Fantastic location! Right next to Market Square and tons of great shops, coffee places, ice cream, and restaurants all within steps. Also, I continue to be blown away by any Embassy Suites I stay at! The complimentary evening reception on the 14th floor of this location was the cherry on top! We will be staying here anytime we visit Knoxville in the future!

Check in (and out) was efficient and pleasant with Ronnie. The rooftop pool & bar/lounge is a beautiful space with nearly 360 degree view of the city. Our only suggestion, please provide a bit more shade options because it got HOT late afternoons. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. Made to order omelettes, hot eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, grits, waffles, oatmeal, assorted breads and pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit. And lots of room to sit and enjoy it on the Mezzanine. The city feels safe and clean, and from the hotel we were easily able to walk Market Square for drinks and dinner and to enjoy the park with live music on a Tuesday night, to the World’s Fair Exhibit & Sunsphere; and to the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame and the Tennessee History Center. If you have time, take advantage of the Tennessee Riverboat sightseeing tour.
