Great situation right in the centre of the city. Within walking distance for shops, bars and restaurant. Car park across the street. The hotel stamps your ticket and you get a discount. Staff lovely. Room clean and bed comfy.

Hotel located in heart of Derry. Walkable to any where for sight seeing. But lots of pubs around the hotel a bit noise as we stay in 1st floor. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was neat and tidy. In general was a wonderful place to stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had plenty of space and was cool. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of variety. Parking is a bit of a walk, and costs extra. We were able to walk to the Derry wall and

Pros: The woman who helped us gather our keys after 6 hours of traveling. Breakfast was pretty good and varied. Lots of protein and carb options plus fresh pancakes. Location is central and Tesco’s is nearby. Daily housekeeping. Hard to find that in most hotels these days. Spacious rooms and excellent blackout curtains. Cons: Asked every time we went to the front desk if we were checking out. That got tiring. We were there for 3 nights but everyone kept thinking we were only staying for one. I don’t expect them to remember the details of all the guests but it got to the point where the key cards stopped working because they assumed we checked out. Staff a bit hit or miss. Some were lovely, some kept us waiting for ages but didn’t apologize or preferred to chat with other staff. I’ve been to hundreds of hotels. Basic hospitality is about the customer in front of you and dealing with the situation then and there. Room could’ve used a safe, mini fridge and/or a microwave for the space. Carpets and curtains in room could use a good cleaning. Lots of mystery stains. No facial tissues or shampoo in the bathroom, which was unusual.
