In the booking it said that there’s a parking for free for visitors It was a lie no parking whatsoever and i had to park far away and the parking was very crowded and expensive i payed for 2 days 50$ worth of parking tickets

Upon reaching the property which my Wife has stayed at on 2 previous occasions, we was shocked to see lots of dust in the room & furthermore the room was infested with bugs and we was both bitten several times all over our body. We complained but there was no rooms for us to change as the hotel was at full capacity. We couldn’t sleep due to the bites & this made the stay uncomfortable. I would like so refund for this as it is not what i expected when I paid for this hotel

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel! Bij aankomst kregen we een gratis upgrade omdat we twee kamers hadden geboekt en graag op dezelfde etage wilden verblijven. Dit werd zonder problemen geregeld, wat we enorm waardeerden. De kamers waren zeer schoon en comfortabel, met alle voorzieningen die we nodig hadden. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en in het bijzonder willen we Sercan Bey bedanken voor zijn geweldige service. Hij heeft ons enorm goed geholpen en ervoor gezorgd dat we ons welkom voelden. Alles bij elkaar een topverblijf en absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar. We komen zeker terug

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen man erreicht so ziemlich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß. Die Metro die Schiffe und die Trambahn sind in 2-4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend man wird gut satt das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig.

Wir waren stinke sauer !!!! Wir haben auch keine weitere Aussage oder ein anderes Zimmer bekommen Unser Zimmer war klein ohne Couch und ohne Fenster !!!!!

I was really happy with my stay at the Mercure Istanbul Sirkeci! You can't find a more central location. Everyone working here was super friendly and hospitable, they even lent us a luggage scale and surprised us for our honeymoon with decorations. It was a wonderful and clean hotel. If I was searching for a downside, the rooms are a bit on the small side, but I think this is common in Istanbul. Highly recommend!

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer 1112 und 2112 für vier Nächte! Positiv: Die Lage des Hotels in der Altstadt im Stadtteil Sirkici ist ideal um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten für Touristen zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und werden auch täglich sauber gehalten inkl. Handtücher etc.. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hotel liegt für Istanbul ruhig. Negativ: Wir haben die über Expedia gebuchten Zimmer nicht bekommen, unsere Zimmer haben nicht mit den Bildern in der Buchungsauswahl übereingestimmt. Die Zimmer gingen zum ungepflegten Innenhof raus der vollgestopft mit Technischenanlagen kaum Tageslicht ins Zimmer ließ. Das Öffnen des Fensters war nur spaltbreit möglich und konnte wegen des Lärms der Anlagen 24 h nicht benutzt werden. Da die Klimaanlage nur mit Keycard funktioniert war der Raum beim eintreffen nach einem anstrengen Tag mit 30 Grad sehr warm und stickig. Die Zimmergröße war extrem klein (2 Personen, 2 Koffer) .Wenn die Koffer geöffnet waren wurde es schon bedenklich eng im Zimmer. Wir werden das Zimmer bei Expedia reklamieren , entweder die Beschreibung inkl. Bilder stimmt nicht, oder wir bekamen nicht das wofür wir bezahlt hatten !! Das inkludierte Frühstück wird (vermutlich) von einem Subunternehmen der das Restaurant betreibt gestellt Wir würden die Qualität des Frühstücks mit "geht so" einstufen. Brot alt, Tomaten überreif, dünner Automatenkaffee und Tee. Man spürt die Last statt Passion! Fazit: Gutes Hotel, aber Augen auf bei der Zimmerwahl!

Super cool property with a neat history-in a 172 year old building. They kept neat features, but incorporated into it practical items like hanging hooks & high quality bathroom decor. Gorgeous view of mosque at night all lit-up and excellent area, super close (5 minute walk) to Eminou port for ferries plus metro station. Only 15 minute walk to Haifa Sophia and Blue Mosque! Excellent customer service at front desk also!! I really needed a referral to an important service and they gave me an invaluable recommendation. Much appreciated!

Super Hotel Top Lage Einfach fantastisch Service mega. Der Receptionist ist im Regen mit uns bis zur Subwaystation gelaufen. Das sieht man nicht alle Tage. Einfach Toll im Mercure Essen im Restaurant unten ist auch Top.

I was really happy with my stay at the Mercure Istanbul Sirkeci! You can't find a more central location. Everyone working here was super friendly and hospitable, they even lent us a luggage scale and surprised us for our honeymoon with decorations. It was a wonderful and clean hotel. If I was searching for a downside, the rooms are a bit on the small side, but I think this is common in Istanbul. Highly recommend!

Hotellet har en super god beliggenhed i indre by med gå afstand til færgen til den asiatiske side og sporvognene tæt på så man kan komme rundt i Istanbul. Hotellet er rent og personalet er høflige og imødekommende overfor gæsterne. Vi skal tilbage til april og vil booke det samme hotel. Kan klart anbefales.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, avec le tramway à proximité, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. Pour les amateurs de shopping, les boutiques sont à deux pas, tout comme plusieurs restaurants parfaits pour un dîner ou un brunch délicieux. La chambre était confortable et propre, et le personnel était très accueillant et attentif. It is a good hotel in an easy access and historical area. The staff and the room were fine. The only recommendation I would make is to not have loud, thumping, soulless pop music assaulting the guests ears during breakfast at 06:30 in the morning. The classic breakfast room has a great ambiance that is destroyed when this trash takes over the room. Other than that, it is a good hotel. The staff are pretty attentive.
