The immediate neighborhood is a little sketchy with several abandoned hotels/motels but we didn't have any problems. Across the expressway is a mall with lots of large chain food options. Breakfast was pretty well stocked with muffins, biscuit breakfast sandwiches, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, two kinds of fruit, several kinds of yogurt, juice, milk, coffee, tea, etc. Front desk staff are warm and inviting. The pool is great for little people, the waterslide was a huge bonus. The fountain wasn't working properly, but it wasn't a big loss. The room we had had a king bed and a pull out couch, a full kitchen and spacious bathroom with a really tall showerhead. The room was super quiet, we heard zero sound outside of our room. The fitness room had a nice cable machine, several new treadmills, a bike, kettlebells and free weights. It was very clean and had towels available.

Liked everything especially the breakfast. We’re disappointed that the pool was closed, being that I specifically stated we wanted a pool for my Son to swim. It should’ve stated that it was closed. Other then that, it was fabulous. We will return. Staff was Awesome!

Very nice stay for our family of 6. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our lunches to go. We enjoyed the smart tv and ability to log in to our Netflix account for movies at night. The pool was closed for the season but looked amazing and we really enjoyed the fire tower and seating in the courtyard. Very clean, great breakfast, friendly staff. Parking lot well lit and security guard on staff in evenings.

I highly recommend staying here. It was clean, comfortable, and we received excellent service. The breakfast is very good for a free buffet style setup. It’s about 20 minutes to downtown Chattanooga or lookout Mt. The only negative is that the pool isn’t heated and it was frigid. But we still had a blast riding the water slide.

This is a nice hotel and fairly clean. The only issue is the pool is very small. It is only 4 feet deep— and tiny in comparison to the way it looks in the pictures.

We always like Home2 layout but this was not up to the standards we usually see. Still very comfortable and only needed a bed and bower so it was fine. Room smelled like dog. Wish they would allow some rooms for pets and others stay pet free. Was also musty smelling. Very low water pressure in shower. People who were cleaning were more friendly than the check in staff by far. Safe area.

We booked this hotel for the pool with our 3 kids. The pool area is very nice and definitely the highlight of the facility. Our main complaint is that the hotel is pet friendly and it shows. Our room had SO MUCH dog hair it was unbelievable. We had house cleaning come and clean our room while we were gone from lunch and we returned later and there was still dog hair all over the floor and counters. Our baby would have dog hair on her hands and clothes any time she was sat down. The sinks also didn’t drain but that was minor in comparison to the dog hair. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and everything else was great.

Very nice hotel. Clean and friendly. The pool just needs a bit more of cleaning as leaves is understandable as it is an outside pool, but my second day at the pool did notice it needed more attention. The been able to cook for a long stay in room is a plus. Good breakfast variety and the gym was clean and enjoyed by my 3 teens.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Our room was so big we had a small kitchen with a brand new microwave, refrigerator and sink. The bathroom was very roomy with a nice clean shower. The staff was extremely friendly. The free breakfast was perfect, everything so fresh! This will definitely be our go to hotel whenever we travel!!

Pro: The rooms were nice and clean. Well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. It was also spacious, and we enjoyed watching the TV with Netflix capabilities. Cons: The rooms were quite noisy. The minute you get off the elevator on the second floor you can smell the smell of dogs. Very strong. The carpet definitely needs cleaning. The included breakfast was very limited. Overall a great place to stay and if I were in the area I would stay there again.

We had a great stay here. First off, my 11yo discovered the pool water slide and was in bliss, playing in the great pool area for several hours in the evening. Even had a splash pad for little kids. The rooms were large (we had 2 queen + sofa bed) and had good bath amenities on the wall in the bathroom. Comfortable beds with different types of pillows, from a feather feel to more puffy. Very pleasant staff with great breakfast options - with two teen boys, I would choose any Home2 Suites for this great amenity and value overall. Also, great location to restaurants and store. Very good stay!

The suite was absolutely beautiful, clean and very comfortable and spacious. My kids loved the pool and spent a few hours in it after dinner and right after breakfast for another hour and a half before checking out. Only complaint is the pillows. They were very very flat.. almost to the point of not even having one, but we just said that the next time we book this awesome place we would bring our own pillows. Great place! It was a perfect weekend trip for my Husband’s 40th birthday!

Our stay at the Home2 Suites was very good and convenient for our activities in Chattanooga. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is a little small and hard to maneuver around the door at times. The bed was comfortable. The TV channels were a little lacking and the picture quality on some wasn't great. Breakfast was ok except that over the holiday weekend, one morning was so busy that they were out of a lot of things, so that was a little frustrating. But overall I would stay here again.

Smooth check in despite there being a global outage. 3 mins away from the event we were attending. So it was super convenient. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of places to sanitize around the property which I thought was great. I would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was clean and the staff were fantastic especially christopher (the hardest hotel worker I've ever seen). There was a huge group there that made it a little chaotic at the beginning but i thoroughly enjoyed the facility.

I loved all the help I received as we had a departing flight in the evening. The hotel allowed us to stay in the room until 1pm. that way we did not have to rush. Then they allowed us on the property outside a little while longer then that. As I am a single mom of two this meant the world to me. The pool and Full breakfast were a huge plus!! Also the beds were very comfortable. Thank you all so much!

Front desk clerk was monotone and NOT welcoming at all. Definitely needs to learn how to greet people and put a "smile" in her voice. Breakfast had trouble staying stocked on a busy Sunday morning.

We were in town for the Chattanooga Ironman. Great location outside of the downtown area. Everything was clean and welcoming. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and as was the gym. After checking out and being on the road, I received a call later in the day that someone left behind a watch. It was my very expensive Garmin watch I use for training and racing! They said they had it for me and it would be at the front desk. Luckily I was just leaving the downtown area! I was so happy! I would have lost all my data from such an important accomplishment! Thank you!

Nice room with full size fridge/freezer which was nice because we haul a large cooler of food and drinks on our road trips. Pool is really nice an we always enjoy the breakfast. Only suggestion would be a way to prop our door open to make it easier to bring the cart of luggage in and out of our room.

The original room had a weird smell and a pool of water (I’m hoping) on the floor of the room when we walked in that my dog walked through. Front desk was helpful getting us another room. Kleenex box had a couple Kleenex stuffed back into it. Pillows were awful. Felt like they were filled with cotton balls. Mattress is uncomfortable. Breakfast the following morning was also terrible. Within 45 minutes much of food was gone, eggs were cold. When I asked if they were going to replenish baked goods or toast or biscuits or warm eggs - she said - nope. We are out. In 45 minutes from when it opened???

Amazing! Everything was perfect, the room has a kitchenette with a regular fridge. The beds were very comfy, and the bathroom was nice and clean. The pool is perfect, especially if you are travelling with kids. The fitness center has everything you need for your workouts. The breakfast was delicious. The staff is very friendly and willing to ensure you have the best stay possible.
