1) Privacy at its best! You can access the elevator directly from the entrance to your hotel floor without bypassing the reception or concierge. You don’t cross with people. And a 24hour convenient store, 10 seconds away from the elevator entrance! The passage to the elevator is not publicly exposed. I feel fully secured with privacy respected. 2) The toilet space and arrangement is by far the best among this tier of hotels. I love the space and it’s relaxing to recover after a whole day outing. Yes it’s clean, overhead shower, non-slip floors, are what I love most. Grooming items are well top-uped all the time. 3) Distance from Hiroshima JR Station is just 5 mins walk. All transportations are there: sightseeing buses, taxis, local buses, local streetcars, JR Lines and Shinkansen. I got enough sleep not to worry the time to pursue for transport. And yes, lovely variety of food at the station! 4) Once we were not well and rested in the room all day. The room service left a bag at our door filled with fresh towels and grooming amenities for replenishment! That is just awesome! This happens whenever you put up the DO NOT DISTURB sign too! 5) Only a little lacking. The room space around the bed is a little cramp. Pretty difficult to lay out things on the floor. But the desk and window table is good. The mattress is ok, but could be better for a good rest. 6) Bonus: There’s an awesome tempura noodle restaurant just below the hotel. The quality is as good as Kyoto!

Location near train station providing easy access to many places and many food options around the station. Room was clean and minimalist, but bathroom was fairly large, where the toilet was separated by partition from the shower area that has a rain shower. 7-eleven on the ground floor was pretty handy too.

Only a short walk from Hiroshima station. Like a brand new hotel with spacious room, seperate toilet and bathroom. Most importantly, a massage chair in the room!

Everything was great except there is no in/out privilege with parking.

Cloe the station which was very handy for us! Great breakfast and good amenities. Our only issue was with the laundry facilities as the dryer took over 2 hours to dry clothes.

A modern hotel near Hiroshima Station. Spacious room and a fabulous bathroom. The breakfast was okay and not worth the price. 7-11 right downstairs. Lobby is on the 13th floor. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

想像したより駅から近く、コンビニなどもあり便利。 浴室とトイレが別で広く使い勝手が良い。 駐車場も広くていいけど、入り口がわかりづらく初めての場合はホテルでは無く駐車場にナビ設置した方が良い。 ホームページで説明だけではなく、案内地図があればわかりやすいと思った。

Good hotel. Right next to the train station. Clean rooms that were a good size for Japan.

加湿器の水タンクがカビがありました。 トイレの天井の換気扇が埃だらかでした。 そこだけ残念です。

I had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the train station, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and pleasantly spacious—definitely not too small!

This hotel was amazing except for the fact that the beds were slabs of concrete…

Experience all good. Room size was way bigger than my expectation. Will stay here again if I were to return to Hiroshima again.

We stayed 3-nights in Hiroshima. Hotel was very coincidently located, close to the train station. Staff were welcoming and like most Japanese hotels, you check yourself in. Only the economy double rooms were available when we booked. These rooms are very tiny and not very comfortable for two people. We were always tripping over luggage and the bed in the corner made it a challenge for the person in the inside to get in and out. Bathroom was great and the shower was wonderful. They offer breakfast buffet for breakfast which is a bit limited. Only fresh fruit was sliced oranges. No non dairy milk options. After eating there once, we opted for other alternatives outside the hotel.

The bed was awful! Stayed there for 3 nights. Couldn't sleep all night because it felt like we were sleeping on a slab of concrete.

Queen bed room was simply too small for 2 persons. Hardly able to move around.

We had a very nice stay. The hotel was lovely and our room was very nice. The bathroom was much larger than we usually see in a Japanese hotel. The room while small was a manageable size for me and my husband. The hotel is very near Hiroshima Station.

Room and hotel were fantastic. Would have given it highest rating if Netflix or other streaming channels were available. We had nothing to watch in the evening in our own language.we didn’t have breakfasts at the hotel so can’t comment on that.

連泊で掃除なしをお願いしたところ、タオル類の替えが入った袋をドアノブにかけてもらいました。気遣いに感謝です。 チェックイン時、名前を聞き取ってもらえず少しごたつきました。 他の客がいる前で、2度もフ大声でルネームを連呼するのは気が引けます(名前も個人情報なので) 身分証の提示で代用してはいかがでしょうか。

The staff was very nice and polite. I arrived early and left my luggage there until checkin. Their bathroom was big. It’s a bit confusing to find the hotel from the station even though it’s very close to Hiroshima Station.

とても綺麗で、快適に過ごせました。チェックイン前後の荷物預かりサービスも助かりました！朝食ビュッフェ(有料)も種類は多くはないですが、味は充分満足できます✨ただ1点だけ、チェックイン前の荷物預かり時に、フロントの女性の方はとても丁寧な対応をしていただいたのですが、荷物を運んでくれる男性スタッフの方が…とても無愛想で少し残念でしたね。

We booked a non smoking room 7-8 months before our trip. Upon check in they confirmed we booked a non smoking room, but when we got up to the room we were hit instantly by cigarette fumes. We called the reception and were told they were full so couldn’t do anything about it. We only stayed for 2 nights and were out for most of the day, when we were at the room we had to run the air purifier and air con and spray room freshener but even then the smell was still strong as it cigarettes will cling to walls and carpet. I’m asthmatic so this was a problem, but couldn’t waste the money I already spent on the room. Given that I booked this 7-8 months in advance of the trip, it was frustrating that this error was made on their part. Otherwise the location was good, very close to Hiroshima station and had both a 7/11 and Family Mart downstairs.

Ideal location within walking distance to train station. Room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was efficient and welcoming.

距離JR新幹線出口十分鐘內步程，洒店下面已有兩間便店，雙床房空間同三人房房間一樣大，其他跟一般大和酒店同系差不多。 第一次試大和酒店早餐，廣島這間早餐食品種類都多，餐廳環境也不錯。

Hotel facile d'accès à 5min à pied de la sortie nord de la gare. Chambre relativement grande et petit déj varié.

駅から徒歩すぐで交通の便が非常によく、設備も充実。食事や観光に出るのも非常に楽で、また利用したいと思います。

I always feel like I’m in an escape room when leaving a train station in Japan and looking for a hotel. We made a mistake and exited at the South exit of the Hiroshima Station and got a taxi to the hotel. It took forever and here the hotel is very near the North exit. By the way the GPS said that there were stairs to get to the hotel when in fact there is an elevator to street level. The station had wonderful restaurants very close to the hote. The hotel was great. Only issue was the breakfast area gets very busy when it first opens. It is better to wait about 30 minutes after it opens and it gets much better. The view from the breakfast area is incredible!

駅まで歩いて５−6分ですが、食事をするところが少ないです。広島名物お好み焼きも駅まで行かないと食べることはできません。施設は清潔でグレードが高く快適です。

Siamo stati molto bene, una vista spettacolare dal 20 piano (colazione) ma il tasto dolente è stata solo la colazione.. la parte “giapponese” non male ma quella occidentale era di scarsa qualità oltre che poco varia.

The stay was perfect! The room was very clean and spacious, the shower and bathtub were fantastic! The breakfast had a huge range of food to choose and everything was delicious. The staff is very polite. Amenities had good quality.

Great location directly across the road from the train station. There is an elevator to the station on the hotel side of the road - approximately 100 metres from the hotel entrance so those with large or heavy luggage need not worry. The entire property including the room and bathroom were immaculate. Breakfast did not offer a huge variety so could be better.

Comfortable hotel just a 3 minutes walk from the station. Room was of good size and the bedding was comfortable. Buffet had plenty on offer both traditional and west as well as goods strong coffee. View from level 30 was impressive.
