Although it’s a nearly brand new hotel and has a wonderful location overlooking Radford University, it has no pool or hot tub, probably due to its location and lack of additional land. Overall I’d give it a solid 4.5 out of 5. The restaurant on the sixth floor serves a great breakfast that’s filling and flavorful.

Fairly new building with nice rooms. Pet friendly with no additional cost. Quiet air circulation system. Helpful front desk people. Pleasant restaurant on sixth floor. Virtually all food contained chemicals and/or preservatives, so my wife was unable to eat there. An included breakfast snack would have made this an even more pleasant experience.

The Lobby smelled great! My Room not vacuumed, Hair in shower not mine. Rooftop Restaurant bar service extremely poor: 2 bartenders, no other customers. Took several minutes before they acknowledged me. Dinner order asked for substitution of potatoes, she wouldn’t ask kitchen. Plate arrived - looked empty! When I coughed because of the acidity of an olive on plate, Never asked if I was ok. Didn’t refill water glass. Very poor service.

New hotel and good price. Entrance looked clean and front desk person was welcoming. Room was good size but dust had collected on the cups and other items. Looks like the room we got was not used in a while. Dirt on the bathroom floor. And the white sheets has stains on it. There was like 4 facial tissues paper in the bathroom. Overall nice hotel but need proper room maintenance.

AC/heat was good Unfortunately the tub had hair in it and there is blackening around the tub surround. Bed linens and towels were great We didn’t have breakfast

It was great overall, BUT the motion sensor lights on the bottom of the beds are horrible. Every time you move they turn on, we ended up having to cover them all up so we could sleep at night.

Great place to stay if you're in Radford! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms spacious and bright, and oversized bathrooms with all the amenities. A surprisingly upscale feel for a hotel that's no more expensive than the nearby "budget" hotels. The only downside was that I paid a few extra dollars for a "mountain view". It was more of a road view with some mountains way off in the distance. Not quite what I was expecting, but it didn't skew my overall positive impression of the hotel.

I overlooked before I booked. There is no free breakfast provided. The shower is good. However, the light sensors at the bed headboard and below the beds are too sensitive. It kept blinking whenever you turned your body on the bed. So, it's pity disrupting to your sleep.

I liked this hotel about 25 mi from Blacksburg. Rates were reasonable, great staff and excellent facilities. Best place to stay if you are down for a game. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Hotel was great. Extremely friendly staff and very clean overall. Hotel itself was quiet and the restaurant was amazing (make reservation). Outside the hotel was noisy but I guess that is to be expected. It’s a college town. It’s not the dorms that are noisy, it’s the students (I guess they were students) partying in the apartments just behind the hotel. Overall, great experience. We would and probably will stay here again.

Easily accessible. Easy check in and out. Very clean the beds were super comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were reasonably given it was during VT and Radford graduations. We had brunch in the restaurant. The food was very good. They could use additional staff it did take a while to get our food They had only one cook and two servers. Other than that I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is pretty and clean, bathroom was great. The restaurant is great. Room had no stand for a suitcase. But, they do not service the rooms daily, do not change the bed or even make the bed. Not they don’t do it unless you request it, they just don’t do it. If you need towels or sheets, you need to go get it from the front desk. Paid way too much for this room for that level of service.

I would have given this hotel an excellent review as the property was clean and in terrific condition; however, getting in touch with the front desk is impossible. I accidentally left an item behind when I checked out and called multiple times over several days but could never get anyone to answer the phone. I was finally able to briefly reach someone over Facebook Messenger and was told that the front desk would be calling me shortly but that was the last I ever heard from them. Apparently once they have your money, you cease to be a concern. I’m very dissatisfied. This is the first time I have ever accidentally left anything behind and you would think that with a hotel as nice as this one it would be an easy fix getting it back but no such luck. The customer service is non-existent.

This is our second stay. all was fine except very disappointing that Bee & Butter was only serving till 9pm. When attending a home baseball game that starts at 6pm the restaurant should take that into consideration for those who would prefer a sit down meal.

This would have been 5 stars all around but this morning we wanted to get coffee and something to eat at the café. No one was there, two people at the front desk saw us standing there and said nothing. Finally the person working there showed up. The food, which was premade in a glass case, did not look appetizing so we just got coffee. Even them getting the drip coffee together was an ordeal. Other than this experience the place is awesome.
