The price was great for a clean and nice hotel in New York. The morning breakfast was simple but perfect for fueling your body before your day. There is free wine on the second floor from 5-7pm M-F which was a nice way to relax and have a glass of wine before dinner.

The room hds a non-working tv. There is no fridge. The cupboard is far too small, and the ‘fitness room” is just that - a room. There are no workout machines save a rack of free weights. Not even a mat. And the water machine didn’t work. On the plus side, the breakfast was fine if somewhat limiting. The location is excellent.

An excellent hotel for the value of you need to be downtown / near the NYSE. Clean and efficient, comfortable room and easy walking distance to a lot. Not a ton of amenities but want expecting much either. Gym was adequate w basic stuff for a decent workout.

This is a lovely boutique ish hotel. Lots of nice touches like a great daily happy hour with free wine and cheese

Just FYI for any travellers who are not familiar with the limited parking around this area... You can expect to pay $60 for overnight and it's a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel is fine, though. Also consider they have a $30 destination fee that Expedia doesn't mention at all.

Amazing!! We were treated like royalty! The complementary breakfast was one of the best I've had? We loved that we could eat on the second level patio!

Great service, clean and beautiful. My only issue was the gym that is very minimal. Other than that, definitely recommend!

Just , no parcking. They need to pay for parcking, it’s not right. When someone pay a hotel expansive, and no parcking free.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful location! Discounts to local restaurants and happy hour in the hotel. Will definitely stay there again!

Very clean

We were pleasantly surprised with the Fidi, the staff wss truly accommodating and so friendly. The room was spotless and just big enough for a couple staying the weekend. It felt quiet, easy to get around with a few subway stops close by, and it was a great value for the price. The only reason i gave 4 stars is i feel like with just a couple little improvements to the room it would have been better. There are no shelves in the bathroom so my makeup bag/toiletries bag was on the floor but there was definitely space across from the toilet or between the sink/bathtub where one could easily be added. I also think adding a little shelf or ledge above the bed on the inner side would help. I was squeezing a glass between the mattress and wall and my phone was in the sheets because if youre the person against the wall you have nowhere to put anything. There is also a little space between the head of the bed and the wall side (where the safe is) where small shelves could fit for people to at least fold their clothes on. Under the bed is open so you can slide your luggage under the bed. Not having a closet disnt bother me at all but a lot of stuff was on the floor. There are many spots for shelves/hooks, etc that could be added. Otherwise, we loved it there. We would definitely stay again for the weekend!

There were pen marks on the bedding and the towels had dirt marks ...overall the staff wnd property were great ..

It was fine but I wouldnt it stay here again. My room had a bit of a mildew smell. There are also stairs to get to the front of the loby with no accessibility ramp or anything to get your luggage in. at check in and check out the male workers watched me, a female, struggle to drag my luggage up and down the steps with zero offer of help which I feel is hospitality 101. Especially for the price. You can find something much better with bigger rooms (omg the room was TINY) in FIDI for $350 a night.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Lots of attractions within walking distance & also a subway station very close by. My only slight criticism would be that the room was very dark & everything was black, including the bed frame & I stubbed my toes on it a number of times!

Extremely sma room and they charge a $30 "destination fee". Rude front desk staff. Unfortunate stay. Room is ok but bathroom shower has water spilling over to the floor as the shower curb is low.

The room was nice and clean and the staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. However, this hotel is not for travelers of more than 1 person. The rooms are VERY small with no drawers and tiny closets. Two ppl in one room felt very crowded

I booked a "Superior Queen" room. The room was tiny, had no closet, no shelves, no storage for clothes and the desk area was a shelf that would not even fit my laptop. Will never stay there again. Clean, nice staff.

The rooms on the back are very dark. Also no coffee or refrigerator

“Destination fee of $29.99 per night was not clearly communicated until we arrived at the hotel. Even the superior king was quite small with a tiny closet and no drawers. Other than that the room was clean, the maids and front desk staff were excellent. The Whitehall subway stop is at the end of the block with other options a 10-15 minute walk. Many dining choices in the neighborhood and a variety of cultural opportunities and shopping from high (Printemps) to low (Centery 21).

A nice property sadly let down by appalling service from one receptionist. -Johnathan- may be one of the rudest and most obtuse professionals I have ever met in New York Hospitality. Several guests complained about his dismissive service and incompetence. I sadly have to add dishonesty to the list of complaints as this front desk manager tried to get us to as pay for a bill that was not even for my room!!! Hopefully the hotel cares about it's guests and relieves this person of employment soon so standards may improve.

Terrific stay - booked on the day as had to check out of another hotel that I had booked which was terrible. The FiDi is a terrific hotel and easy to get to all the things you need/want to see/do. Subway (NQR)at the end of the block. Hotel is beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. The staff are simply terrific. Every time you leave the hotel they widh you a good day. And when you return, no matter what time they say "welcome back"...TERRIFIC service. Will always try to book The FiDi Hotel. Thank you for a great stay....

Had an incredible stay recently for a business trip. Shelly was phenomenal in her hospitality and consideration. Such a great staff of kind, friendly, and very helpful individuals. Thank You for helping us create more memories.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Clean, sleek. Comfortable bed.

Staff excelled at proactive communication. After taking request for towels and tissues, the front desk staff called back to confirm. It then took just minutes for the service to be rendered. The staff were also resourceful helping me extend a night, find a nearby place, inform of amenities and follow up on my trip when returning. Thank you for going the extra miles. I feel warmly welcomed after long trips and busy events.

I had a great time at this hotel. I was there for work and had to check in a bit late. The front desk agent was super helpful and let me know all the amenities and even printed out and important document I needed for a meeting. Will definitely be returning.

Awesome staff.

The FiDi hotel is a really great addition to the Stone Street offerings. The hotel is sparkling clean, easy to get around and pays a lot of great attention to the guest experience. The bed was super comfy. The nightly wine and cheese was an especially nice touch, encouraging guests to mingle (and the wine was great quality, too). Special thanks to Angelica and Zakiyah at the front desk for taking great care of us and making sure our stay was special. We'll definitely be back.

INCREDIBLE Staff! The service was exceptional. Requested an early check-in which I was offered upon arrival. Had an issue with accessing WiFi on my laptop which I reported to reception and they had their IT Team call my room and sort out the issue very efficiently. Stayed for 7 nights and EVERY time I left or returned to the hotel, no matter how busy the reception staff were they said enjoy your day/evening / Welcome back. Subway at the end of the street Cannot praise the hotel staff enough! THANK YOU especially to Ibrahim whose Customer Service is second to none. I shall definitely stay at The FiFi Hotel again...and soon!

The room was perfect for a few days with a lot of NYC activity planned. It is super close to battery park, museums, restaurants. And the subway was at the end of the block making getting uptown easy!!! The front desk staff are helpful and friendly always said hello when we came in!!

We took the train into the city and found the Fidi Hotel was so easy to get to via subway! There were four subway platforms convenient for us to get to! The staff was friendly and accommodating. They were very professional as well. Our room was perfect! “The best hotel I’ve stayed in Manhattan” said my friend who has stayed in six! I would highly recommend. We hung out in Soho and Chelsea mainly but we stayed here at the Fidi because it was the cheapest option we found. Overall, recommend for whatever you're looking for in NYC!

The location was perfect. In the financial district, where it's quiet. Wall St and the Staten Island ferry were just a short walk away. The room was nice. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room but it was perfect for what we needed. I'd definitely stay there again.

Recption were helpful and whilst we were early and dropping bags off our room was ready and we were able to check Great location not far from one world, brooklyn bridge and river.

Amazing location and staff

FiDi is centrally located in Manhatten Financial District. MTA, Statu of Liberty, Wall street, etc easily accessible from the property.

Great choice, clean, and near the subway

Highly recommend this property. Situated right in FiDi close to a couple different subway lines so moving around the city is easy. Also close to other tourist attractions as well such as the Statue of Liberty ferries and Wall Street’s Charging Bull. Also since it is located in FiDi the area actually quiets down towards the night as most of the area is meant for working professionals working in the finance sector. I stayed in a ADA room as an able-bodied person (there wasn’t another rooms available) and some of the fixtures were placed in odd/inconvenient locations, but likely done so to accommodate people who need ADA features in their rooms. Besides that however, no issues with the room. Room cleanings were very well done as well.

Clean room , great breakfast

The room was modern & clean. The front desk attendant was very polite. Positives were the evening wine, room cleaning service and location. Negatives were the breakfast could have had more variety (different flavors oatmeal, coffee creamer available, maybe cereal) the breakfast was basically out by the time we got there at 9:30 to eat. My husband booked a room for 3 we had our daughter with us and beware the hotel only sleeps two. They did not have any rollout beds or cots. Lastly surprised by an additional destination fee once we got there.. I thought all fees were paid now when you book things online.

It was horrible. The hotel has no restaurant, no food no snacks bar no fridge no iron ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. On top of it all, I needed a spoon for my son and I was told to go across the street to ask at the restaurant across…😳 never again will I use this hotel ever

Staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean. The wine bar was not open. So when they advertise that there was a restaurant wine bar that was a misnomer.
