Unfortunately our room was next to the fire pit and other hotel guests were very loud out by the fire until after 11:30pm. We called down multiple times to the front desk to ask politely for them to quiet down since it was late and the loudness kept waking up our children and our baby.

Upon check in I was assigned a double room. That is not what I booked. Brought that to their attention and I was told they were sold out of king rooms. Next we get to our room to find trash on the floor. Obviously the maids didn’t clean very good. Next thing the door with a lock to get in the pool area is broken so no swimming. Next our shower containers were all out of bath stuff… soap, shampoo and conditioner. Theirs is mounted on the wall in the shower! I brought all of this to their attention and o ly got I’m sorry. I would never stay there again or Recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of other places to stay just nearby!

Questioned the quality of housekeeping. The shower curtain was clean, but torn in half half way down the middle. Wallpaper in bathroom was sliced and starting to peal back.

Rooms in the back are a stone-throw (no kidding) to freight train tracks that run throughout the night. Despite the hotel's best effort with their window, you can feel the vibrations and hear the noise. Would have been 5 stars had I requested a room on the other side.

Staff was friendly, check in and out was a breeze, room was clean and it was quiet. It was no hassle to get room sales tax exempt since it was for work, and that was the best part. So many hotels make it a big deal to do that, so I am grateful for the ease of it at this hotel and will be back if I stay in Etown again.

We travel .have been to 57 countries . This was about the nicest room we have had . It is clean and spacious . There are amenities not always found in hotels . The en-suite is Impressive . I loved the desk partition. . Staff could not have. been nicer

Our 2 day stay for Army ROTC cadet graduation was amazing, it’s a beautiful place! The free breakfast was delicious with great options, the staff were all so welcoming and helpful! It’s restaurants and shopping! There’s a nice mini golf place right next door. I will definitely recommend it and stay here again!
