We had a fantastic stay! The service was excellent, very friendly and helpful staff who made everything easy for us. The hotel is located right in the middle of the old town, so you truly have everything around you: restaurants, shops, and historic sights just steps away. Since cars can’t drive inside the old town, the hotel arranged for us to be picked up just outside and helped with the luggage, which made arrival stress-free. Perfect location, great service, and a wonderful experience overall. highly recommended!

Fantastic property and staff. Would highly recommend. Fantastic quirky rooms, excellent air conditioning and cleanliness. The staff were fabulous and the breakfasts were amazing. We would highly recommend a wine tasting with them as well. Outstanding accommodation in the middle of Rhodes medieval town.

If you have not stayed at the 10GR Boutique Hotel in the middle of Rhodes Old Town, then you have not had that unique experience you wished for. The moment you arrive at the hotel and meet the staff, your journey starts here. They could not be more accommodating, meeting your every need for a comfortable few days. If you need to enhance your stay, there is a Spa service, but more importantly the wine tasting is a must! (Alissandra an experienced sommelier will guide you to wine heaven) And don't forget the amazing breakfasts you can have, which will supplement you for your whole day. We are definitely coming back in the near future 😘 please keep that in mind 10GR👍

Faultless service from the private transfer from the airport onwards. The staff were all friendly and attentive, the room was well appointed and clean. The location was great - right in the centre of the old town just moments walk from the many sights and restaurants. The wine bar was pretty good too!

In the middle of the old town but the rooms are very quiet. Wine bar if you want a tasting! Rooms have patios where u can sit and enjoy the sunshine and there is also a rooftop area with lounge chairs. The staff are helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at the 10GR. Funky room, charming friendly staff, lovely Greek breakfast options. We also had a great wine tasting with one of the hotel’s sommeliers (the very lovely and knowledgeable Alexandria). Will definitely return!

Cet hôtel est vraiment à recommander pour la visite de la magnifique ville de Rhodes. Il est en plein coeur de la vieille ville et vous permet de rester plongé dans l ambiance médiévale tout au long du séjour. Les chambres sont très petites, mais confortables et toutes avec une jolie terrasse. Nous aurions apprécié un peu plus d espace dans la chambre, mais comprenons le fait que ce soit impossible en pleine vieille ville. Le personnel est très gentil, et le petit déjeuner (à la carte) est excellent. C est le meilleur de nos 3 semaines en Grèce.

We stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast was delicious—the champagne was excellent as well. Its location, right by the port, restaurants, and within the historical sites, was perfect. Eine hervorragende Erfahrung! Der Transfer vom und zum Hotel war exzellent organisiert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die reibungslose Kommunikation bezüglich der Abholzeit und des Treffpunkts. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, mitten in der Fußgängerzone, und trotzdem sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig. Die Sauberkeit war tadellos. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Excellent location right in centre of OldTown. Rooms very clean but incredibly small (was fooled by wide angle photos). Apart from that couldn’t fault it. Nice bar, fabulous breakfast and lovely staff. Would stay again but only 2 or 3 nights max

The location and staff were fantastic and it is a comfortable hotel. It is a very pretty building, and the rooms are unique and interesting to be in. Because of limitations around what they can do the rooms are quite small, with not much space to hang up clothes etc and our toilet door didn't shut all the way. Also cars can't drive into old town so contact them ahead of time to arrange pick up in their buggy if you have a lot of bags or mobility issues. If not it's only a 3 min walk from the sea gate. We had breakfast included and the wait staff were impeccable and the food was fantastic. I'd recommend it for an experience and ease of location for exploring the old town.

Pros:Great location, nice staff. Wine bar is nice. Room is very small but has a lovely outdoor seating area. Cons: uncomfortable bed, slopes down at the end because it is the only place to sit. AC not working well.

This hotel is an absolute gem; An oasis in the thick of the old town bustle. The rooms are so quiet that I’ve been sleeping 11-12 hours per night because nothing wakes me up. Breakfast is phenomenal. It’s not the giant buffet of the mega resort but made special for each guest. I’ve been having the traditional Greek breakfast with a tomato and feta salad, fried eggs, toast, amazing yogurt with honey, coffee and fresh squeezed juice. The dining space is set within an incredible build out of an old world, stone shell. Whomever built this small hotel put their whole heart into it. And you can feel that soul the minute you walk in. Just the amount of recessed, secondary lighting in the restaurant and the rooms is a layer of care that you rarely find. The staff are the best in the business. True professionals. That said, have the front desk help you book a $27 round trip ferry ride to the island of Symi. The quant town has gorgeous little swimming beaches within a short walking distance from the boat drop off. Once you return to Rhodes, check out a club called Legends, five mins from the hotel, with live acoustic music each night.

Had such a great stay here - the rooms are beautiful with lovely balcony area and very comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious and you can choose to have this outside your room if you wish! Staff were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Ilias checked us in and was so helpful. The location is great; right in the centre of the old town.

Unique interior design with comfy outside seating for individual rooms. Staff really helpful and friendly, good access to port/harbour. Room toiletries excellent, good use of small space. Good for just one or two nights at a time, not enough space for longer stays so trying suite next time. Only reason for 4 star is room size, bit small. Layout of 2nd room on our second night stay made it feel less cramped.

It’s a beautifully designed hotel in the old town of Rhodes within an old building- the room might be small but it has all you need and a beautiful patio to linger. The staff is amazing, very friendly, professional, they made me feel at home and showcased the best of the Greek “philoxenia” (hospitality). The food at the hotel is also excellent and it is combined with nice Greek wines.

Wonderful stay in every way except we were slightly disappointed by the size of the room, too cramped for two people to spend any significant time awake and very little storage space. Though it was very quiet at night . Otherwise perfect. Amazing friendly helpful staff who gave us a ride to the port for our ferry to Kos. Breakfast is wonderful , items are ordered from the menu but are included in the room rate. The location is perfect for exploring the old city. Wifi worked fine for our needs. I think the rooms on the upper level were deluxe and possibly larger so I would recommend those for couples. Perfect choice, room size aside.

We found 10GR Hotels in Rhodes absolutely wonderful. The property was very clean, and the staff were attentive and extremely kind. We stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast was delicious—the champagne was excellent as well. Its location, right by the port, restaurants, and within the historical sites, was perfect. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service was exceptional. Staff took our bags upstairs whilst we had a welcome drink, kept the kitchen open late so we could eat. Evening meal & breakfasts were amazing. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes old town

Amazing stay at 10GR! Anastasia and the team are wonderful, attentive and helpful. We were very well looked after, the rooms were gorgeous and really comfortable and in a fantastic spot in old town. Food is delicious and the staff can’t do enough for you if you have special dietary requirements- vegans rejoice! Sommeliers are knowledgeable and will suggest great wines for your taste 10/10 would come back and stay again at 10GR

Boutique hotel with top notch service, beautiful design, a lot of heart, excellent wine and food, and perfect location. I had a wonderful experience at 10GR and could sing their praises for many things. A beautiful hotel is only as beautiful as the staff and service. The team won me over immediately and then became trusted connections during my 5 night stay after I had an accident. I fell and broke my wrist one evening (not in the hotel) and was traveling alone. There’s no worse feeling than being alone in a foreign country in an ER at night. The Rhodes Old Town emergency transport service, the ambulance team and the hospital staff were truly amazing and took care of me. In addition, the 10GR staff handled me with care, compassion, kindness, knowledge and went over the top to help. My greatest appreciation goes to Elias for making sure I was getting proper care at the hospital, wasn’t feeling alone, calling me multiple times offering to translate, arranged transportation for me at the hospital back to the hotel and assisted with my comfort. Then Elistancia took good care of my comfort and arrangements the next day, and the whole 10GR staff including two housekeepers, chef, evening waiter and others looked after me with care. An additional shout to Dion who served me breakfasts and coffees for 5 days and looked after my wellbeing. The staff is lovely and I could see that they enjoy working together as a team. You have such a hard job and I appreciate all of you!

The entire staff were wonderful and professional! The General Manager helped us change ferry transport, can only do by phone, she made it happen with a smile. Best cappuccino in town,staff carried bags up and down stairs and drove us to waiting taxi. Thanks to Everyone Cheers

Was a great experience. Hotel can be a bit tricky to find initially but its a very nice establishment. Rooms are well decorated and clean, restaurant and wine bar is nice and location within old town is great. I would stay here again for sure!

Eine hervorragende Erfahrung! Der Transfer vom und zum Hotel war exzellent organisiert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die reibungslose Kommunikation bezüglich der Abholzeit und des Treffpunkts. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, mitten in der Fußgängerzone, und trotzdem sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig. Die Sauberkeit war tadellos. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

The 10GR staff are extremely pleasant and helpful, and the boutique hotel is a gem. There are many nice restaurants surrounding the hotel, and the hotel breakfast is a vey nice way to start your day before exploring the museums and medieval streets.

This is a great little hotel in the heart of Rodos Old Town. Despite that (and the wine bar downstairs!), the rooms are very quiet and we had a very comfortable stay. The staff are uniformly friendly and helpful and the food is good, with lots of flexibility on timings (e.g. breakfast until 11, lunch until 4, etc.). There could be a bit more variety in the menu, but the quality and service are excellent. Driving is not allowed in the Old Town, but the hotel has an electric shuttle to get you from/to the nearby taxi rank at the Liberty Gate. Note that there is no lift to the rooms.

This hotel was in a great location for all attractions in the walled city of Rhodes. The breakfast included with our room was made to order and even included gluten free baguettes that met my dietary restrictions. The customer service can only be described as excellent. Our room was unique in every way and wonderfully well thought out for convenience and comfort.

The location and staff were fantastic and it is a comfortable hotel. It is a very pretty building, and the rooms are unique and interesting to be in. Because of limitations around what they can do the rooms are quite small, with not much space to hang up clothes etc and our toilet door didn't shut all the way. Also cars can't drive into old town so contact them ahead of time to arrange pick up in their buggy if you have a lot of bags or mobility issues. If not it's only a 3 min walk from the sea gate. We had breakfast included and the wait staff were impeccable and the food was fantastic. I'd recommend it for an experience and ease of location for exploring the old town.

Lovely rooms, clean, with everything we needed provided. We stayed for a week and all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast was excellent, finishing late at twelve and early departures were catered for by providing takeaways for us, which helped with day trips. A great experience.

Located within the castle grounds, this property offers amazing luxury rooms and a truly unique experience. The room was peaceful and quiet at night, and there were plenty of shops and excellent restaurants just steps away. The setting is incredibly romantic and surrounded by so much history.
