Place was under construction, which was inconvenient, pool was closed…bummer! Other than that was a great place to stay. Clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly, helpful staff did what they could too make the stay pleasant. Would recommend but call first too see if the pool is open if you want to swim.

Stayed for 2 nights! Great breakfast , clean pool! Only problem I felt like there was moisture in the rooms like no ventilation. It was good the fews days not bad for price! Staff very friendly and helpful!

The lovely lady at check in was friendly, polite, efficient. The hallway rugs needed vacuuming. The fitness room was extremely lacking, missing weights, broken weights and a water cooler with no water. Breakfast was ok.

Nice place to stay, good location. I have one major complaint, the beds are excessively high . They are comfortable once you climb into them, but just sitting on them easily is impossible for shorter people ... i am 5'3'. Nice pool, good breakfast

This is an older hotel that has tried to update. The beds look fairly new but are uncomfortable. Pillows flat. The carpets look almost camouflaged from wear, tear and filth. The bathroom vent was so covered in dust and mold we ended up skipping showers and driving to our next location. The product they wash linens and towels in made me break out in to rashes, and I do not have sensitive skin. The air conditioning didnt work. The hotel is set at a stifling 80F. Upon entering the clean parking lot, the area appeared safe which is a huge plus. The inside was not only clean but also had a nice aroma. Both ladies were nice during check in and check out. According to previous reviews, I must add that the bed and bedding was exceptionally comfortable!! We had a good night sleep and we had to be awaken by the alarm!! To end, breakfast was great!!

Our room was filthy. Counters had sticky rings that weren’t touched on 3 different countertops, stains all over the couch, straw wrappers and dirt on the floor. No way someone cleaned our room before we checked in!!! So gross

Vary clean property and was updated fairly well!!! The beds were super comfortable everything went smooth!! They had a good breakfast with some decent options!! Everything overall looked great only thing I noticed while staying there is that you can hear almost everything the people staying around you are saying. Overall a great hotel with good rates and super close to stuff to do downtown Chatanooga is just 15 minutes from there, there is a bass pro right there, plenty of restaurants, and dalton ga is only 20 minutes down the road as well!! Great experience!

Overall ok hotel. However, suite with pull out bed, but it was basically a large ottoman scooted up to couch. Of course it was very uncomfortable and would not stay together. Remote in living area tv did not work. Four people staying in room and we had two bath towels and two wash cloths.

We got a king bed, which was excellent. The mattress is great then we had to pull out sofa that did not work making it very difficult for my adult daughter to sleep. It was dirty stained, but it did not stay put together so she ended up crunched up in the sofa part which was a Two seater sofa

The hotel has been updated and the beds are wonderful but high and hard to get in. Thankfully they had stools to use at the front desk. They upgraded us to a suite which was nice but the furniture was uncomfortable and dirty, especially for a place that had just been remodeled. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. And the hotel offered a good choice of places to eat nearby. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Waited 25 minutes for someone ro come to the desk for check in. Tried calling and phone just kept ringing. Arrived at 10:50pm after driving all day. Not even an apology when we went and found the staff member. Room so far is nice and large, separate living area. Bathroom in lobby was very dirty and paper all over.

Beginning prior to check in the clerk was extremely helpful, going above & beyond to accommodate our needs. Due to an unexpected situation it was imperative to check in early for a wedding - she made that happen & due to my granddaughter’s allergies reassigned us to a pet-free room! Booked through Expedia. Wrong date for 1 night stay. Front desk manager was rude and refused to help us in any way tried to correct the date and pay additional for that evening. She refused. Expedia made repeated attempts to correct the error on our behalf. Manager refused and charged us for a night we never got to use. Worst experience I have ever had with a hotel stay. Will never book with Comfort Inn again!!

NO COFFEE. Breakfast included means coffee! No one would help. I waited 30 minutes to try and get some but NO! TV didn’t work when we got there. No blanket for sofa bed. 3 bath towels when I registered 4 guests. I guess it’s a toss up as to who doesn’t get a clean towel. Not at all relaxing when everything is a chore! Horrible

Our door was warped and we couldn’t use the safety lock. The morning of checkout, they deactivated our room key before check out time. We were trying to load our car and got locked out of our room. It’s in the middle of a remodel and they don’t say that on the website. So when you get there it’s construction all around and no continental breakfast- just some biscuits you can take up to your room to microwave.

Breakfast was a joke, probably non existent. They don’t have anyone to replenish breakfast. The interior makes you feel like you’re in a different country…..Saudi Arabia for example! Not worth the money. Front desk was trying to be helpful but lack of staff made him look less efficient. Other hotel male guests were walking around topless.
