The Front Desk and staff are very friendly! The hotel has shuttles every 20 min to take guests to Al Harm (Kaabah). The food is great, especially the Iftar buffet. I had a good experience and I would recommend this hotel.

The haram bus shuttle wasn’t very convenient and there wasn’t much communication about the transfers that would be involved for this service. Oftentimes, the bus would not go at the scheduled time. Also, a lot of the facilities in my room were broken.

The crucial factor is the availability of bus services, which, although occasionally late, generally cover most of our trips from Kabba to the hotel. However, the buffet was notably disappointing in terms of food quality.

Though the location is a bit far, there is a comprehensive free bus service a grand Mosque and a shopping center within the complex. -The rooms are clean and are cleaned on a daily Ahad on the 2nd floor was really helpful, just have to be mindful to request the bedsheet change. Food if you book (can also pay on the day 65sr) is a buffet system and is standard with these types of hotels. -You definitely have to upgrade to the best view or any view for some rooms. -Staff are fantastic and always willing to help from the reception to food hosts especially "Arshadul" at dinner service) to room service, even had the IT tech come to fix the TV (had some communication error) - Younis is always there welcoming guests with the Saudi coffee a dates - the porters are fantastic they take the bags off you as soon as you walk in almost like a weight off your shoulder literally Really enjoying my stay here (day 3 of 23)update if the service drops off... Check in was smooth but any requests for services or questions after was ignored. We were hung up on numerous times over the phone and the staff knew little English to assist us. As a guest we try not to be overbearing but the staff over the phone did not care to help with even the little things.

I came with a group of 11 people from USA and other countries and everyone loved the hotel so much. They raved and it architectural beauty, world high standard amenities and staff. We all fell in love with the Aisha AlRajhi Mosque behind the hotel. Housekeeping came everyday to each room without being summoned. And the staff were all very courteous and helpful. The Lotus Restaurant is another great aspect of the hotel. OMG! The food selection and quality is above and beyond. Love it 😍 This is my 2nd stay at this Millennium Al Naseem and I’m looking forward to my next stay there. The only challenging issue is commuting on the shuttle bus from and to Haram during Ramadan. It was hectic, stressful and difficult to find the right buses to get back to the hotel. Thank you 🙏 to all the staff.

HORRIBLE - VERY BAD EXPERIENCE 0/10 This hotel does not deserve a 5 stars but only a 2 stars. Hotel with a modern external appearance but the rooms are very dated with lots of issues : - Electricity outage, - faulty switches, - visible limescale in the shower, - dirty carpet, - camping bedding - bad smell - rubbish in the corridor - trash can on doors landing - … The most unpleasant is the noise with non-soundproofed rooms in which you can hear all the noises of the corridors, conversations and slamming doors. Impossible to sleep. I shortened my stay with the greatest indifference except apologies by one employee embarrassed by this situation (thanks to him). Management responsible said me this is the same thing in other hotels. As a 5 stars hotel we never mustn’t criticize competitors. I changed my room the first night but it was the same thing and no upgrade possible to try to solve this situation. No customer service, no skills to resolve these multiple problems that wouldn’t exist for a 5 stars hotels. Last but not least, breakfast times are not adapted to the rhythm of the country and access was refused by the manager for 10 minutes delay. No room service which for a 5 star is abnormal. I strongly advise against the Millenium Hotel, there are 3 star hotels in the city which are cheaper with better quality of service. Save your time.

Hotel with a modern external appearance but the rooms are very dated with lots of issues : - Electricity outage, - faulty switches, - visible limescale in the shower, - dirty carpet, - camping bedding - bad smell - rubbish in the corridor - trash can on doors landing - … The most unpleasant is the noise with non-soundproofed rooms in which you can hear all the noises of the corridors, conversations and slamming doors. Impossible to sleep. I shortened my stay with the greatest indifference except apologies by one employee embarrassed by this situation (thanks to him). Management responsible said me this is the same thing in other hotels. As a 5 stars hotel we never mustn’t criticize competitors. I changed my room the first night but it was the same thing and no upgrade possible to try to solve this situation. No customer service, no skills to resolve these multiple problems that wouldn’t exist for a 5 stars hotels. Last but not least, breakfast times are not adapted to the rhythm of the country and access was refused by the manager for 10 minutes delay. No room service which for a 5 star is abnormal. I strongly advise against the Millenium Hotel, there are 3 star hotels in the city which are cheaper with better quality of service. Save your time.

Check in was smooth but any requests for services or questions after was ignored. We were hung up on numerous times over the phone and the staff knew little English to assist us. As a guest we try not to be overbearing but the staff over the phone did not care to help with even the little things.

I came with a group of 11 people from USA and other countries and everyone loved the hotel so much. They raved and it architectural beauty, world high standard amenities and staff. We all fell in love with the Aisha AlRajhi Mosque behind the hotel. Housekeeping came everyday to each room without being summoned. And the staff were all very courteous and helpful. The Lotus Restaurant is another great aspect of the hotel. OMG! The food selection and quality is above and beyond. Love it 😍 This is my 2nd stay at this Millennium Al Naseem and I’m looking forward to my next stay there. The only challenging issue is commuting on the shuttle bus from and to Haram during Ramadan. It was hectic, stressful and difficult to find the right buses to get back to the hotel. Thank you 🙏 to all the staff.

The Front Desk and staff are very friendly! The hotel has shuttles every 20 min to take guests to Al Harm (Kaabah). The food is great, especially the Iftar buffet. I had a good experience and I would recommend this hotel.

J’aurais mis un 10/10 si je n’aurai pas eu le soucis avec le service de ménage. Chambre non faite à plusieurs reprise. Mais en général très bon hôtel, seul bémol la barrière de la langue. Je veux remercier spécialement le service restaurant Lotus lors du déjeuner, c’était exceptionnel, la nourriture était bonne mais le service clientèle est excellent au restaurant ! Mérite les 10/10 juste pour le déjeuner.
