I found this location to be an oasis just outside the gates of the main part of Chiang Mai. Very easy to get to and from the old city, but in a local neighborhood that felt more authentic. Their breakfast were delicious. Their service was extremely helpful. It was quiet there at night and the pool was a little cold, but the in room massages, bar, and location were really great. We had planned to move to a different hotel closer to the city and we ended up staying here because it was so great!
