Sentralt og fint med hyggelig personale. Eneste problem var å finne inngangen. Der var jeg visst ikke alene. 4 damer ba om hjelp til å finne hotellet og de stod rett ved den. Det samme gjorde jeg dagen før.

Got off to a slow start, the hotel entrance is a little hidden and parking is very limited. The actual car park is the public parking across the roundabout and it's rather expensive. That said, once sorted, the hotel proved to be a very nice place to be. Public transport right out the door, rooms bright and cheery and the staff were helpful. A good option In San Sebastian - definately worth a try.

The hotel is very nice. Has an underground parking one block away. Staff was friendly and profesional. Breakfast was not so great, and while the king size bed was HUGE and very comfortable, the smaller beds where a little noisy and a little hard. Overall the hotel is quite good, but price is somewhat high compared to other good hotels nearby outside of San Sebastián.

Never again will I stay in this place. The AC didn’t work. The receptionist was rude and incompetent. He refused to call maintenance out because it was past 9pm. All he could say was:”What do you want me to do? I don’t know how to fix the AC.” The bathroom is filthy and smells like mildew. The toilet seat is coming apart, there are stains on the bed. We had to take the headboard decoration down before it fell. There is a huge hole in the curtain. The phone doesn’t work. This is a roach motel for the price of a comfort hotel

We got the Suite and it was huge. The room, the toilets were all very clean. Friendly staff, nice buffet breakfast. La experiencia fue en general buena. Sin embargo, hay puntos a considerar que son importantes; nos quedamos en una habitación para 4 personas pero el W.C. y la regadera no cuentan con la privacidad suficiente. El WC tiene una puerta corrediza y la regadera está de frente tambien con una puerta trasparente, no tienen una puerta principal y cualquier persona puede observar ambos lugares (sobre todo la regadera). El diseño del "baño" es muy malo en este sentido. El desayuno es barato pero no es tan bueno.

Das Hotel kann leicht übersehen werden, da der Eingangsbereich recht eng und unscheinbar ist. Jedoch sind in dem Gebäude jede Menge Zimmer vorhanden. Der Check-In-Prozess lief schnell und reibungslos, das Personal kann Englisch. Das Zimmer selbst war geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Bett sehr bequem, die WiFi-Verbindung sehr gut. Einen Schrank gab es nicht, aber eine größere Hängestange mit Bügeln. Das Badezimmer war groß genug, der Duschbereich breit. Mein Zimmer schaute zum Hof hinaus, da war also die Sicht nicht so toll, was jedoch mich nicht störte. Was mich störte, war die Tatsache, dass sich das Zimmer im ersten Stock befand, direkt neben den zwei Fahrstühlen und dicht an dem Frühstücksraum. Je nach dem wie laut die Gäste sind, kann es unangenehm werden. Die Lage des Hotels fand ich für meine Zwecke gut, nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber dieses ist leicht in ca. 20 Min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Arrivés dans nos chambres vers 20h. Le lavabo était bouché. Le monsieur de la réception nous a dit qu'il ne peut faire intervenir quelqu'un que le lendemain et qu'il n'était pas possible d'avoir une autre chambre car l'hôtel etait complète. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour laver nos mais dans la douche.

O checking foi perfeito, a Karen da recepção é excelente, quarto quando cheguei estava cheirando a mofo, mas no segundo dia estava bem limpo, cama grande e confortável, banheiro bom, tamanho do quarto bom, não trocaram as toalhas na arrumação, não fui atendido no pedido de andar alto, mas o que mais me incomodou foi o atendente da recepção na terça dia 18/06 às 8:20am, não me deu uma informação correta sobre a possibilidade de o carro pernoitar na rua, fez uma reserva no parking que ele recomendou, que não pedi e não usei e queriam me cobrar o estacionamento! Achei a atitude do recepcionista ruim

Got off to a slow start, the hotel entrance is a little hidden and parking is very limited. The actual car park is the public parking across the roundabout and it's rather expensive. A great hotel and so welcoming for us and our two dogs. AGoing to book on our return leg to the UK. It’s in a good location a 20 minute walk into the centre of town through some nice areas with tapas bars and people milling about. Definitely recommend.

Das Hotel kann leicht übersehen werden, da der Eingangsbereich recht eng und unscheinbar ist. Jedoch sind in dem Gebäude jede Menge Zimmer vorhanden. Der Check-In-Prozess lief schnell und reibungslos, das Personal kann Englisch. Das Zimmer selbst war geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Bett sehr bequem, die WiFi-Verbindung sehr gut. Einen Schrank gab es nicht, aber eine größere Hängestange mit Bügeln. Das Badezimmer war groß genug, der Duschbereich breit. Mein Zimmer schaute zum Hof hinaus, da war also die Sicht nicht so toll, was jedoch mich nicht störte. Was mich störte, war die Tatsache, dass sich das Zimmer im ersten Stock befand, direkt neben den zwei Fahrstühlen und dicht an dem Frühstücksraum. Je nach dem wie laut die Gäste sind, kann es unangenehm werden. Die Lage des Hotels fand ich für meine Zwecke gut, nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber dieses ist leicht in ca. 20 Min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Our room was very large and the bed comfortable. We had a balcony but I don’t think many other rooms did. The breakfast had a good selection and all the staff were very friendly. It was a 20 min walk into the old town but there were lots of facilities nearby. The bus stop outside took us straight to Ondarerra.

The hotel is very nice. Has an underground parking one block away. Staff was friendly and profesional. Breakfast was not so great, and while the king size bed was HUGE and very comfortable, the smaller beds where a little noisy and a little hard. Overall the hotel is quite good, but price is somewhat high compared to other good hotels nearby outside of San Sebastián.

Super accueil en français, explications claires! Chambre de bonne taille pour 2 adultes et 2 ados, salle de bain avec une grande douche.
