The stay was great, except the fact the elevator was down and I happened to be on the 4th floor.

Great service! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us very well and made us feel welcome. The hotel is close to everything, which was super convenient. Plus, they offer free parking, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel provides good value if you don't want a pool or complimentary breakfast. I like to return to the hotel for my weekend beach trips because it's still in great condition and clean. There's always plenty of parking available even in the evenings.

Only thing I didn’t like is that the brand new hotel did not have any ice machines, that is a must have for me.

Building was newer, beds and pillows were comfy, room appeared clean and bathroom was immaculate. Didn’t hear anything outside our room, so nice snd quiet. A/C was ice cold. USB outlets worked as expected. No bugs. There was a full size fridge, small stove top, small sink and microwave. Value was exceptional. No gym, pool, or breakfast if you care about that, but we did not care during this stay. Complimentary coffee was good. The only negative was that we stayed for 6 nights and expected housekeeping at some point, but there was none the entire stay. By the time we were going to request it, there was only one full day left (2 nights), so we didn’t bother. We did gather our towels and turned them in at the front desk for fresh ones, and asked for more TP, but having a fresher bathroom and sheets would have been desired. We’re tidy people, but there was three of us. There was a slightly off-odor in the room the whole stay, but it was not enough of an issue to ask for a different room. Lastly, this is a pet friendly hotel, so that may be a positive or a negative depending on the person. I took allergy meds the entire stay, so had no issues.

The hotel staff is amazing and treats you like family. Amy assisted me with a wake up call and always addressed me by name whenever I came in or left. The hotel outside and inside was very clean. They also have a good selection of snacks and drinks late at night or early mornings when the places out in town were closed. The room also has a full sized refrigerator and a microwave and stove. I would highly recommend MyPlace AND it was the most affordable too!!!

The hotel was very nice besides the elevator not working the entire time we stayed there. I have contacted management for a partial refund/discount due to this, but have not heard back from anyone.

Stay was fine, room was comfortable. Only thing is you shouldn’t charge for a kitchen kit. Or at least supply the minimum pots and plates for travelers that have children. Other than that the place was fine. That elevator is slow too

Dog hair on the blankets, food and trash left on floor from last occupant. DEFINITELY NOT SOUND PROOF. Two washcloths for 3 guests. My first visit i had soap to wash dishes. None this time. Only a small pice of roll of paper towels.. it's overall a nice place to stay because it is relatively new but the cleaning and stocking the room with enough of the normal things severely lack..

Room smelled of mildew and body odor. The room was dirty. Kitchen cabinets were sticky. Bugers on the bathroom wall, hair in shower and on floor. No shampoo or body wash. Dirty shower curtain.

Everything is perfect as always. I just had hair in my sink and shower. I had to reclean it. Other than that it was quiet and peaceful.

The room was okay, but the hallways always had trash outside and it stank. There were cockroaches in the hallways too!! It was so gross! My brother and sister in law were also staying at this hotel too, and they had bed bugs in their room. I was not happy with this hotel!

Very nice, clean room! Loved the option to cook and the full size fridge. Would have given 5 stars but the bed was very hard.

ROOM 411 - Shower curtain "rod" was at a nearly 40 degree angle with no holders on either end making the shower curtain go to the center while taking a shower, there was a single fly in the room all weekend. How did it get there? The room is next to the housekeeping/storage room where I was woken up both Saturday and Sunday mornings from BANGING against the wall and the door slams. The internet was spotty. On WiFi, the connection would reset after a few minutes forcing you to re-approve the terms or use Ethernet. I chose to use ethernet. Everything else was fine.

First night sucked. Was put on the 1st floor near the lobby entrance and got woke up by loud laughing/talking and doors slamming shut. Asked to be moved to 4th floor was a lot better. Room was clean, beds were very firm. When I asked for clean towels & wash clothes I was asked to bring my dirty ones down and then we could have some clean ones (what in the world?) Never have I ever had to do that. Especially when you pay for 3 nights..

It was better than I thought it would be for the price. We drove 10 hours to go pick up my son from base and was only going to be staying over night so we didn’t want to spend a lot on a room when we was only going to be there a few hours due to travel travel time and when we had to pick him up. The room was very nice and clean. I was very surprised that it came with a standard size refrigerator, two top stove and sink, toaster and microwave. The whole place smelled great and even the room. The receptionist both checking in and out was very nice and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place.

Room was clean, ac worked well and the bed was comfortable. Room had a nice recliner and good sized mobile desk/table. My only real complaint was when you pick up your kitchenware at the front desk (and that's all fine and well) but when I was unpacking the items in my room, the handheld can opener had A LOT of rust on it). I didn't bother to exchange it; I just didn't buy any canned goods that required its use. Overall, great hotel. Comfortable, clean with an excellent staff and I'd definitely stay again.

The room was clean, check in was smooth, we could bring our gluten free waffles and use the toaster to have them. We watched a Brewers game. My place was in a safe neighbood and we could walk our dog behind the hotel. A Warm comforter , and our bed comfortable refigerator cooled food and our neighbors we could not hear through the walks. . Our dog fee was low for a hotel. Our dog enjoyed his stay too. Plus the water in shower was great.

Lovely new hotel which opened just last year. We shared a very spacious room with two queen sized beds, fridge and freezer, a small stove, oven and large bathroom. No breakfast except the possibility to order a small bag. Highly recommendable. Only downside was no cleaning despite a 7 night stay. Should have been cleaned after 4 nights. Probably just an oversight from their part and we didn’t complain.

The room was clean and the staff were super polite and helpful. A free breakfast at that price point would be worth it. The bad side is that the mattress and pillows were terrible, the worst of any hotel I’ve stayed in.

Normally, this hotel is exactly what a 2.5-star hotel should be. Unfortunately, this time they chose to revert back to harassment after 11AM. Also, most rooms have two chairs (since there are two beds). This one only had one which was incredibly inconvenient. Also there was a LOUD party going on downstairs where they left the doors open. Do better. I asked for a late check-out, as I always do, at check-in. The lady asked "12?" I said "that's fine." At 11:15AM, a loud banging on the door. I knew it was housekeeping so I yelled "we'll be out at 12, thanks!" as my teenaged daughter and I were playing games and did not wish to be disturbed (given the sign on the door). She chose to bang even louder. I replied with "AGAIN, WE WILL BE OUT AT NOON! HAVE A NICE DAY!" A few minutes later, front desk calls as I'm getting up to go to the bathroom. I pick up the phone. Without hesitation, the front desk lady asks very firmly "Who told you that you could have a late checkout? I said the lady at check-in and I do not take kindly to being harassed. We'll be out at noon. Have a nice day." And she responded with "that wasn't communicated to us." I then said, "I'll take it up with Rusty. Your lack of communication skills are not my fault." I will NOT stay at this hotel if this is how PAYING GUESTS are treated.

The hotel and room was great but the service not so much. No one can in to make my bed, clean my room, or even just drop off clean towels. Every time I walked by the front counter the woman working was sitting in a corner hiding from the cameras playing on her phone.

Check in was quick and very friendly.

The staff was extremely helpful to my daughter and her kids on her stay this is why I book all her stays there when she comes to visit

Rusty, Sydney, Becca and the entire staff were above and beyond in every way possible. Accommodating, professional, friendly and funny. They didn’t leave anything to chance in helping me enjoy my visit. I would return and stay here 1000 times out of 1000! Thank you!

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make us feel right at home. We absolutely loved our stay and appreciated how convenient it was to easily access so many great restaurants nearby. It made our experience truly enjoyable and memorable!

Staff is helpful and welcoming, rooms are clean and comfortable and they have a Walmart across the street very close to all the bases, Geiger, Johnson and Lejuene. I would stay here again

This property is a new build hotel. It is clean and modern. The hotel is located close to many restaurants and the heart of Jacksonville. The airport is a 28 minute drive and convenient to Camp Lejeune and surrounding areas.

I arrived incredibly early but was able to check in. The room, 313, was clean but the batteries in the TV remote were dead. I left them out on the bed. Hopefully housekeeping doesn't just put them back in as the next guest will experience the same issue. This room's light fixtures were mostly in-tact and in working order. HOWEVER, the ice maker, which they tell you to turn on at each check-in if you want ice, only produced around 5-10 cubes over the span of 24 hours. So my cooler is .. warmer; not cooler. Most of the microwaves in the hotel have a broken display that either only works slightly when the microwave is in use or not at all. The wireless speed was increased slightly, it seems. But ethernet (what I use) is still a bit slow. The single elevator also is very slow and usually in use so it takes it a WHILE to get up or down. A second elevator would not only relieve this but also increase efficiency of both elevators. If neither is in use, the one closest to the floor could go pick up passengers. But this hotel is only 4 floors and there's not much need for a second elevator. All staff, front desk and housekeeping, were very friendly. Location is very convenient to everything in central Jacksonville. Within walking distance there's a bank, restaurants, a movie theater, grocery shopping, a gas station, a doughnut shop (KK - hot sign is on a lot), and much more. Being on the coast, Jacksonville is a bit humid though. I will definitely stay again.

Overall, the hotel was very nice: clean, quiet, in very good condition, and room furniture/condition were great too. The room also had a regular size fridge, microwave, and a small stove top. There is a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant and AMC move-theater within walking distance – everything else is a short drive (e.g. a huge strip mall).

Id like to say what i was disappointed with. After dinner i stopped at the front desk and asked for some decaf coffe to make in my room. She told me they didn't have any. I have never stayed at a hotel where they didnt offer both.

I enjoyed the fact that the stay was pet friendly and we were accommodated with the bottom floor access. I did not like the fact that it said there was breakfast that could be delivered to room or in lobby, there was even a flier in room with menu, but when went to lobby for breakfast, was advised the breakfast came from the lobby store and could be delivered for a price, I was definitely unaware of this being it was not explained or advertised clearly. Other than that everything was great.

I loved this stay, I only wish it came with a few dishes for the kitchenette and a few more amenities like a traditional hotel style breakfast vs. just the "Breakfast in Bed" option with the premade cereal/oatmeal/Jimmy Dean sandwiches.

I loved the stay here and will come again. The only thing they could improve on is adding some free breakfast.
