Very remote, and extremely windy. Pools were too cold. F&B extremely expensive, and given that it is a $40 ride into town you have very limited alternative options. Food is excellent, but it comes at a price. Hotel very clean and staff very friendly, but the resort itself is soulless. Limited sun loungers - we were there in low season, it must be a zoo in high season. Kids club (and staff) excellent. Very pushy on selling their vacation rentals, and the expedia gold amenities are pointless (which I am finding is an expedia trend, not a Nobu issue).

Very beautiful experience. The staff definitely make you feel like royalty the moment you walk in. We didn’t feel the need to leave the resort. Yes the food is very expensive. You will spend a ton of money but every dish was worth it in my opinion. My favorite was the infinity pool and the spa! Had the best massage. Already coming back in June :)

GORGEOUS, open, airy, comfortable resort. Minimalist, but with comfort. The staff is world class! They were outstanding! Genuine, warm and real smiles all around. Many thanks to Alejandro at the pool, and the amazing Manager of Muna, who went out of his way to allow me to properly taste an appetizer I was too full eat when ordered. (He sent it up to my room later as room service.) Everyone raves about Nobu restaurant, and it's deserved, but Muna is often overlooked, and their chef is doing some creative, exceptional work. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, but the coolest bathtubs ever! I had a room with a private pool, and was very disappointed to see that meant I got to stare at a wall of dirt. No view, whatsoever. Only negative from a design standpoint. Excellent spa! They use decent products, so the results are quite nice. They will ask you to come early and enjoy the hydrotherapy. Do it! Wonderful environment. Great for weddings, meetings, girls weekends. I went solo, and still loved it. NOTE: the ocean is not swimmable. Beautiful private beach, but ....

The resort is amazing. Having stayed at several vacation properties in this general tier, I can say the resort itself/facilities are basically as good as it gets. Truly phenomenal. On site restaurants were also fantastic (albeit very expensive, and make reservations!). Also pretty kid friendly for our 3 year old. That said, service level was a step below what I’d expect from a resort of this level. Nothing bad at all, the service is objectively good, but I did not experience “above and beyond” bend-over-backwards-without-you-asking service I’ve received at Ritz, Four Seasons, St. Regis, etc. resorts at a similar price point. Only other knocks against it is because of geography, it’s windy, and you can’t actually swim in the ocean, and the gym can get crowded at peak times. Overall a great resort and I would definitely go back!

The Property was safe and secluded. the hotel grounds were immaculate. We had a swim up room , which we loved. the concierge staff in the front , gets you taxis super quickly and they are very accommodating. the housekeeping and turn down service was EXCELLENT and on time. The spa was so relaxing and zen! the only down side was our personal concierge ambassador - we didnt see her after the first day ...she sent one text and we never saw / heard from her again. Not sure what that was about.

Gorgeous Property, But Not the Peaceful Escape I’d Hoped For I recently stayed at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos, and there’s no denying that the property is stunning. The architecture is sleek and calming, the landscaping is beautifully maintained, and the setting is ideal for a luxurious getaway. The food was a real highlight—fresh, creative, and consistently excellent across the restaurants. The staff were warm, attentive, and generally very professional throughout my stay. However, a couple of aspects took away from the overall experience. Upon arrival, I was asked to set aside time for a tour of their new residences. After a long journey, the last thing I wanted was to be pitched something, and the person presenting it came across as quite pushy. It didn’t feel appropriate or respectful of my time. Another downside was the lack of atmosphere control around the pool areas. Several guests were taking calls on speakerphone and being loud without any staff stepping in to maintain a more relaxing environment. It really detracted from the peaceful vibe the hotel otherwise tries to cultivate. At 45, I was hoping for a more serene, adult-oriented experience, but unfortunately, the guest dynamic during my stay wasn’t in line with that. While Nobu Los Cabos has a lot going for it, I’d likely choose a different property next time that offers a quieter and more refined atmosphere.

Property was beautiful but it was cold and only one jacuzzi tub at main pool? The two at the swim up pool were not jacuzzi. They were always full. It was so cold that we left the property and went to Bahia beach club Sur Espresso machine in room was great. Enjoyed the wooden tub. The bathroom products were top notch. Personal butler Mariana was excellent. Food was good but expensive. Over $2200 (not including liquor) for 3 days is excessive. Service notes: crumbing the table at Ardea with a paper towel? Rose wine was approx 60 degrees . Playabar order was delayed approx 35 minutes. Server did give a free glass of wine. No manager stopped by. Overall great trip!!! Thanks Appreciated all of the amuse bouche delivered to the table. Room service was great.

It’s a nice property but you can’t swim in the ocean because of the currents. Two negatives: they wouldn’t honor the advertised spa credit saying it only applied to massages something not mentioned when you book. I’ve eaten at over 6 nobu restaurants and eat there a few times a year. At this one the waiter kept bringing my date food she didn’t order. She only ordered one dish because she wasn’t hungry. She couldn’t finish most dishes and kept saying she wasn’t hungry. And after we said stop tried to bring her desert. We thought it was complimentary but then we were charged for the food. A pool worker told me others have complained about this practice. It’s $45 taxi to town and a $15 uber back. The hotel will not allow uber to pick u up at the hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights / 4days. It was perfect from the moment we walked in we felt taken care of. The service was impeccable and we loved every meal at each restaurant option. There are 4 pools, activities and a beautiful spa. We loved the yoga class with Noemi highly recommend. There is something here for everyone.

The property is beautiful, very clean, very peaceful, and calming. Views are great, great sunsets. Pools are really nice. Food is expensive and since the hotel is so far out of the way you are stuck eating on the property. The food is just ok not great for a 5 star hotel they could do better. The best thing we had was the breakfast. They have a major major fly problem so be warned, you, your food, your drinks will constantly be swarmed by flies it’s disgusting! I refused to pay for one meal because the flies were so bad! You need to either sit inside or inhale your food so fast that you are miserable. The employees seem to be so used to the flies that it doesn’t even phase them nor do they understand why you are bothered by the flies. When we brought it to anyone’s attention they acted like no big deal or made excuses for the flies. We travel to Cabo a lot and I have never encountered anything h like it. The resort is beautiful but it is really far from anything else so you pretty much stay at the resort. Which is what they expect. We rented a car so we were able to get out and adventure but it is still far from anything. We never received a very good welcome when we arrived so that was off putting. They seemed like we were more of an afterthought. We watched everyone else get wash rags and welcome drinks everytime anyone arrived for the 3 days we stayed there yet we received nothing upon arrival. They will try to sell you a timeshare so be warned!!! Don’t!!

This shouldn’t be classified as a luxury property. Checked in after a long flight and got to our room expecting to relax. We ended up fighting at least 15 house flies in our room. Called front desk to send someone to assist— over 3 hours later a guy shows up to kill them one by one. Then, I paid extra for a private swim up pool, thinking it’ll be a romantic touch… There were huge dead roaches and so sorts of bugs in it morning till night. Called for it to be cleaned, no one ever showed up. So we couldn’t use it. This is not what one would expect from a Nobu brand. It was really disappointing.

The hotel itself is nice, the grounds are pretty and the pools are gorgeous. However, our phone and tablet stopped working in our room midway through our stay, so each time we needed something we had to walk to the front desk. The manager said they would send someone to fix it but never did. There was also someone’s old hair stuck to the walls of our room under the sink. The rugs inside the room feel dirty.The up charge on everything is insane. Expect to pay $100+ for each meal for two people unless you order one small dish. All of the restaurants on site had delicious food. Service was mediocre and we often had to flag down someone to help us. Also very trendy and feels like you’re in LA. It is also far from town so taxi there each way is $45 and takes about 25 min. The beach is nice but you can’t swim in the ocean due to strong currents. We would not stay here again.

The main issue we had at this place was the roaches by the fridge and the hotel response to it. First, they came in with chemicals to spray the entire room even though we have to sleep there smelling the toxic chemicals. On check out we were given $100 credit which was an insult given how much we spent there. Upon our return to the USA, we had to take all our clothes to dry cleaners and trash the luggages as we were afraid we would bring roaches or their eggs with us. Over all the resort is very nice. The food is amazing. The drinks are nothing short of price gouging. The cheapest wine is $33 (US$) for half of glass for some nameless wine and the price goes up from there. The nearest city is 30 min by a taxi that cost $44 one way. I recommend to pick up wine or drinks from the airport. If you go to the city, and you are allergic to bees, bring an extra epi pen and Benadryl. Too many bees to count. The food at the hotel is excellent. It’s 5* plus. It is worth the cost. Service is excellent. The beach is unuseable- waves and currents ……it’s not a place to enjoy the beach. It’s a place to relax and enjoy the resort. The rooms are very big and there is a couch that can be used as a bed so it’s great for families. It’s a very safe place and well secured.

We just returned from a 5-day stay at the Nobu Hotel Los Cabos and couldn’t be happier. The entire property is absolutely stunning—beautifully designed and immaculately maintained. The staff was consistently warm, attentive, and professional, treating us like absolute royalty from the moment we arrived. They really spoil you. Every restaurant on-site delivered an exceptional dining experience. We stayed in a junior suite with a private pool and ocean view, which was a perfect balance of privacy and luxury. It was great having our own pool for quiet relaxation, while still being able to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the main pool whenever we felt like being more social. The modern architecture and thoughtful design of the hotel create endless spots that are perfect for photos—everywhere you turn feels like a magazine-worthy backdrop. We’ve stayed at many of the top hotels in Cabo, but this one has quickly become our new favorite. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Rooms are beautiful. Staff is generally friendly; amenities are also lovely. Food was meh. Especially since to leave the resort you pay $50 each way, and they upcharge you for Everything. Imagine paying $30 for an omelette, and to add two teaspoons of spinach it costs $9 extra, and $6 for some jam on your toast. With a food quality of 3/5. The food in the City was amazing and reasonable. The food here was not great, and about $100 per person for dinner easily without drinks. Spa is nice, worth a try, not sure I would pay $400 for a massage. But you get some discounts with specific reservations. Most important- call to see if there is an event prior to your stay. There was a wedding the weekend we were there with kids. It was incredibly loud all hours into the night. And the staff was immediately occupied with the wedding party, service went down the drain when this happened. Expect zero quality service when this happened. We paid $1000 a night - not including the $300 airport transfer to wait 1.5 hours for a bellhop to help with luggage, 2 hours for a toothbrush to the room, or hours for a taxi as the wedding party of 200 guests were their priority. Understandable, but I would not have booked had I known this was happening while we were there. Maybe at a less busy time, this would have been lovely. But the last few nights were really frustrating for us.

Poor check in experience... had to wait a very long time to get my keys, and the process seemed very disorganized. Room was very nice, but the shower drain didn't work properly, and my bathroom floor flooded every time I took a shower. Property is excellent but location is very isolated, not convenient if you want to go into town. Food and drinks are way overpriced but typical of similar resorts.

The whole campus is well maintained. It felt like being in a Japanese spa at every corner. The food was a great quality and selection. Our room had incredibly modern and relaxing lighting. The bathtub in the shower was huge! I wish they had given us a tour of explanation of the entire property because it is so big and so many options.

This property could be greatly improved if they would figure out the check-in experience. It is absolutely asinine to force an upsell into a timeshare to stand in the way of getting to our room. This happens to everyone btw. Additionally, the staff was completely confused about who was staying where. We received a "welcome back!" dessert even though we never stayed here. Our friends received a "happy anniversary!" dessert and it wasn't their anniversary. And -- this is not a joke -- our other friends received a "happy birthday!" dessert and it was not their birthday. Truly bizarre. Once we were checked in, it was a solid experience. Food and drink are great, but you pay for it. Definitely make dinner reservations weeks in advance as well.

Hello, I am a repeat guest at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos and stayed from Wednesday, October 9th to Friday, October 10th to celebrate my birthday. This was my fourth visit, and I chose Nobu again because I’ve always appreciated the level of service and overall experience. However, this visit was disappointing. Upon arrival, a staff member encouraged us to attend a conference the following morning (Thursday the 9th) and mentioned that we would receive credits for the spa or food and beverages if we participated. She also said that if we chose not to attend, we would still receive a $75 daily credit per person for food and beverage use. I clarified that I understood it was originally a spa credit, but she assured me it could be used for dining as well. The following day, we spoke with a lady named Michelle, who was very pleasant and helpful. She confirmed a 1 PM reservation for two at the infinity pool (as shown in our attached text messages). Unfortunately, when we arrived, no reservation had been made—wasting our time and interrupting our plans. During checkout, I spoke with a front desk supervisor named José (or possibly Jorge). When I mentioned the $75 daily credit we were promised, he abruptly responded, “You booked through Expedia, right? You should’ve read the disclaimer,” in a very dismissive tone. As a supervisor, he showed no courtesy—he didn’t ask how our stay was, didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, and made no effort to verify the situation or involve a manager.

Not extremely satisfied with our stay. Upon check in we weren’t told about any credits (spa and gym) as well as any sort of discounted drinks during their “happy hour”. The spa credit was 75$ a day per person so it would have been nice to use, especially waiting for our room for three hours before it was ready. After checking out this morning every customer around us was told about the credits as well as given a tour of the property which we also never got. We were a little early, however we were told we would get a text when our room was ready at 3. Never received any sort of message nor did we get our room for another hour. All in all for the amount of money being spent per night at this hotel, we believe they fell short in services. Property is beautiful, wish we were given the opportunity to explore it all.

Honestly, the service was mediocre at best with an exception of the pool staff, which was amazing. The concierge confirmed bookings that ultimately were not accurate, repeatedly didn’t do things that he said he would do, send a screenshot of a booking that was not what was confirmed.. we were able to send a screenshot back of exactly what he confirmed zero apology zero consideration, rude across the board. The suites that I had were not the ones we should’ve had. They were not able to give us the correct one, no contact from Manager, the restaurant and bars frankly we’re not busy at all yet difficult to get reservations, they basically gave everyone spa service at the resort so there were no bookings available. The whole thing was ridiculous. Our door on the patio didn’t lock. It took him an hour at 10:00 PM to come fix it. The only thing redeeming about the entire stay, accommodation, restaurants, was the pool staff. I’ve stayed at other Nobu hotels and was always impressed. This one needs a new manager.

The resort was beautiful, our room was super spacious and clean, and the staff were very professional and friendly. We had a great time. Few things - if you stay at the Nobu, I strongly recommend renting a car!! There is nothing nearby, about 30 mins drive away from town, and having a car will make it a lot more convenient since Ubers can’t enter the resort and it’s a long way from the gate to the resort entrance (not walkable), and cab fees add up fast. They have free valet parking at the resort. Also keep in mind room service/restaurants at the resort are way overpriced, so having a car provides more flexibility to go out late at night for dinner/late night snacks. Overall we had a great time!

Overall, I had a great stay! The staff was very pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Their hospitality truly stood out. One challenge I experienced was with transportation. The resort cabs were convenient, but some drivers seemed to overcharge for rides, which made getting around a bit frustrating. Another concern was that children were allowed to swim in the pool areas where alcohol was being served at the swim-up bars. Personally, I didn’t find this to be the most comfortable environment. That being said, I truly enjoyed my time at the resort, and with just a few improvements, it could easily be a perfect experience.

Great property. my family and I would go back. It’s completely tucked away from all of any chaos of downtown. Rims are nice and spacious. Hotel is beautiful. if you’re looking for something closer to downtown, this hotel is not for you and there are no other hotels near it but it’s breathtaking and exactly what we were looking for.

This property is in a remote location approximately 40 mins south of Cabo without access to a swimming beach. You are forced to eat at the hotel restaurants that are very expensive and have limited menu options. There was an extra charge for everything even to use of a pool that was part of the hotel. They won’t allow Uber for transportation either and you have to use their expensive taxi service. The property itself is beautiful and very clean with very attentive staff. I would not be visiting again cause I prefer to have more food options and causal dining.

Property is excellent but location is very isolated, not convenient if you want to go into town. Food and drinks are way overpriced but typical of similar resorts.

The property and the services were exceptional. Really like twice a day room service. Staffs were very friendly. Only part that i dis not like was the location of the property. You will need a car and need to drive at least 40 mins ro where things are happening. May be a regular shuttle ro and from the town center will make it little better.

Nobu Los Cabos was a perfect oasis to spend a long birthday weekend. It is 50 min drive outside Cabo and hence none of the frenzy. Super serene and relaxing. Not a party scene Altho the main pool is definitely fun upbeat and lots of cocktailing going on during the day.

It’s a nice property but you can’t swim in the ocean because of the currents. Two negatives: they wouldn’t honor the advertised spa credit saying it only applied to massages something not mentioned when you book. I’ve eaten at over 6 nobu restaurants and eat there a few times a year. At this one the waiter kept bringing my date food she didn’t order. She only ordered one dish because she wasn’t hungry. She couldn’t finish most dishes and kept saying she wasn’t hungry. And after we said stop tried to bring her desert. We thought it was complimentary but then we were charged for the food. A pool worker told me others have complained about this practice. It’s $45 taxi to town and a $15 uber back. The hotel will not allow uber to pick u up at the hotel.

First let me say this property was extremely well planned at construction , I travel a lot all over the world and this hotel is probably one of the best I have been too. Great restaurants , good vibe , lovely pools and incredible views of the ocean while enjoying one of the best sunsets in the world . The staff is incredible , attentive and super helpful and polite. Nobu the restaurant … Well it’s Nobu :) we will be back

I honestly don't understand how Nobu Cabo gets such high ratings. The experience was awful from start to finish. The WiFi barely worked the entire stay -- constantly dropping and unusable. The plumbing was a nightmare: hot water that suddenly turns burning hot, and loud plumbing noises all night that made it hard to sleep. On top of that, two of the restaurants had terrible food, and one actually gave us food poisoning. For a place that charges this much, the quality and safety of the food should be the bare minimum. Everything is ridiculously overpriced for what you get -- absolutely not worth it. The only thing that deserves any credit is the staff -- they were friendly and tried to help, but it's clear the hotel's problems go far beyond them. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

We just returned from a 5-day stay at the Nobu Hotel Los Cabos and couldn’t be happier. The entire property is absolutely stunning—beautifully designed and immaculately maintained. The staff was consistently warm, attentive, and professional, treating us like absolute royalty from the moment we arrived. They really spoil you. Every restaurant on-site delivered an exceptional dining experience. We stayed in a junior suite with a private pool and ocean view, which was a perfect balance of privacy and luxury. It was great having our own pool for quiet relaxation, while still being able to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the main pool whenever we felt like being more social. The modern architecture and thoughtful design of the hotel create endless spots that are perfect for photos—everywhere you turn feels like a magazine-worthy backdrop. We’ve stayed at many of the top hotels in Cabo, but this one has quickly become our new favorite. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Rooms are beautiful. Staff is generally friendly; amenities are also lovely. Food was meh. Especially since to leave the resort you pay $50 each way, and they upcharge you for Everything. Imagine paying $30 for an omelette, and to add two teaspoons of spinach it costs $9 extra, and $6 for some jam on your toast. With a food quality of 3/5. The food in the City was amazing and reasonable. The food here was not great, and about $100 per person for dinner easily without drinks. Spa is nice, worth a try, not sure I would pay $400 for a massage. But you get some discounts with specific reservations. Most important- call to see if there is an event prior to your stay. There was a wedding the weekend we were there with kids. It was incredibly loud all hours into the night. And the staff was immediately occupied with the wedding party, service went down the drain when this happened. Expect zero quality service when this happened. We paid $1000 a night - not including the $300 airport transfer to wait 1.5 hours for a bellhop to help with luggage, 2 hours for a toothbrush to the room, or hours for a taxi as the wedding party of 200 guests were their priority. Understandable, but I would not have booked had I known this was happening while we were there. Maybe at a less busy time, this would have been lovely. But the last few nights were really frustrating for us.

Stunning property & incredible service. We loved staying here! We really loved everything about Nobu. The one thing I’d have wanted to know before coming is that food & drink was truly excellent (so so good) but be prepared to pay for it (out experience was $22 for an alcoholic beverage, $300ish for dinners).
