The Burlington

This place is in the hood. But we felt safe once parked in the parking lot. The parking lot is small and very tight parking but it work out. They require you to pay for parking and send them screen shots that you paid. Same with the deposit. A bit of a hassle but we understand. It has been 12 business days and never got my deposit back. They responded the first time. They are no longer responding so I had to dispute the charges. The hotel is beautiful but super thin walls. We could hear conversations from the room next door and the upstairs was so loud anytime they moved. I would not stay here again. I never leave bad reviews but I wish I knew this all before.

This was the worst stay in my entire life of traveling. The photos are very deceiving and does not look like what it looks like when you enter the premises. The entrance to the parking is in an alley way where unfortunately a lot of homeless stay and sleep. Cars speed in this alley and it’s very difficult to maneuver around others and I’m from LA originally. The mattress was disgusting with stains to include the sheets with an orange stain. The AC didn’t work well at all. I left the property to eat dinner with a family member for two hours and came back to it being cooler outside than inside the room while the Ac ran the entire time. I attempted to contact the property and was hung up on 3 times or their phone auto hangs up on you (not sure which is true but one is right). The hotel.com agent even attempt to make contact and nothing came of it with them not getting an answer as well. I’d advise you stay else where if you care about your safety and wellbeing.

Room was spacious and ok. It needed a TV and hotel was reasonable but in wrong part of town

scam! do not stay here. the property does not have an in-person check-in. i did not receive my check-in instructions, i called their number and no one answered. i left a voicemail and they did not get back to me until 2 hours later. i ended up booking another hotel by then. what’s worse: i requested a refund and they denied it! avoid this place!
