Stayed 2 nights

We had high expectations...in reality, they were less. It's easier to just list our disappointments, which may seem small or petty to others but, not to us: 1. no hand towels...just bath 2 towels and 2 washcloths. 2. the overhead lights kept flickering off and on. 3. the heater was noisy when cycling, annoying. 4. although we eventually connected to the internet via the TV with Jim's help, you had to use your own "sign in" for the apps in order to watch anything. 5. there was NO CREAMER available for the coffee, only packets of "raw sugar". 6. the coffee pot wasn't clean...just rinsed out from last use AND the basket filter wasn't clean either, still had remnants of last coffee grounds. 7. the ice cube tray looked like the ice cubes were months old...from "freezer burn". 8. the bed was "ancient", very noisy springs, not very supportive and water resistant mattress cover rustled everytime you moved...again annoying. 9. WHO uses "distilled" water to make coffee? Plain bottled water would have been just fine. 10. the water purifier pitcher in the refrigerator had a signal on the lid that was blinking RED, indicating the filter needed to be changed. 11. in general, it looked like the cabin hadn't been vacuumed or dusted for some time. The rugs had dirty spots on them. 12. In general, the cabins were much older than expected and outdated and not well kept. 13. We would not recommend them.

This was our first trip to Fairbanks and so I choose this BandB because of the price The room was clean and the bed not so soft. Your morning breakfast is a frozen jimmy dean sandwich and a little jar of orange juice so no homemade breakfast. The owners are very nice and accommodating.

B&B means bed and breakfast we got a frozen jimmy dean breakfast sandwich that was put in the freezer and a small bottle of orange juice. The area around the cabin was a mess. A Circular saw and wood piles right outside of our window. Nails sticking out right by where you sit on the porch. We never saw the owners. The cabins could be so cute especially because you’re looking out at a little pond but everything around it was just a mess. We were happy that there were actually a bathroom and a shower in the cabin. I hope they go back and take their time with the cabins and the surrounding area.
