The pool was awesome, and the room service meal was excellent!

The hotels nice no Jacuzzi like I was told, but unfortunately, the hotel allows pets was stuck next to a room that had a dog that was barking all night. Woke me up three times a night when you’re paying that much for a hotel you don’t wanna be woken up with barking dogs.

Amazing stay. The views are incredible and the pool is very fun for kids and adults

This hotel was awesome. It could not be any better located to the Cowboys and Rangers' stadiums. It has great amenities including a large pool and huge TVs in many of the common areas, including the pool and outside lawn. Very impressive with the attention to guests that only the top-quality hotels deliver.

Amazing property, great staff, excellent dining options and convenient walk to the sporting venues. Soak, is their pool, awesome for couples, families and singles. Just an overall great experience.

My only feedback was the pool… people kept sneaking in and holding the doors open for random people and employees were bringing in families to swim… it became super crowded and we were unable to enjoy it because how busy it was… Maybe have someone checking to make sure people attending have rooms at the hotel in order to swim

The valet service is lacking proper labor management and communication. Multiple times I waited 20 minutes for my car. Even texting the systems “for more convenience”. Watching 5-6 valet employees stand around, while my car was not in route was annoying. Even once, I went to the window to break a 20 dollar bill. When waking up to the window, I could see multiple valet employees standing around. One was counting his tips, 2 were conversing, and one was holding 2 sets of keys. One set being my own. The employee holding my keys tried to hand the. To one of the employees conversing. Who told him to hold on, while they finished. This is ten minutes AFTER I texted down. I asked to break a 20, which took about 5 minutes of negotiations from the guy who was just counting his tips. Even after that 5 minutes, the guy with my keys, still had not left the room. I walked back to the front doors and told my wife. She said “you better not tip them”. Car only took about 7 minutes to arrive. Meaning IF and only IF they left after my text, it only takes 7 minutes to obtain the car, instead of the the 23 we waited. Which means it’s the managment and system. Fix it!

Room was super clean, most comfortable hotel mattress ever, all of the staff was kind and professional!

Bathroom sink didnt drain. It wad very nosey. Wasnt the cleanest.

Stay at hotel was great only downside is there was no hot water available to shower with in the morning.

Stayed on july 4th and the festivities and fireworks were awesome! Staff was friendly and helpful. Only disappointing thing was when we went to bed, my 7 year old daughter was in bed under the covers then noticed red stains all over her side of the bed. I pulled back the sheets she red makeup was all over the bed. That was definitely not ours, so i had to go get her blanket and pillow from the valet parking, and at that time told the front desk representative what happened, and all i got was she was sorry to hear that. That was it, didn't even offer to have them changed for clean ones. Then electricity on half the room went out during the night, fight have tv or lights till we were checkimg out. Still no management was advised or even tried to come to the room to see what was happening. Was very disappointed!!

Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed. Hot water wasn’t working properly, had to take Luke warm shower. Was charged full price for alcohol when drink credit should have been applied. Hopefully they correct this charge

I stayed here 2 weekends in a row and loved it. The first time our room was facing Texas Live. It was a fun view but you should expect to hear Texas Live into the night. The next weekend we were facing AT&T stadium and that was a great view. This hotel was so convenient for a Rangers game and a concert. It's close to some other big attractions too. Valet parking had good service and the coffee place up front was good too.

Awesome high-end hotel! No microwave in room. Upgraded room meant higher up view.

Check- in was fast and friendly, room was great, and proximity to the ballpark is unbeatable! Great property, especially when you can find a good deal on rates.

The suite was poorly designed and not a good use of space.

I would have given this very nice hotel a higher rating but for the fact the rooms are very small. Not even big enough to bring back coffee and rolls and have breakfast. Less of a problem if you are traveling alone and only staying one night, but for a multi night stay as a couple, very small.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs during this particular trip. The room was very well maintained and had a great view of the grounds. I would definitely consider staying at this Loews again.

Best shower ever. The pressure and area of spray was perfection

Amazing view of A&T Stadium! The rooms are a little small but were perfect for our stay. Loved the ability to walk to and from the hotel to the stadium. Texas Live is right outside, we didn’t have to go anywhere else before the game to have breakfast, lunch and fun!

Room was warm. AC said it was on 65 but husband and I kept waking up hot. Couldn’t figure out how to keep ac running so it could get cooler. Had blinds shut the whole time to help

Fantastic! Best stay I’ve ever had AT ANY PROPERTY! Gia who works at the front desk to help check me in was a complete angel! She went above and beyond any level of customer service I’ve ever received, I was absolutely beside myself! Overall, perfect stay! Thank you!

Loved everything about the stay. Only reason it’s 4 stars and not 5 stars was due to one of my colognes stolen from my vehicle while under supervision of valet during my stay.

Awful front desk staff. No good manners and not friendly at all. Very rude and a mad face all the time.

Everything was clean and the staff was amazing. We were there for my fiancé’s birthday and Sydney from the front desk surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake, bottle of champagne, and a card signed by all the staff. It was truly a wonderful stay!

Arrived a little early and room wasn’t ready, said they would take my cell number and put me in “the Q”. Said as soon as room was ready they would text me. Check in is 4pm and still hadn’t heard by 4:30 we go back to hotel. Front desk says we didn’t have you in Q and then looks again and says oh we had you in “Q” not sure why you never got text and number was confirmed.

It was amazing!! Everyone from valet, checking in and all staff. Very friendly, smiling, greeting and making you feel welcomed. They even helped making my husband feel special for his birthday.

The customer services was amazing. Every staff that I connected with was so pleasant and I felt like they were family. I infomed front desk that I was there to create content for the New Year so my room was upgraded and I privided with a food and drink voucher. Thats what you call hospitality. I would most definitely recommend.

Fantastic property! Well-appointed, professional service, perfect location right next to Cowboys Stadium. Luxury all the way.

Walking ability to ATT Stadium

Great location to both stadiums.

The hotel is right next to Texas Live which is basically a giant night club that is outdoor. If you are on the same side as the night club be ready to party till 2am or later because you don’t have a choice. We were never informed about this and when we got back to our room at 11pm with our kids we were told it’s “not our problem” and we “don’t own Texas Live” so you’ll just have to deal with it. The very loud dance music didn’t stop till 2am and it was terrible. We ended up over sleeping because we were up so late and then the valet service took 35 min to get our car. I understand the place gets busy but for the cost of this hotel these are not acceptable situations. We are not staying at a $39.99 roadside motel and we paid for a luxury experience. I would strongly suggest staying on a very high floor opposite the Texas Live venue and give yourself extra time in the morning because they don’t have adequate staff to handle basic check in and valet.

How close it is to AT&T Stadium

Perfect Hotel! It is extremely convenient to the stadiums, and nightlife. I would recommend if planning on attending a sporting event in Arlington.

We loved everything about the hotel except for the noise on Friday night after the baseball game. The hotel is next to Texas live which had very loud music. Thankfully the music stopped at 11:30 PM so it was not a huge inconvenience.

The on-site bar was one of the highlights of our trip. Great vibes, an impressive selection of drinks, and expertly crafted cocktails made it the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. The bartenders were friendly, skilled, and more than happy to recommend drinks based on our tastes. From the moment we arrived, the experience at this hotel was absolutely top-notch. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a beautiful lobby that sets the tone for a relaxing stay.

We had a great view of the stadiums. I liked the convenience of being so close to the stadium that we could walk right over for our tour. They were happy to watch our bags while we did so. We ate in the hotel restaurant and it although it wasn't busy it was so slow and way over priced.

Definitely an awesome view of the AT&T stadium. The pool was lovely as you have the view of the stadium, however, just keep in mind its family oriented. There is no separate pool for adults only which would have been nice for those not traveling with kids. Also, the drinks served at the pool were watered down and not so great. Mixed drinks were approximately $14. I would have expected better drinks. Keep in mind several taxes are charged as well as gratuity. The service also was not so great at the pool as the staff was not attentive. So for the price paid at the pool, it was not worth it. Only great thing is the view. Also, when you check out several taxes are charged on top of what is quoted when you book, which include state, city and entertainment. Also, valet is $39 per night, it is not included in room price. I paid a lot more than I was expecting. So would I stay here again, probably not. I gave 4 stars since the rooms are nice with a spectacular view of the stadium.

I love Live! by Loew's and Loew's in general, I have been impressed at every one I have stayed at. They are next level for their staff and their amenities. Simple things like providing tissues or a bath rug to step out of the shower really elevate my stay. I love the beauty of the property as well. The rooms are gorgeous. The room service was hit or miss. Some of the food was pretty good but I got a grilled chicken sandwich that had the tiniest piece of chicken it was about two small bites per sandwich and then the rest of the sandwich was just empty of protein. At those prices you would hope more than a total of four little tiny bites of chicken in your sandwich. Also the morning after we ordered eggs benedict and neither one of us could eat ours because the hollandaise was sour. So we didn't order any more room service after that. I did enjoy the overnight oats from the cafe downstairs and they have delicious cappuccinos and lattes as well. The room service german chocolate cake was divine and I saved it in my fridge so I could continue eating it over the duration of my stay. Highly recommend that for sure. The pool was lovely and relaxing and the pool bar was awesome. It was so nice to stay in the water and get food and drinks. It was also cool to hear everyone in the stadium cheering and then you could see what happened on the big screen at the pool. I'm not really into sports so that's kind of funny I chose a baseball hotel to stay at but it was kind of neat.

Excellent hotel bar and unparalleled convenience to Texas Live and Globe Life Park. Great ballgame/postgame experience!
