Very Disspointed with both the fact that the indoor pool was closed and, worse, how the front desk was so matter of fact about it without sincerity and such. Her name was Heather. At checkout, Roz was quite the opposite and without me even mentioning the pool, gave us a new bottle of water. Why do I mention this, because Heather was aware I was buying 2 bottle of water and a snack when we checked in, and when i walked over to the "shop," she abruptly stated "we aren't done yet." Frankly, very put off by her behaviour as I don't think she has any idea she works in the HOSPITLITY business, unlike Roz! May rethink staying here in the future as I was very happy the prior time, but not thrilled this time!!

For the price charged for the room, it’s simply not worth it. No breakfast included, no complimentary coffee on-site, just a Starbucks machine where you’re required to pay for coffee. The pool is disappointingly small, with no hot tub in sight. Although the restaurant bar is advertised to stay open until midnight, they closed the tab at 11 PM, leaving me unable to order a drink. On the bright side, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately, that’s not enough to make me return.

Excellent staff that goes out of their way to check you in quickly and get you to where you want to be. Shopping and food is right next door with lots of options, even a grocery store and outlet stores. Bright, clean entry and lobby with clean welcoming rooms.

UMass Amherst parents weekend stay, wound up a little further away than we wanted to be due to closer hotels being booked up -- half hour drive. But the tradeoff was we found Courtyard West Springfield to be a wonderful facility that is much more up to the Marriott standard one would expect than most other regional properties we have stayed at. Very well maintained, clean, lots of space top spread out in common areas, great gym and pool. Bar that is actually opened although it could use a bigger staff than one to handle drinks and food requests etc. And the fire pit outside is massive and inviting and nice deck area as well. Staff was friendly and attentive.

This was a very well spent $150! The hotel was spotless, hip, had food options downstairs for dinner and breakfast, and the gym and pool area were great additions. It felt like a super luxurious stay during a quick work trip - a lovely surprise.

We were traveling for hours and were exhausted so we couldn't wait to check in to our room. When I walked in, the place was beautiful! But, immediately, I was "greeted" by an employee at the service desk who acted like I was bothering her by trying to check in. I'm pretty sure I woke her up from a nap. She mumbled every single thing she said so we had no idea what she was saying but were afraid to ask her to repeat herself because she was so mean. Then, we got to our room and it was definitely not what I expected for the amount of money I paid. Dirty blanket, disgusting shower, a sink that didn't drain, etc. I specifically went with this hotel because we had such a great experience at a different Courtyard Marriott so I was spending a little more on a room, but was disappointed in this one. On another note, the staff in the morning was pleasant and the bistro breakfast was great! *Tried to add photos but it won't let me.

Exceptionally clean and updated hotel with wonderful, large rooms and clean and comfortable bedding. Everything was thoughtfully appointed in the room with lots of extra touches. This is close to the Big E and within walking distance of restaurants.

When we arrived to our room the bathroom floor was not clean, it was sticky and had hair on it, the hand towels looked like they were used for makeup, they had a pink tinge to them. All of our garbage cans and recycle cans were also full and in the hallway. When we advised the staff the assured us it would be taken care of. We went out and returned to find nothing had been done in the 7 hours we had been out.

The courtyard was clean and the staff was friendly. The area it’s in is kind of scummy and the walls are paper thin. The pool is tiny. You can hear everything from other rooms. Overall it’s an average stay.

Overall, the property was good with a couple of exceptions: very little storage for clothing, two small drawers, so needed to also have suitcases out, but only one decent place for a suitcase. The clock night light couldn't be dimmed.

The room was fairly spacious, had a 'fridge but lacked a microwave. The walk in shower, with no door to close it off, left the bathmat soaking wet (immediately), and left the occupant cold. And, unless that occupant is more than 6 feet tall, there is no way to adjust the flow or direction of the shower head.

Very nice hotel. Not easy to get to since you have to do a U turn. The hotel check in staff when I mentioned this to them at check in, they could not give me directions as to how to easily get into their hotel…they made the comment that it was a bad place to put a hotel. Bed was comfortable and shower was hot. Room was clean. NO MICROWAVE…that was very upsetting to me since I usually order food in and it lasts me a second day…probably would not stay there again for the $$ and inconvenience and no microwave. Room was very well lit and had a lot of plugs which is a good thing. Very contemporary decor. Felt safe there since I traveled alone for business.

Staff were wonderful. Gym was great. Room bathroom door would not open all the way, kept getting stuck on tile flooring. Shower water got everywhere on bathroom floor because of shower-head and glass door setup. For the price, it was disappointing to not have a small complimentary breakfast option.

I stayed for 3 nights. Waking up early morning to go to work. Unfortunately coming back at 1 am to find my room untidy. Linens, towels where I left them in the bathroom. I called the front desk but unfortunately there was no housekeeping to replace the linens. I literally had to go downstairs at 1:30 am to get linen to go do it myself. After a long day then coming to untidy, untouched room is very below standards. I believe someone must have checked that he/she cleaned the room.🤔. Courtyard you guys can do better. This was pathetic!

For starters when we arrived early the front desk guy was very mean. We ask if we can check in early and his response was rude. They express how check in is 3. And we received a text at 5pm that our room was ready. Shame on them. And then we ask for a late check out to be told no. I will not be staying here. And the final is i only book this hotel because it said breakfast included. To find out its not!!!!

Property was under construction and was not mentioned in the add. Courtyard could also not find our reservation at first and them gave us keys to someone else’s room! Then fire alarm went off at 6am and then maid service was banging on our just before 10am when we a do not disturb sign on the door and check out was 11am. Could have been worse but All in all a bad stay, thankfully it was only one night.

I shared w/ the manager that my son was autistic and noise sensitive and he moved us to a suite that was quiet away from other guests. The staff onsite were friendly, accommodating and kind. The property was clean, food options were good, pool was great for my son who loves water. Great hotel and the staff and management were excellent which makes the experience all the better.

The hotel is super cute and modern. The beds and pillows were amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient. We drove But it's right next to shops and restaurants. I honestly can't say enough good things about our stay. It suited us perfectly and we had no complaints regarding cleanliness. I would absolutely recommend if you are headed to Springfield.

This is the first time I have stayed at this hotel. I was surprised how nice the place was, and how friendly the staff were. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Parking is so convenient, and I can see my vehicle from the window. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Location is great (clean and centrally located) except there is NO complimentary continental breakfast (which is OK, but .....) - NOT EVEN COFFEE. You are expected to buy Starbucks through an automated machine in the snack area (which had a warning on it that it needed to be rinsed), or at the "bistro bar" during bistro hours. We had to drive across the street to the Dunkin Donuts every morning. It's hard to believe that free coffee in the morning is not offered. Very disappointing and unexpected. BTW - I do understand that there are "coffee makers" in the room, but I think we can all agree that those things are gross. Overall a great place.

The hotel was in walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was clean and had a nice lobby to sit with friends/family. The negative is, the bar was supposed to be open until 10pm, both nights we were there, they closed at 8:30 and 9:30. They locked us out of room a half hour before check out. We had to go to the desk to have our key card reinstated.

The property was wonderful as far as everything. I gave it a 4 due to not having complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. There is a coffee maker in the room but I am not fond of using them as I do not know how long they have sat without fresh water being ran through them and the cleanliness of the maker and pot.
