Staff was friendly, the place was very clean and comfortable. They had a good amount of options for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again. And the gym was one of the best well equipped hotel gym that we’ve ever been too! The room look just like the advertised photo.

Beautiful new hotel. Friendly, attentive staff. Excellent breakfast. Nice rooms. State of the art workout room - new and well-equipped. Just some minor work-ons: the electrical outlet in the back came out of the wall when I disconnected a curling iron and the door lock mechanism was beginning to fail so it took multiple tries to enter the room each time. There was a very loud party and we asked the manager to ask them to tone it down when it was 11:20 PM and still going strong. The manager addressed the problem right away. We shouldn't have needed to ask. A minor point was that they use this European style lighting system - you have to put your room key in a master slot when you enter the room in order to use the lights. Super annoying if you're running out to the car, workout room, down to breakfast, etc. Make sure to get an extra key just to leave in the thing.

It was a good location within the city with lots of stores/restaurants close by. There was a couple of old tortilla chips on the floor when we got to our room- it made us wonder re overall cleanliness The conditioner bottle on the wall of the shower was empty. The toilet didn’t flush as well as it should have The breakfast staff was helpful and attentive, but the front desk staff who checked us in was not as warm and pleasant as previous Hampton Inn,s

First room had panties on the floor by the bed. Second room had hair tie on the floor, filth on the bathroom floor and brown in the bottom of the toilet-and it was not a hard water stain. We got the run around at the desk—send an email, we received your email, we can’t find your email with the photos and written request to please thoroughly clean the room, hotel manager will be here in the morning, he was not, spoke to housekeeping supervisor who apologized, but was unable to resolve anything. Charged my card full price for both nights. Grrrr.

Our bathroom was disgusting. Clumps of dark hair. I’m a blonde but it was there when we checked in. Beds are horrible. Only had 1 coffee bag. Should have had 2 . Ice bucket was Gross. Not cleaned.

The shower light in the bathroom did not work nor did the shower/bathroom fan. The mattress cover on the fold out couch had crumbs on it and a food stain in the upper corner. The pillow in the spare bedding bag for the fold out couch was missing a cover.

First thing we noticed was how clean the hotel smells upon entering the lobby and our room. The breakfast is very good. The hospitality at the front desk during our total stay is a 10, as well as all the service staff. We got greeted every time we entered and even when we checked out in our last day.

Convenient location for my business visits. This hotel seems brand new. Neat view of the local high school football field too. I could clearly hear the ongoing games the night I stayed but I didn’t mind. I didn’t utilize breakfast so I can’t comment on that. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable

Silly us didn't see the remote to lower the shade, so I guess it would've been nice to have it mentioned at check in or perhaps a note on the desk in our room etc. The people in the rooms above us were rather noisy - as far as stomping/running or just walking hard even in the mid of the night.

Property was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average. Great stay. My only complaint: the shower, while clean, modern and very nice looking had extremely low water pressure. This put us behind schedule as it took twice as long as it would with normal pressure to shower and wash hair.

We were on the third floor. Not sure what the guests were doing above us but the noise from incessant footsteps did not cease. Would think with construction codes as they are it would not be an issue. It was. Book the 4th floor.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent stay. I specifically reserved a room with two queen beds, but upon arrival, I was given a room with a single king bed. When I approached the front desk about the issue, I was told that the hotel was sold out and this was my only option. This was completely unacceptable and very awkward, as we had planned on having two separate beds. Despite double-checking my reservation and confirming that I had indeed booked a room with two queens, the hotel failed to honor my request. This experience was highly disappointing and far from what I expected.

Horrible customer service reservations four 3 adults and a 17 year old … reservation for two queen beds only option one king bed overbooked not enough staff to clean Nora the assistant manager was called we questioned no screaming no yelling they offered no solutions and asked us to leave never ever will book through Hampton and we are Hilton rewards members. Staying at a marriott they are treating us really welll !

The staff at your front desk were fantastic. It was a young lady with tight braided hair and a young man with puffy hair. The young man was very helpful, kind, informative, and was definitely a leader. I also interacted with a member of your cleaning staff. He said that he was Albanian and was very helpful, funny, and thorough when helping me acquire a few more towels.

All of the staff was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. I have stayed at many hotels across the world. This might have been my best experience from a staff friendliness standpoint. I’m from Alabama, this was my first trip tip Michigan. I was impressed with their hospitality.

Trash cans were nasty nobody brought towels. Front desk lady was the rudest person I have ever experienced in a hotel stay in my 55 years of living. She hung up the phone on me when I asked about no power in my room as well.

Great place to stay , other than the gal with tattoos behind the front desk seems to have a bit of attitude. We had 2 different experiences with her that were very unprofessional. The hotel is nice and quiet and a great location for our stays when we visit the area.

Great staff, everyone from front desk to cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean, bedding was clean and comfortable. Our issue was with the breakfast options, or lack of. First morning, no hard boiled eggs, haven't had them for about a year I was told. Other patrons were also wondering why there were no hard boiled eggs available. Small muffins still froze in the middle. No non-dairy option for milk/cereal. We realize it's hard to know what will be eaten or not. Day 2, no butter! What?no butter! No napkins!
