Very clean and newer. Our shower had an empty body wash bottle, the outlets didn’t work. For us, it was just somewhere to put our heads as we had a bridal shower and came from 4 hours away, so the cleanliness was the most important part for us and it was very clean. But if we were using it as an extended stay, I would have been disappointed in the soaps not being stocked, outlets not working, and the kitchenette stocked with zero things to cook with. As a large family who does a lot of Vrbo and has stayed in extended stays before, usually there are the essentials to cook with in terms of pans/utensils and there was none here. But like I said, we were just one night and the cleanliness was perfect.

Very clean, polite people. Well stocked “store” in lobby. Had kitchenette but zero supplies, so unless you have silverware and dishes, there’s no use for it. No ice machines. Comfortable bed, nice bathrooms. Overall I would stay again, just be aware lacking some amenities.

The young man that checked me in are very professional I really appreciate the way they handle me and my family. Every time I come here this is a pleasant place to come and take a load off very clean and you have everything that you need in your room from a large refrigerator to a stove top and barbecue pits outside as well as a laundry room, hot coffee, etc.

I read several of the ratings for this hotel before booking, and it was highly rated and a reasonable price. We also liked the idea of having a kitchenette in the room. So we arrived with bags of food and a cooler, but then discovered that there were no dishes, silverware, pots/pans!?! They really need to state this in the property description. The front desk did have paper plates and plastic silverware, but you needed to PURCHASE pans, and cooking utensils at there store in the lobby if you wanted to use the cooktop. We’ve stayed at similar places (Extended Stay America) that have always had a well supplied kitchen, but didn’t expect to have nothing. I’m not sure if we would stay here again.

The property had great parking options and had a lot of shopping a eating choices within 10 mins. There were no pots or pans, or eating utensils, dishes or anything in the kitchen to use. If you wanted it you would have to pay extra to "rent" it from the front desk which defeats the purpose of the price being lower. I had to go buy all that I needed to cook on and eat with in the kitchen that was in the room. This was inconvenient for me and my family.

This hotel is the best, it’s more like an extended stay hotel. Offers a full size fridge with ice maker, two-burner electric range, microwave, toaster, and in-sink garbage disposal. It is all clean and functional. The laundry room is also very organized. They offer hot coffee 24/7. And the list could go on to include free delivery from grubhub during your stay. Truly exceptional!!

The room was great. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is that it is advertised as having a kitchenette, but there are no utensils. I completely understand why, but include that it's bring your own. I didn’t need them. It's just an observation.

This hotel was a good value. Basic but good. I would’ve liked to have a pool, hot tub workout room and free breakfast, but I would’ve had to pay much more for those features. This hotel worked out good, I would stay again.

We needed a clean place to sleep and shower for the weekend and the MY Place hotel was great. It was very clean and comfortable beds. The staff was very nice. We did not need the stove but the fridge was great for leftovers and drinks. The microwave was a nice touch.

The bed was extremely firm. It felt like I was lying on a concert slab. I actually cut my stay short due to this and went to a different hotel. Also, the towels were stained, the bed was squeaky, and the coffee maker had mold in the back of it. The faucet in the bathtub was loose as well. Aside from that, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, the stay was pretty good. The room checked the box on cleanliness and available amenities for our one night stay. It was also nice to get free water at check-in and the hotel is in a great location. My only beef is with the hotel and a few of it's guests in equal parts. To the hotel - every door should be equipped with soft close hinges because some people are too oblivious or uncaring and let the door slam behind them at all hours of the day (and night). Other than this, we have stayed here multiple times and would stay again. Just hoping for more respectful guests next time. We're all just trying to enjoy our stay.

The room was different than the last time we were here we had a king bed, not that it made any difference. The queen bed seem to sit on the floor with no frame underneath, even though it did, you could feel the springs in the mattress, didn’t sleep the best.the tub faucet was loose, I was almost afraid it was gonna fall off, the window in the bedroom, didn’t close all the way, I guess these aren’t my problems though, the staff was great. Actually the room was great. We come here for Family.

I’d rather stay here than at a Holiday Inn express or something of that ilk. Beds were great plenty of pillows. Table and chairs actually sit down and eat, a kitchenette where you could cook your meals. And in the bathroom was Good size

Booked for the holiday, visiting family. My account was charged three times for my three night stay. Wasn’t a huge issue knowin I had the money in my account but if I didn’t it would have ruined my vacation taking over 900 from my account. And I am still awaiting two of the charges to fall off to have access to my funds.

Great value, rooms are nice enough and everything works. The only downside I experienced was that the front desk is frequently not staffed - I was delayed checking in, checking out, and trying to buy drinks in the lobby.

When I booked with My Place hotel I was assured that check-in would be available at 3:00 pm. However, upon my arrival at 8:00 pm, I was informed that there were no rooms available. I was left waiting for over an hour in a crowded lobby, with many other frustrated guests experiencing the same issue. During this time, the food I had brought to eat went cold, and my daughter—already exhausted from a tournament—was forced to wait as well. When I finally received a room closer to 9:00 pm, the problems unfortunately continued. Another guest was somehow able to gain entry into our room with a key card, which was both alarming and unacceptable from a security standpoint. On top of this, our room had no towels available, leaving us unable to shower and simply rest as we had intended after a long day. Overall, the service and conditions we experienced were far below the standard I expected especially since I spent over $180 per night. Also, upon check-out, the staff had a different person named under my room number and booking. This stay caused unnecessary stress, discomfort, and frustration, instead of the rest and hospitality we had planned for.

Beware- booked accidentally for the wrong night and the manager refused to refund me even though I contacted them right away through Expedia. Manager said it was Expedia’s fault and Expedia said it was the manager. Regardless the lack of flexibility to help their customer was terrible. Additionally the rooms have a kitchen in them with no cutlery, plates, bowls etc. you are supposed to buy them in the lobby! This is a weird one! We barely slept with sweaty sheets and super loud fans and slamming doors and fridge making ice. Save your money and book next door where there is free breakfast and a manager that understands customer service.

We BOOKED the hotel 2 months ahead of time we even waited a little bit longer after check in time so they can have more time to get rooms ready but we still waited around 2 hours and the man at the front said he can’t grantee our rooms and said how is booking the room doesn’t mean we’ll get it but when we finally got our rooms one of the room already had a person IN THE ROOM and the whole time the man at the desk was pretty disrespectful

When I arrived they said they hadn’t received my reservation from Hotels.com and told me I had to contact Hotels.com, which does not, on their website have an easily accessible way to fix problems like that. The clerk must realized he screwed up by telling me to fix it myself and lo and behold - they did have my reservation- just gave it to another person (whom they had to call down to the lobby to straighten out). After a long day of traveling the last thing I want is problems checking in, and then have the clerk tell me to fix it myself is off the charts wrong! This was my first stay at a My Place and although the property was nice enough I doubt you’ll be seeing me again.

I like having the kitchenet in the room w/ cook top, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and full size fridge w/ice maker. Room was clean and minimal noise from other guests, mostly from the hallway. Liked that it was close to the expressway for easy on and off and close to restaurants. Check in and out was quick and easy.

Some construction going on, but ultimately they are making the place better. It is in a convenient location, and the fee for bringing a pet is beyond reasonable. We had no issues in our room, and was impressed with the cleanliness and quality, given the price. They had a full fridge, and a mini range, so I could see some benefits if one had to stay for a longer period of time than a weekend.

Very clean, polite people. Well stocked “store” in lobby. Had kitchenette but zero supplies, so unless you have silverware and dishes, there’s no use for it. No ice machines. Comfortable bed, nice bathrooms. Overall I would stay again, just be aware lacking some amenities.

Third time staying here to make life convenient for youth sports and having a family pet -- cannot complain at all. For the price one pays you would think it would be dirty, or have bugs, or lack towels, etc, etc....but have never had an issue staying there. We've been lucky in that when we do stay we feel like we are one of maybe 4 or 5 there at the time -- so it is always quiet. Plenty of places nearby for breakfast, as you will not find that here, but considering the price we feel that's a worthy tradeoff.

We travel alot thru the summer on motorcycles and normally stay at 2-3 of the same chains. There was a group of us that stayed at My Place 9/7-9/8 for a recent trip near Wixom, MI..we were all quite impressed. The room was better than many other places we have stayed at. Nice rooms , full size fridge, bedding like a 5 star. Great coffee! Will definitely put MP at the top of our list moving forward. Kudos to the Managers and Staff.

This hotel is the best, it’s more like an extended stay hotel. Offers a full size fridge with ice maker, two-burner electric range, microwave, toaster, and in-sink garbage disposal. It is all clean and functional. The laundry room is also very organized. They offer hot coffee 24/7. And the list could go on to include free delivery from grubhub during your stay. Truly exceptional!!

This hotel was a good value. Basic but good. I would’ve liked to have a pool, hot tub workout room and free breakfast, but I would’ve had to pay much more for those features. This hotel worked out good, I would stay again.

Checked in for one night, front desk clerk was nice and even gave us some plates we can use to eat our food. Overall was a nice stay, we had our own food so we didn’t mind no breakfast in the hotel and i ordered uber for breakfast. So if you don’t expect much this place had pretty much all you need.

We had to stay at this hotel because of power outage. According to hotels.com breakfast was included, website did not indicate it was an additional $7.50 per person for a frozen sandwich, 1 pantry snack & a cafeteria drink. Website also stated there was a pool, there was not. I was traveling alone with four young children and they did not keep their late check out promise. Will not stay here again.

The rooms were really nice and the property was quiet and clean. We didn’t end up doing the breakfast but were glad to have the option- they even bring it to your room. They seemed very per friendly as we notice three different dogs in and out during our stay, which is nice to find. Would return again!

Dated and worn. I rented room with kitchen so I did not have to eat out. NO utensils , dishes, cookware. Bathroom had completely empty shower gel , shampoo and conditioner( found this out in morning when I went to shower). Nobody at front desk just a phone number. No time to wait around for someone to show up .
