Close to Mong Kok and Tai Kok Tsui! Across from a decent Chinese BBQ restaurant and McDonald's! Nice, relaxing sitting area outdoors on the second floor! Unfortunately, the two coffee machines were not working during my two-day weekend stay! The gym was okay but not great! I found it a bit expensive!

The good thing about this hotel I would say is the location. For travellers who do not mind a bit of walking, it is actually situated in the middle of 3 MTR station. Around the area, there is also a lot of shopping areas which you can explore. Friendliness wise, I would say depends on your luck. Sometimes you will encounter staff which make you feel like you owe them the world. I only had 1 staff made me feel that he is trying to help and sincere about it. It is probably the culture. If you want to visit this place just be prepared. The facilities itself is minimal, but everything you expect from a decent hotel is available. For water, they do not provide bottled water, so be prepared to head to the L2 open air lounge to fill your own bottle. If you do not have a bottle, they do have a glass water container available in the room. There js also a gym beside the lounge. Overall, since we only use the place for sleep, it is still decent. But do not need to expect anything beyond your norm.

The room is pretty small, there is not enough space to have 3 suitcases opened at the same time. we booked the room for 3 people but the hotel only supplied 2 sets of towels so we had to call the front desk to ask for more towels every day. The lounge on the 2nd floor is quite nice. The hotel provides complimentary breakfast and coffee in the morning for the guests, which I appreciate.

The rooms are smallish but not too bad. Everything feels modern and brand new. Pretty high ceiling. The water pressure is excellent. The only thing that is very weird is that the luggage storage service closes at 6pm. If you have a night flight you are out of luck. You have to get your luggage by 6pm and go to the airport early.

iClub Mongkok is great as a budget hotel. There is no pool, no dining, and no heat. But everything else it does well. It is located in the heart of Mongkok near many different choices of transportation. There is local eateries literally across the street. For expats returning to visit Chinese relatives in HK it is a perfect solution. And it probably has the best shower pressure of any hotel I've ever been it. Many hotels use a governor midstream in their shower heads to limit water usage. This prevents waste but also gives the shower stream a weak flow. Not so with iClub. The shower head was so good I wished I had this at home.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my sister, and unfortunately, our experience was far from ideal. On the first day, my sister experienced flea bites in her room. At first, we didn’t realize what it was, but once it became clear, we informed the staff. To their credit, they did apologize and moved her to another room. However, that was the extent of the response—no real follow-up or effort to make things right beyond that. When I asked if there would be any compensation, the reception offered two bottles of wine, which I later found out were worth only HKD 56 total. That felt more like a token gesture than any sincere attempt at service recovery. As for my own room, it had a strong, unpleasant funk that didn’t go away during the stay. I didn’t ask to change rooms only because I wanted to remain close to my sister. Overall, this experience left us disappointed. While the staff was polite, the lack of proactive service and minimal compensation for a flea issue made it hard to enjoy the stay. I hope the hotel takes cleanliness and guest satisfaction more seriously in the future.

It was a very modern and updated hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They did a really great job of keeping up with cleaning the rooms and replacing all the towels. Its in a great location also. Lots of stations nearby and also lots of restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The only thing I would like was that the refrigerator never got cold and maybe the addition of a microwave would've been nice. But overall, a great stay. Would highly recommend

Hotel is clean and modern but room is super small and there’s nothing going on in the area as it is quite a distance from all tourist spots . The Temple Street Night Market is 1.3 miles away which is not walkable in the summer.

We loved the location of this hotel. An easy 7 minute walk to Mong Kok MTR and roughly 10 mins to Olympic MTR and it was easy to navigate to and from, there's even a taxi stand right at the entrance of the hotel. The room was very clean and had an interesting layout. The toilet and shower were in seperate spaces with the bathroom sink outside near the beds. Whilst odd at first, once we got used to it, we found it worked quite well for the two of us. There was complimentary bread and coffee in the lobby in the mornings which was a lovely surprise and we made good use of the washer and dryer whilst we were there as well. The staff were okay.

The room is small but big enough for two people. The room has all the basic facilities like shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, refrigerator...but in my room the refrigerator was very small and didn't work. The bed was very good. There is no carpet on this floor, it feels very clean. This is make me feel little bit disappointed, the cup has teeth paste around the cup. I try to left it in the sink letting them know, but the staff didn't see that and put it back to the counter top. The hotel provides simple breakfast, but not bad. Overall, our 21 day stay at this hotel was great.

Only thing about this hotel is the location is convenience, everything else is just ok. Most of the stuff are friendly, except couple of them, when we asked few more questions, they becomes very inpatient, the bed is not comfortable, and not very clean, the water is strong and warm fast, with this price tag, I don’t know if I would ever stay here again. Hope to see some inprovement.

The room is clean and tidy. Cleaning ladies are polite and friendly. Best part is the self serve cafeteria with open area in 2nd level. Love the coffee and bakery serving daily. However, the front desk staff are all cool and in poker face with no smile.

The front desk staffs are all with no smile and avoid eye contacts with guests entering into the On the first night of our check in after 9 pm, we found we only had US outlet plug and not the UK outlet plug. When asked if I could borrow an outlet plug as I need to turn on my laptop for business virtual meeting. The man said they did not have any outlet plug to lend and I have to go out to buy one. It was after 9:15 pm and most of the stores had been closed. The taxi drove along Mongkok area for over 20 minutes and finally we bought an outlet. It was really not a good customer service experience.

It started at my check in. the receptionist told me because Expedia didnt pay them, so if I wanted to stay, I had to pay for myself. I was stunned, I have never experienced that with Expedia. The guy and the guy next to him, their attitude was so so bad, rude and unprofessional. Made me feel humiliated. And he also said this was not the first time, happened a lot with Expedia, Agoda etc... There was nothing they could do. I had to pay to get a room. Even though that was corrected an hour later or so... but again no explanation on what had happened. If that was fault on Expedia or the hotel?? If according to that guy, they couldnt and wouldnt contact Expedia, how did they find out Expedia pay them later? More ridiculous thing to come, the next day, we checked out at 11:00am, and went back to the hotel to get our luggage at around 3:00pm. We asked if we could use their washroom, and the receptionist told us "No", because the drain was broken. I hope Expedia can blacklist this hotel... I swear I will not stay at this hotel again!!

Hotel is clean and modern but room is super small and there’s nothing going on in the area as it is quite a distance from all tourist spots . The Temple Street Night Market is 1.3 miles away which is not walkable in the summer.

Hotel is clean and located near centre of Mong Kok. Everything is convenient, catching A21 bus coming and going to air port with luggage is only 10min walk. Going to MTR and all the shopping district is also 10 min walk. Great Hotel and would recommend.

Close to Mong Kok and Tai Kok Tsui! Across from a decent Chinese BBQ restaurant and McDonald's! Nice, relaxing sitting area outdoors on the second floor! Unfortunately, the two coffee machines were not working during my two-day weekend stay! The gym was okay but not great! I found it a bit expensive!

At HK$400 (approx. US$51) per night, the standard twin room appealed to me as a real bargain, considering that it is a new hotel under a large, Regal hotel group. It lived up to my expectation. The marble tile floor makes it easy to keep the room clean and the room was very clean. The bathroom and the toilet were separate so it would be convenient for a couple. It did not make a difference to me though as I stayed solo this time. This was supposed to be a twin room. But the beds were pushed together for me to appear as a queen bed. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the management. Breakfast was included in the room. I was most surprised as the room rate was already so low. I realized how this was possible when I actually went down to take a look. There were just plain bread and croissant, and packaged soft drinks. I went outside for breakfast everyday. Similarly, I went outside for all the meals as there was no restaurant in the hotel. The biggest short-coming of my room was that there was no heater mode in the air-conditioner in the room. Outside temperature was 16 degree C the night I checked in. I was freezing. I called up front desk and a standalone heater was swiftly delivered to my room.
