Beachcomber Inn

Very clean and comfortable! Easy guest parking and incredibly sweet staff. Walking distance to everything. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!

Great little spot only about a 5 minute walk from pismo pier and close to multiple restaurants and shops. John checked us in and personally took us to the room and gave us a very well and detailed rundown of the room. Room was very nice as well and spacious we loved it. It felt like nearly everything was within walking distance here. The parking is a little tight but it’s definitely doable and there was always a guaranteed space for us. Just have to have a bit of patience and take it slow and it’s not that bad. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised by the property and service. Great location too. Parking an oversized vehicle is a bit challenging.

Great quaint little hotel. its right downtown so you get the "beach town vibe" here. Its only about a block from the Pier so very convenient for walking the beach/pier/ocean activities and right in the middle of Pismo. Rooms are renovated and clean and there\'s a little kitchette right in the room. Note: does not have airconditioning (which wasnt a factor becuase the weather\'s pretty chilly in Pismo most of the year, but if you\'re comign the one week its hot, that might matter to you). Also - stairs no elevator. (but its one straight staircase). Parking is offstreet (which is essential in Pismo if you arrive by car!). Very nice owner!

As other's have said, Grace, the innkeeper, is fabulous. She runs a great little inn here. It is a motel, so don't go expecting things like an elevator, room service, or help with your bags. What can you expect? A wonderful innkeeper in Grace. An extremely clean motel, one of the cleanest I have been in and the cleanest 2.5 property I have ever stayed at. Many little ammenities in your room such as coffee pods of all kinds, all sorts of paper products such as cups and plates. Fans in the room (no A/C) both ceiling and table top. (So many places don't keep one, let alone two, in a room...I always have one in my suitcase!). And ice and water machine in the common area. The list goes on and on so I won't keep listing all the little goodies. The bowl of chocolates was wonderful! Thank you Grace. Now about the location: perfect access to the beach which is on the same block as the motel. We walked to dinner, breakfast, the billards hall, to the pier, and all around downtown Pismo. Because it is in downtown, expecting a bussling scene during the day and into the evening. Lots of people are there to get to the beach, so it is typical beachtown traffic. My advice is once there, stay there unless you're going for days and want to see the entire area. Enjoy your stay at the Beachcomber Inn, you won't regret it! And again, thank you Grace! We look forward to a return trip soon!

Johnny was really great anything we needed available right away he made sure are parking was available people visiting pismo would try to park in the inn’s parking which Johnny made sure to stop he truly cares about every guest and lets you check in as early as 8am definitely coming back thank you :)

Everything you could need is within walking distance, which made the trip so easy and relaxing. The room was incredibly clean, quiet, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and simple. Johnny, the staff member who helped me, was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. His hospitality really stood out and made the experience even better. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-kept spot just steps from the beach with great service, the Beachcomber Inn is a perfect choice. I’ll absolutely be staying here again on my next visit to Pismo Beach!

Highly recommend this place. Grace the manager/owner was the best. The place was very clean and very boutique feeling inside. I will definitely come back to this property.

Incredibly clean, comfortable, well-stocked and convenient location! Only downside was the noise at night on the weekend but that is to be expected given the location in the heart of downtown. Highly recommend!!

Very comfortable room. Nice details including the gas log fireplace. In the center of town so easy to walk to restaurants. Also, very quiet. I can't wait to come back!

Johnny was a great host,rooms were very nice and up to date. The hotel is in a great part of town and everything is in walking distance. Would not hesitate to return to this property. Had a great couple of days.

This place is so clean and super cute. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the shower wasn't great and didn't drain well, but everything was perfect. A little noisy on weekends.

Johnny was amazing! He was so nice and made checking in so easy. He made sure we had everything we needed at all times and was just overall great! We would definitely stay here again.
