Great stay! They were very a accommodating and the kids had a great time at the pool. People at the front were very helpful and let us use their library so families can eat together and watch the hockey game. We are there for a dance competition. Would definitely stay there again! My daughters said it’s the best hotel they stayed at!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Courtyard at Marriott! We have stayed at many hotels in Burlington, visiting family, and this hotel far exceeds in every way. The main area is clean and welcoming with a dining room, bar and lounge. Our room was spotless, quiet, and included all the conveniences. Outdoor parking is well lit and location is right next to the QEW, which is very convenient. We did not eat in the dining room so cannot comment. We will definitely stay here next time.

My room was never made. There was a constant hard humming noise. The cleaning staff were outside my door at 7 am chit chatting for hours, but never bothered to notice that they never made my room. There was no headboard on the bed Overall I hope I never have to stay at a courtyard Marriott again

We were excited to arrive at the hotel, but the employee that checked us in was not pleasant at all. We didn’t get a welcome nor any type of smile or eye contact..the room was clean, but the shower floor and counter tops need some attention. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I also feel that it would help the hotel to improve

The room was clean, but the property is in an area that has nothing around it- you’ll have to drive anywhere to dine etc. If you’re a tea drinker, they didn’t have any in the rooms. The lobby and restaurant were underwhelming. I would not stay here again. Property was clean- but the duvet in the bedding was not very clean. Overall average hotel. We paid a bit more for this property and chose it over others, but really, not worth the extra price.

The hotel is clean and very nice overall. However, the rooms are not soundproof, so you’re really at the mercy of whoever is staying next door. There’s a convention center next door, and during our stay, guests were arriving back around 2 a.m., banging around and making it hard to sleep. If you’re a light sleeper, you might want to keep that in mind

Very disappointed with the customer service and management team of this hotel. Due to some flight issues the hotel wouldn't work with us and give us a refund for the stay for 2 rooms. They charged us and wouldn't even let us reschedule for another day. Very disappointed!

I called and asked for early check in twice, I was told room is not ready but someone will call me back - never received a call back or even a text. I had to change around my entire schedule, going to the hotel at 10pm. The check in was simple a smooth. The room had no coffee or tea. Didn't get this until the next day. Stayed there from Saturday to Monday, I expected room service but this was not done. Not a good experience. May not use this hotel again and am a Marriot member.

Front Desk attendant was not helpful. They refused to extend lower rate when it was given to other gusts in my group. Also, they refused to add my BonVoy account number. The reason given is that the my reservation was done through a third party, Expedia.

Hotel js very new and maintained very clean. Staff is friendly. There is no practical breakfast option. They have a bistro on site with a la carte service, which is basically a heavily marked up Starbucks menu. Also the location is extremely remote, business park, there is truly nothing around within walking distance.

Overall amazing hotel, exceptionally clean and quiet rooms. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only downside is that you do need to drive a couple of minutes if you’d like to go any where to eat/lounge.

Don’t pay the $30 to include breakfast. It’s not a buffet, you order one meal and one drink off a menu. Our total was $54.24 for 2 of us, and we ordered the most expensive meals available. Food was good and all, though not many options, but just don’t tack it onto your booking or you’ll lose money. Also after we left, my credit card randomly got charged $44.24 and I got an invoice saying it was for the breakfast, which wasn't even the correct amount, so I had to call and have them reverse it. Other than that it was good for a night, we had no issues. Would be nice if there was a fridge in the room and bottled water provided.

Our stay was excellent and the facility is beautiful. With no complementary breakfast, the bistro on site has delicious food however even though the restaurant is in house they do not offer room service. I think this addition to services would welcome an above and beyond review. The staff was pleasant and interactions with them were professional.

The hotel has a dated feel, with worn carpets and inconsistent room heating controlled by older Honeywell thermostats. The bistro menu reads well, but the food was underwhelming both times I tried it. They also have a Starbucks counter—not self-serve, but staffed with a machine-based setup and full menu. Unfortunately, the coffee quality was still poor. Prices are high for the overall experience.
